Abstract

本发明多效美白祛斑精华霜,是由以下重量份数的原料制成:魔芋葡甘露聚糖2~3份、昆布氨酸1.5~2份、豆蔻酸异丙酯20~25份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2~2.5份、乙基麦芽酚1~1.2份、马油10~12份、聚二甲基硅氧烷15~18份、胡桃油8~10份、兰竹参提取物2~2.5份、虎尾兰提取物1~1.2份。本发明多效美白祛斑精华霜含有多种营养元素,各个营养元素配合,以及通过特殊的工艺制成,协同效应突出,形成具有良好美白、祛斑效果;尤其是加入兰竹参提取物、虎尾兰提取物等植物提取成分,因此本发明多效美白祛斑精华霜在美白、尤其祛斑方面的功效十分突出。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种多效美白祛斑精华霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤增白化妆品也称为祛斑美白化妆品,在我国列为特殊用途化妆品。皮肤增白化妆品市场中一直占有相当多的份额,近年来,随着美容医学的发展,皮肤增白化妆品很受消费者的欢迎。
当皮肤代谢减弱,血液循环不畅,营养物质不良时,则皮肤会变得灰暗、衰老,且易产生皱纹及色斑。决定人皮肤色泽差别的主要因素是胡萝卜素和黑色素,其中黑色素是最重要的。黑色素是在黑色素细胞中合成的,通过黑色素细胞的树枝状突起转移到邻接的角化细胞中。人皮肤中的黑色素细胞位于表皮基底层、毛根部和外毛鞘等,7~8个基底细胞中约有一个黑色素细胞。因此,黑色素细胞的分布密度无人种差别,各种肤色的人基本相同,全身共约20亿个。
现代医学治疗黄褐斑主要包括使用避光剂(如氧化锌、二氧化钛等),系统使用维生素类、止血环酸、褪黑素等;但基本以局部外用化学脱色为主,如氢酮、壬二酸、曲酸、谷胱甘肽、消炎痛、维甲酸、酚类化合物、皮质内固醇等;还有化学剥脱角质层或化学皮肤沙磨去除黑素及用染料激光破坏黑素颗粒等。可是,大多数方法因引起不均匀色素脱失、毛细血管扩张、接触性皮炎等毒副作用或本身不稳定、疗效缓慢易复发,并有造成永久脱色和药源性褐黄斑之弊,而未能推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好美白和祛斑效果的多效美白祛斑精华霜及其制备方法。
本发明多效美白祛斑精华霜,是由以下重量份数的原料制成:魔芋葡甘露聚糖2~3份、昆布氨酸1.5~2份、豆蔻酸异丙酯20~25份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2~2.5份、乙基麦芽酚1~1.2份、马油10~12份、聚二甲基硅氧烷15~18份、胡桃油8~10份、兰竹参提取物2~2.5份、虎尾兰提取物1~1.2份。
作为优化,该多效美白祛斑精华霜,是由以下重量份数的原料制成:魔芋葡甘露聚糖2.2份、昆布氨酸1.7份、豆蔻酸异丙酯21份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2.3份、乙基麦芽酚1份、马油11份、聚二甲基硅氧烷16份、胡桃油9份、兰竹参提取物2.1份、虎尾兰提取物1.1份。
制备该多效美白祛斑精华霜的方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将所述重量份数的胡桃油、兰竹参提取物、虎尾兰提取物、聚二甲基硅氧烷,加入搅拌机中,在72℃~78℃条件下,搅拌15分钟;
b、将所述重量份数的豆蔻酸异丙酯、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、乙基麦芽酚、马油,加入搅拌机中,在50℃~60℃条件下,搅拌10分钟;
c、将所述重量份数的魔芋葡甘露聚糖、昆布氨酸和步骤a中的混合物、步骤b中的混合物加入到超声波分散机中,在44℃~55℃条件下,分散100分钟。
本发明组分中,虎尾兰清热解毒;活血消肿。主感冒;肺热咳嗽;疮疡肿毒;跌打损伤,毒蛇咬伤;烫火伤。虎尾兰乙醇提取物,采用10倍量95%乙醇回流提取5小时,过滤,滤渣用8倍量95%乙醇回流提取3小时,提取液过滤后再浓缩制成。兰竹参理气活血,祛瘀解毒。用于咳嗽,胸痛,疮疡肿毒,跌打损伤。兰竹参乙醇提取物,采用8倍量85%乙醇回流提取4小时,过滤,滤渣用6倍量85%乙醇回流提取2小时,提取液过滤后再浓缩制成。马油是一种动物油,含有丰富的自然营养素、高度不饱和脂肪酸,及维他命E,使得马油可以渗入极微小的间隙中(强大的渗透性),使用在人体的皮肤上可将毛孔间隙中的空气赶出,而渗透至皮下组织,在养分被吸收的同时,不但不会阻碍皮肤呼吸,而且能使皮肤健康,滋润肌肤及促进自愈力和新陈代谢。胡桃油其所含的磷、锌等各种矿物质,以及维生素B2、E能有效调节神经系统,增强记忆,延缓衰老,调节血压,有助消化。
本发明多效美白祛斑精华霜含有多种营养元素,各个营养元素配合,以及通过特殊的工艺制成,协同效应突出,具有良好美白、祛斑效果;尤其是加入兰竹参提取物、虎尾兰提取物等植物提取成分,本发明多效美白祛斑精华霜在美白、尤其祛斑方面的功效十分突出。
相关测试如下:按自愿原则选择年龄在21~47岁身体健康的对象90名,经问诊合格均可进行试用观察。分为两组分别分空白组和样品组,接受本发明实施例1中多效美白祛斑精华霜,每日两次每次1-2克。
美白测试,采用Lab色度系统测量同时结采用由德国司(CK)公司生产MEXAMETERMX18皮肤色素仪。在使用化妆品前1d和使用后7d、14d、21d、30d利用Lab色度系统光谱光度计测量皮肤颜色的变化,连续测试3次,取平均值。同时使用MEXAMETERMX18皮肤色素仪测皮肤黑色素含量,连续测试3次,取平均值。试验前后受试部位皮肤黑色素含量的变化情况见表1;皮肤色度L*值的变化情况见表2。
祛斑效果,皮损颜色评分:正常肤色0分,淡褐色1分,褐色2分,深褐色3分。皮损面积评分:无皮损0分:皮损面积小于2cm。为1分,皮损面积2~4cm。为2分;皮损面积大于4cm。为3分。下降指数计算:总积分=颜色评分+面积评分。下降指数=(治疗前积分一治疗后积分)/治疗前总积分。在使用化妆品前1d和使用后7d、14d、21d、30d计算下降指数,测量面积颜色的变化。试验前后受试部位下降指数变化情况见表3。
从表1,2中可以看出,样品组受试部位黑色素含量随着产品使用时间的延长呈现逐渐降低的趋势,皮肤中所含有的黑色素减少明显。样品组L*值随着产品使用时间的延长呈现逐渐增加的趋势,皮肤黑色素含量逐渐减少。从表3中可以看出,样品组面部黄褐斑的面积和颜色,随着产品使用时间的延长呈现逐渐减少和变浅的趋势,下降指数达到0.78。由此可见,本发明具有突出的美白和祛斑效果。
具体实施方式
下面给出的实施例拟对本发明作进一步说明,但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明内容对本发明的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:a、将聚二甲基硅氧烷16千克、胡桃油9千克、兰竹参提取物2.1千克、虎尾兰提取物1.1千克,加入搅拌机中,在72℃~78℃条件下,搅拌15分钟;虎尾兰提取物,采用10倍量95%乙醇回流提取5小时,过滤,滤渣用8倍量95%乙醇回流提取3小时,提取液过滤后再浓缩制成。兰竹参提取物,采用8倍量85%乙醇回流提取4小时,过滤,滤渣用6倍量85%乙醇回流提取2小时,提取液过滤后再浓缩制成;
b、将豆蔻酸异丙酯21千克、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2.3千克、乙基麦芽酚1千克、马油11千克,加入搅拌机中,在50℃~60℃条件下,搅拌10分钟;
c、将魔芋葡甘露聚糖2.2千克、昆布氨酸1.7千克和步骤a中的混合物、步骤b中的混合物加入到超声波分散机中,在44℃~55℃条件下,分散100分钟,冷却即成。
实施例2:a、将聚二甲基硅氧烷15千克、胡桃油8千克、兰竹参提取物2千克、虎尾兰提取物1千克,加入搅拌机中,在72℃~78℃条件下,搅拌15分钟;
b、将豆蔻酸异丙酯20千克、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2千克、乙基麦芽酚1千克、马油10千克,加入搅拌机中,在50℃~60℃条件下,搅拌10分钟;
c、将魔芋葡甘露聚糖2千克、昆布氨酸1.5千克和步骤a中的混合物、步骤b中的混合物加入到超声波分散机中,在44℃~55℃条件下,分散100分钟,冷却即成。
实施例3:a、将聚二甲基硅氧烷18千克、胡桃油10千克、兰竹参提取物2.5千克、虎尾兰提取物1.2千克,加入搅拌机中,在72℃~78℃条件下,搅拌15分钟;
b、将豆蔻酸异丙酯25千克、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2.5千克、乙基麦芽酚1.2千克、马油12千克,加入搅拌机中,在50℃~60℃条件下,搅拌10分钟;
c、将魔芋葡甘露聚糖3千克、昆布氨酸2千克和步骤a中的混合物、步骤b中的混合物加入到超声波分散机中,在44℃~55℃条件下,分散100分钟,冷却即成。

