本发明涉及一种石油专用管道手动粉末喷涂装置，所述握持手柄的底部设有一个与气泵连接的进气接口，握持手柄上设有控制开关，握持手柄的前端设有手柄喷嘴，所述手柄喷嘴的前端通过内螺纹与气粉混合室连接，所述手柄喷嘴的端部为圆形垫片，在圆形垫片上开设有小孔，手柄喷嘴的下端通过气压连接管与粉末储藏罐连通，所述粉末储藏罐通过粉末连接管与气粉混合室的粉末进口连通，所述气粉混合室的粉末出口处连接有加长喷管。本发明结构简单，通过加长喷管有效解决了粉末喷涂过程中倒角以及局部漏涂不能手工喷涂的问题，且大大地降低了操作工的劳动强度，提高了喷涂作业的效率，喷涂的涂层均匀、质量好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷涂装置，具体涉及一种石油专用管道手动粉末喷涂装置。
背景技术
在石油专用管材的涂层加工过程中，使用固体粉末涂料进行涂层加工,具有安全、快捷、环保等一系列的优势。但是在喷涂过程中需要人工手动对石油管材的倒角和局部漏涂之处进行涂敷，由于粉末涂料性质特殊，所以传统的手工喷涂工具无法满足其喷涂要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种石油专用管道手动喷涂装置，该装置有效解决了粉末喷涂过程中倒角以及局部漏涂不能手工喷涂的问题，提高了石油专用管道的涂层质量。
本发明的技术方案：一种石油专用管道手动粉末喷涂装置，包括粉末储藏罐、握持手柄、气粉混合室和加长喷管，所述握持手柄的底部设有一个与气泵连接的进气接口，握持手柄上设有控制开关，握持手柄的前端设有手柄喷嘴，所述手柄喷嘴的前端通过内螺纹与气粉混合室连接，所述手柄喷嘴的端部为圆形垫片，在圆形垫片上开设有小孔，手柄喷嘴的下端通过气压连接管与粉末储藏罐连通，所述粉末储藏罐通过粉末连接管与气粉混合室的粉末进口连通，所述气粉混合室的粉末出口处连接有加长喷管。
进一步地，所述握持手柄靠近进气接口的部位设有一个用于调节气压大小的调节阀。
进一步地，所述手柄喷嘴的端部为圆形垫片，在圆形垫片的上、下、左、右开设有四个与气粉混合室连通的圆形小孔。
进一步地，所述气粉混合室为塑料、铁、或钢中任意一种所制的横向放置的圆柱形中空结构。
进一步地，所述粉末连接管为塑料软管，所述粉末连接管连通到粉末储藏罐的中、下部位，在粉末储藏罐与气粉混合室之间形成粉末通道。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果：本发明结构简单，通过加长喷管有效解决了粉末喷涂过程中倒角以及局部漏涂不能手工喷涂的问题，减少了因漏涂给企业带来的经济损失，节约了成本。另外，该装置操作方便，单手就可进行操作，大大地降低了操作工的劳动强度，提高了喷涂作业的效率，喷涂的涂层均匀、质量好。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步的说明，以使本领域技术人员能够更好地理解。
一种石油专用管道手动粉末喷涂装置，如图1、图2所示，包括粉末储藏罐1、握持手柄2、气粉混合室5和加长喷管6。所述握持手柄2的底部设有一个与气泵连接的进气接口13，在靠近进气接口13的部位设有一个用于调节气压大小的调节阀9，握持手柄2上设有控制开关3。所述握持手柄3的前端设有手柄喷嘴4，所述手柄喷嘴4的前端通过内螺纹与气粉混合室5连接，所述气粉混合室5为塑料制的中空圆柱结构，所述气粉混合室5横向设置，所述手柄喷嘴4的端部为圆形垫片，在圆形垫片的上、下、左、右开设有四个与气粉混合室5连通的圆形小孔10。手柄喷嘴4的下端通过气压连接管8与粉末储藏罐1连通，所述粉末储藏罐1通过粉末连接管7与气粉混合室5的粉末进口11连通，所述气粉混合室5的粉末出口12处连接有加长喷管6。所述粉末连接管7为塑料软管，所述粉末连接管7连通到粉末储藏罐1的中、下部位，在粉末储藏罐1与气粉混合室5之间形成粉末通道。
工作时，连通气泵的压缩空气通过控制手柄喷嘴4喷出，一部分经过垫片的小孔进入气粉混合室5，一部分通过气气压连接管进入粉末储藏罐1，带动罐内粉末经由粉末连接管7进入气粉混合室5，在气粉混合室5与经垫片小孔10进来的气体混合后，经塑料加长喷管6送到管材漏涂或倒角处进行涂敷作业，这效提高了喷涂效率和喷涂质量。

1.石油专用管道手动粉末喷涂装置，其特征是包括粉末储藏罐、握持手柄、气粉混合室和加长喷管，所述握持手柄的底部设有一个与气泵连接的进气接口，握持手柄上设有控制开关，握持手柄的前端设有手柄喷嘴，所述手柄喷嘴的前端通过内螺纹与气粉混合室连接，所述手柄喷嘴的端部为圆形垫片，在圆形垫片上开设有小孔，手柄喷嘴的下端通过气压连接管与粉末储藏罐连通，所述粉末储藏罐通过粉末连接管与气粉混合室的粉末进口连通，所述气粉混合室的粉末出口处连接有加长喷管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石油专用管道手动粉末喷涂装置，其特征是所述握持手柄靠近进气接口的部位设有一个用于调节气压大小的调节阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石油专用管道手动粉末喷涂装置，其特征是所述手柄喷嘴的端部为圆形垫片，在圆形垫片的上、下、左、右开设有四个与气粉混合室连通的圆形小孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的石油专用管道手动粉末喷涂装置，其特征是所述气粉混合室为塑料、铁、或钢中任意一种所制的横向放置的圆柱形中空结构。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的石油专用管道手动粉末喷涂装置，其特征是所述粉末连接管为塑料软管，所述粉末连接管连通到粉末储藏罐的中、下部位，在粉末储藏罐与气粉混合室之间形成粉末通道。
