本发明涉及一种应用在车轴存储、运输过程中的车轴防滚装置。
背景技术
轴类配件是一种常见并且用途广泛的配件,尤其是在铁路机车、车辆上。例如,车轴作为铁路车辆最重要的配件之一,其在每辆机车或车辆上的配置数量都比较多。由于车轴的外形为长圆柱形,当多个车轴堆放在一起时极为容易发生滚动从而造成隐患,同时也给存储、运输也带来极大的不便。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种能够对堆放的车轴形成约束的车轴防滚装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种车轴防滚装置,其特征在于:它包括三个以上呈间隔布置的套圈,所述套圈通过连接片焊接成一体。
所述套圈分布在上、下两排,位于上排的所述套圈与位于下排的所述套圈呈交错排列,每相邻的两所述套圈之间设置有一所述连接片。
每一所述套圈到与其邻近的各所述套圈之间的距离相等。
所述套圈和连接片均由钢材制成。
本发明由于采取以上技术方案,其具有以下优点:1、本发明通过多个套圈和连接片构成,在使用时以两个一组分别套入一组车轴的两端,从而可以将一组车轴束缚在一起,使得每个车轴组不再是长圆柱形的结构,即便堆积也不会轻易发生滚动,因此便于存储和运输。2、本发明结构简单、材料易得,因此制作方便且成本低。3、本发明使用方便,并且占用空间小。本发明可广泛应用于轴类配件的存放和运输。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细的描述。
如图1所示,本发明包括三个以上间隔布置的套圈1,套圈1通过连接片2焊接成一体。
上述实施例中,套圈1分布在上、下两排,且位于上排的套圈1与位于下排的套圈1呈交错排列,每相邻的两套圈1之间设置有一连接片2。
上述实施例中,每一套圈1到与其邻近的各套圈1之间的距离相等。
上述实施例中,套圈1和连接片2均由钢材制成。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种车轴防滚装置,其特征在于:所述套圈分布在上、下两排,位于上排的所述套圈与位于下排的所述套圈呈交错排列,每相邻的两所述套圈之间设置有一所述连接片。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种车轴防滚装置,其特征在于:每一所述套圈到与其邻近的各所述套圈之间的距离相等。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种车轴防滚装置,其特征在于:所述套圈和连接片均由钢材制成。