Claims (3)

1.一种多效美白祛斑精华霜,其特征在于是由以下重量份数的原料制成:魔芋葡甘露聚糖2~3份、昆布氨酸1.5~2份、豆蔻酸异丙酯20~25份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2~2.5份、乙基麦芽酚1~1.2份、马油10~12份、聚二甲基硅氧烷15~18份、胡桃油8~10份、兰竹参提取物2~2.5份、虎尾兰提取物1~1.2份。
2.根据权利求1所述的多效美白祛斑精华霜;其特征在于是由以下重量份数的原料制成:魔芋葡甘露聚糖2.2份、昆布氨酸1.7份、豆蔻酸异丙酯21份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2.3份、乙基麦芽酚1份、马油11份、聚二甲基硅氧烷16份、胡桃油9份、兰竹参提取物2.1份、虎尾兰提取物1.1份。
3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述多效美白祛斑精华霜的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、将所述重量份数的胡桃油、兰竹参提取物、虎尾兰提取物、聚二甲基硅氧烷,加入搅拌机中,在72℃~78℃条件下,搅拌15分钟;
b、将所述重量份数的豆蔻酸异丙酯、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、乙基麦芽酚、马油,加入搅拌机中,在50℃~60℃条件下,搅拌10分钟;
c、将所述重量份数的魔芋葡甘露聚糖、昆布氨酸和步骤a中的混合物、步骤b中的混合物加入到超声波分散机中,在44℃~55℃条件下,分散100分钟。
