本发明涉及一种电机驱动,船侧轨道牵拉固定锚为主前进动力的内河船舶。
背景技术
落差大的河流航段,激流、险滩处,特别是逆流而上的船,需要纤夫拉纤航行。撑蒿的船夫需时刻注意与河岸、暗礁的距离,稍有不慎,船即破损。非行洪季节,水线浅、来水量少,无法行船。河流的上游大多地处崇山峻岭,陆路交通困难,水路交通能改善物流不畅的状况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锚链浮标塔供应交流电,船侧轨道牵拉航道固定锚链为主前进动力,船底内侧纵向排列的螺旋轴向后旋转提供前进动力和转向动力。船底压水板前倾压水,螺旋水流在两侧刚性围裙处阻挡船体下部高压水流外溢,加大船底龟壳内蓄水的压力。龟壳顶壁向后、向下延伸多块弧形板鱼鳞状排列,以变相加大排水量和减少船体前进阻力。人工航道约束水面宽度,规范水深度,利于实现非行洪季节行船。落差特别大的航段,上游固定锚站卷扬加长的固定锚链,从而主动牵引上行船体,使大坡度激流变成航道。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
已连接浮标塔供电,前电机组驱动纤夫带运转,驱动船底的螺旋轴向船尾后方注水,船体缓慢前行。捞叉贴近水面向前捞取浮标塔,遇浮标塔后捞叉关节折弯,浮标塔弹簧受力后向上顶,环帘上下收窄,电源线环状打开,捞叉环状电源插头向浮标塔电源线收紧,鼓风机同步向浮标塔吹风防水。关节联动锚链夹下落,同时,捞叉根部收紧开口框,捞叉从静止等待区滑落到向后运行的纤夫带上。锚链夹叉卡锚链节,捞叉离开水面,收紧浮标塔接通电源。后电机组工作,拨叉转动,前电机组断电。锚链夹叉卡住锚链节与捞叉一体沿纤夫带由船头位置向船尾运行,前一供电捞叉与锚链夹至船尾处嵌入脱链拨轮,在船尾处沿纤夫带圆周上行,锚链节、浮标塔与纤夫带分离入水。锚链夹、捞叉随纤夫带运行至船头圆周下行位置,等待区引杆撑大开口框,捞叉与纤夫带分离,捞叉进入等待区。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
如附图所示,11浮标塔供电,前电机组驱动21纤夫带运转,向船尾方向牵拉供电的22捞叉和23锚链节。前电机组驱动船底的31螺旋轴向船尾方向注水,31螺旋轴旋转向后切的水体,一部分来自于32压水板的兴波供水。船体缓慢前行,22捞叉贴近水面向前捞取11浮标塔,11浮标塔下方由41锚链固定,并且连接有电源线经42管道口,与43线路管道内的主电源线连接。22捞叉遇11浮标塔后22捞叉关节折弯,11浮标塔内弹簧受力后向上顶,12鼓风机工作,在多个13环帘上下收窄处向四周吹风,11浮标塔中的14电源线环状暴露,22捞叉术端的24环状电源插头向11浮标塔14电源线收紧。关节联动使23锚链夹下落,同时,22捞叉根部收紧25开口框肖,22捞叉从静止等待区由25开口框肖固定到向后运行的21纤夫带上。23锚链夹叉卡15锚链节,22捞叉离开水面,收紧11浮标塔接通电源。关联拨叉转动,前电机组断电,后电机组工作。23锚链夹叉卡住15锚链节与22捞叉一体沿21纤夫带由船头位置向船尾运行,前一断电22捞叉与23锚链夹随21纤夫带至船尾处嵌入自主旋转的26脱链拨轮,15锚链节、11浮标塔与21纤夫带分离。16密封圈位于13环帘对接处,防止溅水进入11浮标塔内。非牵引工作状态的23锚链夹、22捞叉随纤夫带运行至船头圆周下行位置,等待区的27引杆撑大25开口框肖,非牵引工作状态的22捞叉与运转的21纤夫带分离,相对静止的22捞叉在等待区进入下一个工作循环。

Claims (5)

1.纤夫船,包括人工航道、浮标塔,纤夫装置、船底压水板和螺旋轴。人工航道,其特征在于:水下基础内埋设有锚和线路管道,锚上有外露于基础的环。线路管道有向上的开口。
2.浮标塔,其特征在于:底部连接锚链和电源线,内部有气囊、电源线、鼓风机,外部有环帘、密封圈。
3.纤夫装置,其特征在于:等待区上设置有引杆。捞叉内部电源线开口框一端外露,水面一端连接可展开的环状电源插头。纤夫带上有多条环状电源线,多个脱链拨轮。
4.船底压水板,其特征在于:向下、向后延伸部分的背面,与船底之间有空间。
5.螺旋轴,其特征在于:螺旋轴上有纵向螺旋排列的长距离叶片或多个叶片。
