Abstract

本发明提出一种接触式激光工作头及其医疗美容设备,能够有效贴合不规则的待处理表面,提高工作效率,减少漏光危险。该接触式激光工作头主要包括出光口固定架和构成出光口的若干个出光模块,其中外围的出光模块与出光口固定架之间、以及相邻出光模块之间通过连接件连接,连接件自身或者其适配连接结构使得各个出光模块能够独立地受迫转动以实现与待处理表面的跟随贴合;所述出光模块包括镜片固定框和光纤固定架,其中镜片固定框用于安装功能镜片,光纤固定架固定安装于所述镜片固定框的后方,用于封装耦合光纤并保持光纤出光光束与镜面垂直。

Description

一种接触式激光工作头及其医疗美容设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种激光应用设备,可适用于医疗美容等。
背景技术
现有产品采用一个出光口作为治疗出光口。考虑到人体皮肤有棱角位置,所以出光口比较小,治疗效率低,棱角位置不能与皮肤紧密结合治疗时有漏光的危险。
发明内容
本发明提出一种新的接触式激光工作头,能够有效贴合不规则的待处理表面,提高工作效率,减少漏光危险。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种接触式激光工作头,主要包括出光口固定架和构成出光口的若干个出光模块,其中外围的出光模块与出光口固定架之间、以及相邻出光模块之间通过连接件连接,连接件自身或者其适配连接结构使得各个出光模块能够独立地受迫转动以实现与待处理表面的跟随贴合;所述出光模块包括镜片固定框和光纤固定架,其中镜片固定框用于安装功能镜片,光纤固定架固定安装于所述镜片固定框的后方,用于封装耦合光纤并保持光纤出光光束与镜面垂直。
根据不同的激光处理需求,这里的“功能镜片”可以有不同的选择,如采用单面抛毛玻璃来匀化光斑,采用凹面镜实现扩束作用,使光斑变大的功能,采用凸面镜实现聚焦作用,使光斑变小的功能。这里的“外围的出光模块”视具体的出光模块分布形式而定,有可能即为全部的出光模块(如图5、图6),也可能是部分出光模块(如图7)。
在以上方案的基础上,本发明还进一步作了如下优化:
光纤固定架为锥形框体结构,锥顶位置设置有光纤耦合接口。
连接件的第一类结构:连接件与出光口固定架相应的连接部位、以及连接件与出光模块相应的连接部位均形成球面副构件。
这样的球面副构件的方案,具体可分为:
1、连接件的主体为刚性连杆,刚性连杆的两端为球型部,所述出光模块的镜片固定框的外周设置有球型凹洞与所述球型部适配连接;
2、连接件的主体为刚性连接块,刚性连接块的两端为球型凹洞,所述出光模块的镜片固定框的外周延伸出球型连接头与所述球型凹洞适配连接;
连接件的第二类结构:3、连接件自身为高强度弹性材料(优选聚四氟乙烯)的连杆,强度和弹性应满足各个出光模块独立的受迫转动。故不必形成前述的球面副构件。
功能镜片采用单面抛毛玻璃、凹面透镜或者平面透镜。
镜片固定框的形状为圆形、六边形或方形,镜片固定框的面积为2mm2---100mm2;出光口固定架为圆形。
出光模块通常可设定为3个、4个或者7个。
本发明还提出一种用于激光医疗美容的设备,该设备包括供电及控制模块、散热模块、光源模块以及上述接触式激光工作头,所述光源模块采用若干个半导体激光器发出的光分别耦合进相应的光纤,形成多路激光输出至对应的出光模块。
单发光单元半导体激光器或者多发光单元半导体激光器,即为单管类半导体激光器或者巴条类半导体激光器。散热模块可采用风冷散热结构或热管散热结构。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)采用多个出光模块构成出光口,整体上能够形成较大的有效作用面积,提高了工作效率,同时各个出光模块在接触不规则表面时能够保持紧密贴合,减少了工作过程中漏光危险。
(2)应用于激光医疗美容(如激光脱毛),单次治疗面积增大,治疗效率增强,同时能与皮肤紧密结合,减少治疗过程的漏光危险,增加舒适感。
(3)使用单Bar光纤模块容易形成多个光源阵列。
(4)使用光纤使得外形的设计和美化提供多种选择。

