技术领域
本发明涉及继电器类的电子器件,具体为一种高可靠时间继电器。
背景技术
现有延时继电器产品负载较小为0.05A~2A(阻性);重量偏大都在100g以上;延时部分多采用老式RC冲放电路和NE555芯片或分频器构成延时等技术,故精度相对较低为10%或以上。
其部分产品参数如下表所示:
显然将延时继电器产品的参数提高到:负载0.5A-5A(阻性),部分产品达10A(阻性);重量只约为50g~70g之间;延时精度约为5%~8%。即研制一款延时范围大、精度高、体积小、质量轻且较大负载的产品,具有更强的竞争力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一款延时范围大、精度高、体积小、质量轻且负载较大的高可靠时间继电器。
为达到上述目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种高可靠时间继电器,它由TD延时模块和电磁继电器构成;所述TD延时模块是厚膜延时集成电路,型号为HG9127、HG9129B或HG9160。
所述TD延时模块包含调整延时的外接电阻R。
所述电磁继电器的型号为J300。
这种高可靠时间继电器型号为JS111,集成上述TD延时模块和电磁继电器J300,其参数如下表:
采用上述方案的有益效果为:这种高可靠时间继电器是一种满足军品条件的动作延时范围大、精度高、体积小、质量轻且较大负载的产品具有更强的竞争力。特别是在航空方面,由于精度高、体积小、质量轻且较大负载,能够大大简化飞机电气系统,提高飞机整体性能,具有较高的军事意义。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例进一步介绍本发明,但本发明不仅限于下述实施例,可以预见本领域技术人员在结合现有技术的情况下,实施情况可能产生种种变化。
在现有技术继电器参数的基础上,0.5~10A(阻)负载类型的时间继电器可用J300电磁部分加TD模块或数字电路实现。TD延时模块是一个具有高精度、大范围延时功能的集成模块,可应用于各种延时电路中,如图1,是由TD模块(HG9127、HG9129B或HG9160)与电磁继电器J300构成动作延时继电器电路原理图。
此方案中TD模块与J300电磁继电器都是经过实际使用验证的产品(其中TD模块在我厂为某型发动机配套产品QDX-23A/23B/23C/28/28A中大量使用,目前还未出现过外场和厂内故障,J300为我厂第三代平衡力式密封继电器),性能稳定可靠且体积小、重量轻。
如图2所示,是TD(HG9127)集成模块的结构原理图,外接电阻R用来产生延时,从而使电磁继电器线圈工作电路产生延时,达到延时作用。
参考电磁继电器J300与TD模块电气参数及GJB1513A-2009混合和固体延时继电器总规范及其他相关标准,开发的JS111高可靠时间继电器电气参数如下表所示:
其特点是延时范围大、精度高、体积小、质量轻且具备较大负载,具有更强的竞争力。

1.一种高可靠时间继电器,其特征是:它由TD延时模块和电磁继电器构成;所述TD延时模块是厚膜延时集成电路,型号为HG9127、HG9129B或HG9160。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高可靠时间继电器,其特征是:所述TD延时模块包含调整延时的外接电阻R。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高可靠时间继电器,其特征是:所述电磁继电器的型号为J300。
