Abstract
一种核安全级针型阀,包括阀杆,阀杆伸入阀体内,阀杆的端部设有阀瓣,阀体上设有介质进出口通道,阀杆上套装有波纹管组件,波纹管组件通过阀盖压紧,阀盖再通过压盖螺母与阀体固定连接,阀杆最上端还连接一手柄,手柄与阀盖之间通过螺纹连接,阀盖与阀杆之间设有填料,填料由上填料和下填料组成,填料通过填料压套固定密封,上、下填料之间设有填料支撑环,在与填料支撑环相配合的阀盖处开有通孔,通孔上连接一引漏管,引漏管上连接一检漏阀。本发明的有益效果:可以随时打开检漏阀,以检测下填料是否失效,当检测出下填料失效时即可进行维修更换,而此时上填料的密封性能维持有效,从而保证阀门的密封性能,杜绝安全事故的发生。

本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其涉及一种针型阀。
背景技术
一般,针型阀在阀杆与阀盖之间会使用填料进行密封,只有当填料密封完全失效时,才能反映出介质泄漏的问题,此时再进行维修更换为时已晚,特别时当介质具有腐蚀性时,给操作者的人身健康带来危险。
发明内容
为了克服现有针型阀的上述缺点,本发明提供一种在阀门密封性能没有完全失效时,即可检测出部分填料已损坏的针型阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种核安全级针型阀,包括阀杆,阀杆伸入阀体内,阀杆的端部设有阀瓣,阀体上设有介质进出口通道,阀杆上套装有波纹管组件,波纹管组件通过阀盖压紧,阀盖再通过压盖螺母与阀体固定连接,阀杆最上端还连接一手柄,手柄与阀盖之间通过螺纹连接,阀盖与阀杆之间设有填料,填料由上填料和下填料组成,填料通过填料压套固定密封,上、下填料之间设有填料支撑环,在与填料支撑环相配合的阀盖处开有通孔,通孔上连接一引漏管,引漏管上连接一检漏阀。
本发明的有益效果是:在与填料支撑环相配合的阀盖处开有通孔,并连接检漏阀的结构,可以随时打开检漏阀,以检测下填料是否失效,当检测出下填料失效时即可进行维修更换,而此时上填料的密封性能维持有效,从而保证阀门整体的密封性能,杜绝安全事故的发生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种核安全级针型阀,包括阀杆10,阀杆10伸入阀体14内,阀杆10的端部设有阀瓣15,阀体14上设有介质进出口通道,阀杆10上套装有波纹管组件9,波纹管组件9通过阀盖7压紧,阀盖7再通过压盖螺母8与阀体14固定连接,阀杆10最上端还连接一手柄2,手柄2与阀盖7之间通过螺纹连接,阀盖7与阀杆10之间设有填料,填料由上填料4和下填料6组成,填料通过填料压套3固定密封,上、下填料之间设有填料支撑环5,在与填料支撑环5相配合的阀盖7处开有通孔11,通孔11上连接一引漏管12,引漏管12上连接一检漏阀13。使用时,可以随时打开检漏阀13,若有介质流出,则表明阀杆处的波纹管密封以及下填料密封已经失效,需要更换维修。

1.一种核安全级针型阀,包括阀杆,阀杆伸入阀体内,阀杆的端部设有阀瓣,阀体上设有介质进出口通道,阀杆上套装有波纹管组件,波纹管组件通过阀盖压紧,阀盖再通过压盖螺母与阀体固定连接,所述阀杆最上端还连接一手柄,所述手柄与阀盖之间通过螺纹连接,所述阀盖与阀杆之间设有填料,填料由上填料和下填料组成,填料通过填料压套固定密封,其特征在于:所述上填料与下填料之间设有填料支撑环,在所述与填料支撑环相配合的阀盖处开有通孔,通孔上连接一引漏管,所述引漏管上连接一检漏阀。
