(4) in the anti-oxidant treatment agent of described step (3), antistatic additive ethoxylated alkylamine 1g, softener ester based quaternary ammonium salt 4g is added respectively, film 3g, consistent lubricant essence 1g, adhesive carboxymethyl cellulose 5g and polyvinyl alcohol 4g and curing agent m-xylene diamine 3g, stir after dicyanodiamine 2g to obtain finishing agent product.