具体实施方式
以下以激光医疗美容方面的应用为例,详述本发明。
如图1所示,整个系统可分为出光模块、光学系统、散热模块、供电及控制模块、电源。
一、出光模块
1、毛玻璃:使用单面抛毛玻璃做光斑匀化处理,要达到具体技术要求的均匀性。与皮肤接触面要求光滑容易滑动。
2、光学万向头:如图3所示,把毛玻璃镜片固定到光学方向头上,光纤输出端固定在镜片后一定位置。在同一平面布置3个或者更多个光学方向头,并安装到整体支持装置上。采用具有球型结构的连接件连接相邻的光学万向头,各个光学万向头可以保持相对活动。使用时的按压力使光学万向头转动带动镜片转动,达到在皮肤棱角位置也能紧贴皮肤。
2.1镜片:可采用单面抛毛玻璃来匀化光斑,也可安装上凹面镜或者凸面镜、平面透镜等透镜实现不同的功能。
2.2镜片固定框:通常应当使用强度较大的材料制成,框体为圆形中空的框体,四周需要连接件固定的位置开有球型的凹洞来安装连接件两端的球形转接部。在安装镜片的位置开沉槽,方便镜片安装。镜片固定框后端留有安装光纤固定架的连接端口。
2.4光纤固定架:固定光纤的支架需要连接镜片固定框和固定光纤出光口,保持光纤出光光束与镜面垂直。可采用金属锥形框体、高强度弹簧、高强度弹性材料。
2.5连接件:连接件可以为金属固定体两端为球状,也可以把两端的球体用高强度的弹性材料制成的连杆连接起来。
以上图3所示的结构中,连接件和镜片固定框的具体结构形式可以互换,如图4所示。
多个出光模块排布,每个连接件之间相互连接,边缘用连接件连接到出光口固定架上(如图5、图6和图7所示)。这样每个出光模块受到皮肤棱角压力产生相应的偏转,达到紧贴皮肤的效果,如图2所示。
用此方式可以满足任意出光口数量的排布要求。
二、光学系统
如图8所示,采用多个单管类激光光源耦合进多根光纤形成多路激光输出至镜片。也可采用巴条类激光光源耦合进多根光纤形成多路激光,每根光纤输出功率在5~10W。
激光光源:可以是C-mount型、F-mount型单管加光纤耦合、单管类光纤耦合系列产品,也可以是巴条类加光纤耦合产品。
三、散热模块
激光光源安装到散热器上,与散热器传导冷却,如图9。根据光源散热量大小选择合适的散热器(散热的材质和大小、风扇出风量大小等)。
如果风冷散热不能满足光源散热需求,还可采用热管作为散热模块,如图10,散热能力要比散热片散热能力要好。

Claims (10)

1.一种接触式激光工作头,其特征在于:包括出光口固定架和构成出光口的若干个出光模块,其中外围的出光模块与出光口固定架之间、以及相邻出光模块之间通过连接件连接,连接件自身或者其适配连接结构使得各个出光模块能够独立地受迫转动以实现与待处理表面的跟随贴合;所述出光模块包括镜片固定框和光纤固定架,其中镜片固定框用于安装功能镜片,光纤固定架固定安装于所述镜片固定框的后方,用于封装耦合光纤并保持光纤出光光束与镜面垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接触式激光工作头,其特征在于:所述光纤固定架为锥形框体结构,锥顶位置设置有光纤耦合接口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的接触式激光工作头,其特征在于:所述连接件与出光口固定架相应的连接部位、以及连接件与出光模块相应的连接部位均形成球面副构件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的接触式激光工作头,其特征在于:
所述连接件的主体为刚性连杆,刚性连杆的两端为球型部,所述出光模块的镜片固定框的外周设置有球型凹洞与所述球型部适配连接;
或者,所述连接件的主体为刚性连接块,刚性连接块的两端为球型凹洞,所述出光模块的镜片固定框的外周延伸出球型连接头与所述球型凹洞适配连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的接触式激光工作头,其特征在于:所述连接件为高强度弹性材料的连杆,强度和弹性应满足各个出光模块独立的受迫转动。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的接触式激光工作头,其特征在于:所述功能镜片采用单面抛毛玻璃、凹面透镜或者平面透镜。
7.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的接触式激光工作头,其特征在于:所述镜片固定框的形状为圆形、六边形或方形,镜片固定框的面积为2mm2~100mm2;所述出光口固定架为圆形。
8.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的接触式激光工作头,其特征在于:所述出光模块共有3个、4个或者7个。
9.一种用于激光医疗美容的设备,其特征在于:包括供电及控制模块、散热模块、光源模块以及权利要求1所述的接触式激光工作头,所述光源模块采用若干个半导体激光器发出的光分别耦合进相应的光纤,形成多路激光输出至对应的出光模块。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于激光医疗美容的设备,其特征在于:所述半导体激光器为单发光单元半导体激光器或者多发光单元半导体激光器;所述散热模块采用风冷散热结构或热管散热结构。
