发动机的活塞即做往复运动,又以中心轴为轴转 动,并且接带动主动轴。由于活塞的转动,所以在活 塞的适当位置设有排气、吸气槽,而在汽缸壁设有排 气、吸气孔。即可做到在相应冲程由活塞自动打开或 关闭排气或吸气孔。

Description

本发明的目的是使发动机减小体积及重量,使结构简单,易于制造。
主要由以下几部分组成:
(1)汽缸体(2)活塞(3)燃烧室(4)主动轴(5)排气孔(6)吸气孔(7)排气槽(8)吸气槽(9)火花塞(图中未画)
工作原理如下:
由活塞(2)把圆柱形汽缸体(1)分成两个结构相同的燃烧室(3),在活塞(2)边缘以及汽缸壁(1)与之相对应的位置均有一平滑曲线,当活塞(2)匀速转动时,使之做正弦往复运动,以改变燃烧室(3)的容积。每转动一周,容积由大到小,又由小到大,各两次,可完成四个冲程。主动轴(4)与汽缸壁两端接触部分的截面为圆形,并套在轴套中。主动轴(4)与活塞(2)的接触部分为非圆形截面,活塞(2)做往复运动时,始终与其保持密封状态,且同步转动。经计算表明,只要在汽缸壁上适当的位置设有排气孔和吸气孔(6),在活塞(2)上设有排气槽(7)和吸气槽(8),就可当发动机运行到排气或吸气冲程时,使排气孔(5)或吸气孔(6)与燃烧室(3)连通,实现排气或吸气。当运行到压缩和做功冲程时,两孔均被活塞(2)自动关闭。
汽缸体以及活塞(2)上的曲线形状、排气孔(5)、吸气孔(6)排气槽(7)、吸气槽(8)的位置,在此不做推导及计算。

Claims (4)

1、双缸发动机的活塞[2]与园柱形汽缸体[1]之间围成两个结构相同的燃烧室[3],且有一主动轴[4]与汽缸体轴线重合,其特征在于:
a、两燃烧室[3]位于同一活塞[2]的两侧,
b、在活塞[2]及汽缸体[1]的适当位置处各有一曲线结构,
c、活塞[2]上设有吸气槽[8]和排气槽[7],
d、汽缸体[1]上设有吸气孔[6]和排气孔[5]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是活塞〔2〕和汽缸体〔1〕的曲线结构使得活塞〔2〕做正弦往复运动的同时,绕中心轴作匀速转动。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述装置,活塞〔2〕在运动中,吸气槽〔8〕与吸气孔〔6〕、排气槽〔7〕与排气孔〔5〕两两自然且按需相重合或分离以实现进气或排气功能。
4、根据权利要求1所述装置,活塞〔2〕与主动轴〔4〕以花键配合,且保持密封状态,动力即从主动轴〔4〕传出。
