Abstract
本发明公开了一种液晶显示面板,包括:相对而置的第一基板和第二基板;设置在所述第一基板内侧的取向膜;设置在所述第二基板内侧或外侧的补偿膜;其中,所述第一基板和第二基板内侧是两者相对的侧面,所述第二基板外侧是与所述第二基板内侧相背的侧面。本发明的液晶显示面板,在第一基板内侧设置取向膜,在第二基板内侧或外侧设置补偿膜,即只在第一基板的内侧形成取向膜,在第二基板的内侧或外侧形成补偿膜,这样,第一基板不需要再形成取向膜,也就不需要形成取向膜的高温工艺,保证了补偿膜的补偿作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及到一种液晶显示面板。
背景技术
现有的液晶显示面板,包括偏光片内置和偏光片外置两种。与偏光片外置的方式相比,偏光片内置的液晶显示面板具有更薄的优点,适合液晶显示面板发展的趋势。现有的偏光片内置的液晶显示面板,如图1所示,包括相对而置的彩膜基板10和阵列基板20,彩膜基板10的内侧逐层设置偏光片30和取向膜40,阵列基板20的内侧逐层设置偏光片30和取向膜40。由于液晶是光学各向异性的物质,而偏光片在不同的极角下,消光比也是不同的,在斜视角下容易产生漏光现象,所以,液晶显示面板都需要偏光片和取向膜之间增加补偿膜进行光学补偿,以达到减少漏光,增加视角的作用。在彩膜基板的内侧依次形成偏光片30,补偿膜50和取向膜40。由于补偿膜不耐高温,而取向膜是需要高温工艺形成的。这样,就导致形成取向膜的高温工艺会导致已经形成的补偿膜性能降低或失效。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种液晶显示面板,与现有技术相比,解决了形成取向膜的高温工艺导致补偿膜的性能降低或失效的技术问题。
本发明公开了以下技术方案:
一种液晶显示面板,包括:
相对而置的第一基板和第二基板;
设置在所述第一基板内侧的取向膜;
设置在所述第二基板内侧或外侧的补偿膜;
其中,所述第一基板和第二基板内侧是两者相对的侧面,所述第二基板外侧是与所述第二基板内侧相背的侧面。
优选的,所述第一基板和所述取向膜之间设置有第一偏光片;当所述补偿膜设置在所述第二基板内侧时,所述第二基板和所述补偿膜之间设置有第二偏光片。
优选的,所述补偿膜是视角补偿膜。
优选的,当所述液晶显示面板是高级超维场转换或平面方向转换或边缘场开关模式的液晶显示面板时,
所述补偿膜的相位延迟量Re=λ/2,其中,λ为所述液晶显示面板背光源光线的主波长;
所述补偿膜在X轴,Y轴和Z轴的折射率nx,ny和nz满足以下公式,(nx-nz)/(nx-ny)=0.5。
优选的,所述第一基板和第二基板之间填充有液晶层。
优选的,当所述液晶显示面板是多象限垂直配向或/扭曲向列模式的液晶显示面板时,所述补偿膜是两层;
设置在所述第二偏光片一侧的补偿膜是第一层补偿膜,第一层补偿膜的相位延迟量Re=λ/2,λ为液晶显示面板背光源光线的主波长;
所述第一层补偿膜在X轴,Y轴和Z轴的折射率nx,ny和nz满足以下公式,(nx-nz)/(nx-ny)=0.5;
设置在所述第一层补偿膜一侧的补偿膜是第二层补偿膜,所述第二层补偿膜延迟量与液晶层的延迟量的绝对值相等,延迟方向相反。
优选的,所述第一基板是彩膜基板,所述第二基板是阵列基板;或所述第一基板是阵列基板,所述第二基板是彩膜基板。
优选的,所述第一偏光片和第二偏光片的偏振方向相互平行或相互垂直。
优选的,所述第一偏光片和第二偏光片采用有机物拉伸的方式制作而成。
本发明的液晶显示面板,在第一基板内侧设置取向膜,在第二基板内侧或外侧设置补偿膜,即只在第一基板的内侧形成取向膜,在第二基板的内侧或外侧形成补偿膜,这样,第一基板不需要再形成取向膜,也就不需要形成取向膜的高温工艺,保证了补偿膜的补偿作用。

本发明实施例提供的一种液晶显示面板,如图2所示,包括:
相对而置的第一基板110和第二基板120;
设置在所述第一基板内侧的取向膜300;
设置在所述第二基板内侧或外侧的补偿膜400;
其中,所述第一基板和第二基板内侧是两者相对的侧面,所述第二基板外侧是与所述第二基板内侧相背的侧面。
本发明实施例提供的液晶显示面板,在第一基板内侧设置取向膜,在第二基板内侧或外侧设置补偿膜,即只在第一基板的内侧形成取向膜,在第二基板的内侧或外侧形成补偿膜,这样,第一基板不需要再形成取向膜,也就不需要形成取向膜的高温工艺,保证了补偿膜的补偿作用。
具体的,第一基板可以是彩膜基板,相应的,所述第二基板是阵列基板;或者,所述第一基板还可以是阵列基板,相应的,所述第二基板是彩膜基板。即取向膜可以只形成在彩膜基板内侧,相对应的,补偿膜形成在阵列基板的内侧或外侧;取向膜还可以只形成在阵列基板的内侧,相应的,补偿膜形成在彩膜基板的内侧。
进一步的,所述第一基板和第二基板之间填充有液晶层。
