Abstract

本发明提供一种隔热保温材料,所述隔热保温材料包括保温层、抗拉层、防震层、保护层,保温层一侧设有抗拉层,抗拉层另一侧设有所述防震层,防震层另一侧设有所述保护层,所述保温层由酚醛泡沫材料制成,且厚度为1-4cm,所述抗拉层由编织布材料制成,且厚度为0.2-0.8cm,所述防震层由铝箔材料制成,且厚度为0.2-0.4cm。本发明由聚氨酯材料制成的厚度为1-4cm保温层,具有很好的保温效果,可减少能量损失;另外,采用编织布材料制成的厚度为0.5-0.8cm的抗拉层,可有效提高隔热保温材料的抗拉和抗撕裂性能;再者,本发明增加铝箔材料制成的厚度为0.2-0.4cm的防震层,可有效提高保温管的防震性能。

Description

一种隔热保温材料
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种包装材料,特别涉及一种环保型的隔热保温材料。
【背景技术】
目前,市面上隔热保温材料种类繁多,特性各异,其常见材料有橡胶板、石墨或石棉制品以及各种发泡类材料。这些传统保温材料的添加成份及其刺激性气味对人体健康有着不利影响,并给环境带来危害。另外,这类保温材料在隔绝紫外线、热反射、防潮、防辐射、防震等性能方面不能满足使用需求。如今,人们在健康、环保、节能方面的意识不断增强,因此传统的隔热保温材料已无法满足人类的高层次要求。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种隔热保温材料,该隔热保温材料的保温性能和抗拉伸性能好,具有防紫外线的功能,使用起来安全。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种隔热保温材料,所述隔热保温材料包括保温层、抗拉层、防震层、保护层,所述保温层一侧设有所述抗拉层,所述抗拉层另一侧设有所述防震层,所述防震层另一侧设有所述保护层,所述保温层由酚醛泡沫材料制成,且厚度为1-4cm,所述抗拉层由编织布材料制成,且厚度为0.2-0.8cm,所述防震层由铝箔材料制成,且厚度为0.2-0.4cm。
优选地,所述保护层由聚丙烯制成。
优选地,所述保温层的厚度为1-3cm。
优选地,所述保温层的厚度为2cm。
优选地,所述抗拉层的厚度为0.5-0.8cm。
优选地,所述防震层的厚度为0.3-0.4cm。
优选地,所述保护层厚度为0.4-0.6cm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用酚醛泡沫材料制成保温层,保温效果好,可有效减少能量损失;
(2)本发明采用编织布材料制成抗拉层,可有效提高隔热保温材料的抗拉和抗撕裂性能;
(3)本发明采用铝箔材料制成防震层,可有效提高隔热保温材料的防震性能,同时还起到防火、阻燃效果;
(4)本发明采用聚丙烯制成保护层,使隔热保温材料具有防紫外线的功能,使用起来安全;
(5)本发明的隔热保温材料结构简单、制作成本低,有利于推广使用。

下面将结合附图及具体实施例,对本发明提供的隔热保温材料作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1,一种隔热保温材料,包括一保温层1、一抗拉层2、一防震层3及一保护层4。所述保温层1一侧设有所述抗拉层2。所述抗拉层2另一侧设有所述防震层3,所述防震层3另一侧设有所述保护层4。所述保温层1由酚醛泡沫材料制成,所述抗拉层2由编织布材料制成,所述防震层3由铝箔材料制成,所述保护层4由聚丙烯材料制成。
在第一实施方式中,所述保温层1厚度为1cm,所述抗拉层2厚度为0.8cm,所述防震层3厚度为0.4cm,所述保护层4厚度为0.6cm。
在第二实施方式中,所述保温层1厚度为4cm,所述抗拉层2厚度为0.2cm,所述防震层3厚度为0.2cm,所述保护层4厚度为0.4cm。
在第三实施方式中,所述保温层1厚度为2cm,所述抗拉层2厚度为0.5cm,所述防震层3厚度为0.3cm,所述保护层4厚度为0.5cm。
在第四实施方式中,所述保温层1厚度为3cm,所述抗拉层2厚度为0.4cm,所述防震层3厚度为0.3cm,所述保护层4厚度为0.6cm。
在第五实施方式中,所述保温层1厚度为4cm,所述抗拉层2厚度为0.6cm,所述防震层3厚度为0.4cm,所述保护层4厚度为0.4cm。
为了更好的说明本发明的特色,将传统隔热保温材料及本发明隔热保温材料实验数据对比分析见表1:

由表1可知,本发明由酚醛泡沫材料制成的厚度为1-4cm的保温层,具有很好的保温效果,可减少能量损失;另外,采用编织布材料制成的厚度为0.5-0.8cm的抗拉层,可有效提高隔热保温材料的抗拉和抗撕裂性能;再者,本发明增加铝箔材料制成的厚度为0.2-0.4cm的防震层,可有效提高保温管的防震性能,同时还起到防火、阻燃效果。

1.一种隔热保温材料,其特征在于:所述隔热保温材料包括保温层、抗拉层、防震层、保护层,所述保温层一侧设有所述抗拉层,所述抗拉层另一侧设有所述防震层,所述防震层另一侧设有所述保护层,所述保温层由酚醛泡沫材料制成,且厚度为1-4cm,所述抗拉层由编织布材料制成,且厚度为0.2-0.8cm,所述防震层由铝箔材料制成,且厚度为0.2-0.4cm。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔热保温材料,其特征在于:所述保护层由聚丙烯制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的隔热保温材料,其特征在于:所述保温层的厚度为1-3cm。
4.如权利要求3所述的隔热保温材料,其特征在于:所述保温层的厚度为2cm。
5.如权利要求3所述的隔热保温材料,其特征在于:所述抗拉层的厚度为0.5-0.8cm。
6.如权利要求3所述的隔热保温材料,其特征在于:所述防震层的厚度为0.3-0.4cm。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的隔热保温材料,其特征在于:所述保护层厚度为0.4-0.6cm。
