3. The method of claim 1, wherein the application power consumption analysis database comprises an application white list, wherein the application white list contains applications authorized to run in the background of the mobile terminal.

The method for reducing power consumption of a device according to claim 3, wherein before sending the power consumption data of the behavior of the application to the application power consumption analysis database stored in the cloud server for analysis and comparison, the method further comprises:
and presetting an application program power consumption analysis database, and establishing or updating a white list of the maintenance application program.
5. The method for reducing the power consumption of the device according to claims 1 to 3, wherein the start-limited application list is updated and maintained in real time or periodically by connecting to a cloud server, and meanwhile, manual updating and maintenance by a user are supported.
6. A mobile terminal for reducing power consumption of a device, comprising:
the mobile terminal comprises a background application program capturing module, a background application program acquiring module and a power consumption data acquiring module, wherein the background application program capturing module is used for capturing the behavior of a background application program of the mobile terminal and collecting the power consumption data of the behavior of the application program when the mobile terminal enters a standby mode;
the power consumption data sending module is used for sending the power consumption data of the behavior of the application program to an application program power consumption analysis database stored in a cloud server for analysis and comparison;
the limit list receiving module is used for receiving and storing the application list which is pushed back by the application program power consumption analysis database and is started in a limited mode;
and the application program limiting module is used for forbidding the corresponding application program in the application list which is limited to be started in the background of the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal enters a standby mode.
7. The mobile terminal for reducing power consumption of a device according to claim 6, wherein the background application capture module comprises:
the device comprises a setting unit, a monitoring unit and a processing unit, wherein the setting unit is used for setting monitoring points for capturing application program behaviors;
the behavior capturing unit is used for capturing the behavior of the application program through a preset monitoring point;
a collection unit to collect power consumption data of the behavior of the application.
8. The mobile terminal for reducing device power consumption of claim 6, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises:
and the database presetting module is used for presetting the application program power consumption analysis database and establishing or updating and maintaining an application program white list.
9. The mobile terminal for reducing the power consumption of the device according to claims 6 to 8, wherein the start-limited application list is updated and maintained in real time or periodically by connecting to a cloud server, and meanwhile, manual update and maintenance by a user are supported.
10. A system for reducing power consumption of a device, comprising:
the cloud server is used for storing an application program power consumption analysis database, the application program power consumption analysis database comprises an application program white list, and when the cloud server receives power consumption data of the behavior of the application program sent by the mobile terminal, the power consumption data is compared with the application program in the application program white list to generate an application list for limiting starting and feed back the application list to the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal is used for capturing the behavior of a background application program of the mobile terminal and collecting power consumption data of the behavior of the application program when the local computer enters a standby mode; sending the power consumption data of the behavior of the application program to an application program power consumption analysis database stored in a cloud server for analysis and comparison; receiving and storing an application list which is pushed back by the application program power consumption analysis database and is limited to start; and prohibiting the corresponding application program in the application list which is limited to be started from being started in the background of the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal enters a standby mode.