作为一种优选的方式,如图2所示,所述补偿膜400设置在所述第二基板120内侧;所述第一基板110和所述取向膜300之间设置有第一偏光片210;所述第二基板120和所述补偿膜400之间设置有第二偏光片220。补偿膜,第一偏光片和第二偏光片是内置的,可以使液晶显示面板比较薄,适合液晶显示面板发展的趋势。
具体的,所述补偿膜是视角补偿膜。视角补偿膜可以减少漏光,扩大视角。
当所述液晶显示面板是ADS/IPS/FFS模式的液晶显示面板时,
所述补偿膜的相位延迟量Re=λ/2,其中,λ为所述液晶显示面板背光源光线的主波长;
所述补偿膜在X轴,Y轴和Z轴的折射率nx,ny和nz满足以下公式,(nx-nz)/(nx-ny)=0.5。
符合上述要求的补偿膜,可以更好的减少漏光,扩大视角。
ADS模式是高级超维场转换(AdvancedSuperDimensionSwitch)模式的简称,IPS模式是平面方向转换(In-Plane-Switching)模式的简称,FFS模式是边缘场开关(FringeFieldSwitching)模式的简称。
当所述液晶显示面板是VA/TN模式的液晶显示面板时,所述补偿膜是两层;
设置在所述第二偏光片一侧的补偿膜是第一层补偿膜,第一层补偿膜的相位延迟量Re=λ/2,λ为液晶显示面板背光源光线的主波长;
所述第一层补偿膜在X轴,Y轴和Z轴的折射率nx,ny和nz满足以下公式,(nx-nz)/(nx-ny)=0.5;
设置在所述第一层补偿膜一侧的补偿膜是第二层补偿膜,所述第二层补偿膜延迟量与液晶层的延迟量的绝对值相等,延迟方向相反。
符合上述要求的补偿膜,可以更好的减少漏光,扩大视角。
VA模式是多象限垂直配向(Multi-domainVerticalAlignment)模式的简称,TN模式是扭曲向列(TwistedNematic)模式的简称。
补偿膜的X轴,Y轴和Z轴分别是沿补偿膜的长度,宽度和厚度方向的坐标轴。
具体的,所述第一偏光片和第二偏光片的偏振方向相互平行或相互垂直。
具体的,所述第一偏光片和第二偏光片采用有机物拉伸的方式制作而成。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (8)
1.一种液晶显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
相对而置的第一基板和第二基板;
设置在所述第一基板内侧的取向膜;
设置在所述第二基板内侧或外侧的补偿膜;
其中,所述第一基板和第二基板内侧是两者相对的侧面,所述第二基板外侧是与所述第二基板内侧相背的侧面。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一基板和所述取向膜之间设置有第一偏光片;当所述补偿膜设置在所述第二基板内侧时,所述第二基板和所述补偿膜之间设置有第二偏光片。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述补偿膜是视角补偿膜。
4.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,当所述液晶显示面板是高级超维场转换或平面方向转换或边缘场开关模式的液晶显示面板时,
所述补偿膜的相位延迟量Re=λ/2,其中,λ为所述液晶显示面板背光源光线的主波长;
所述补偿膜在X轴,Y轴和Z轴的折射率nx,ny和nz满足以下公式,(nx-nz)/(nx-ny)=0.5。
5.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一基板和第二基板之间填充有液晶层。
6.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,当所述液晶显示面板是多象限垂直配向或/扭曲向列模式的液晶显示面板时,所述补偿膜是两层;
设置在所述第二偏光片一侧的补偿膜是第一层补偿膜,第一层补偿膜的相位延迟量Re=λ/2,λ为液晶显示面板背光源光线的主波长;
所述第一层补偿膜在X轴,Y轴和Z轴的折射率nx,ny和nz满足以下公式,(nx-nz)/(nx-ny)=0.5;
设置在所述第一层补偿膜一侧的补偿膜是第二层补偿膜,所述第二层补偿膜延迟量与液晶层的延迟量的绝对值相等,延迟方向相反。
7.如权利要求1或2或3所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一基板是彩膜基板,所述第二基板是阵列基板;或所述第一基板是阵列基板,所述第二基板是彩膜基板。
8.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一偏光片和第二偏光片的偏振方向相互平行或相互垂直。
