本发明公开了一种含有白茯苓的面膜及其制备方法，涉及护肤品领域，按质量份计，每100份白茯苓面膜中，含有以下成分：1～8份聚丙烯酸/C13‑C14异链烷烃/十三烷醇、2～10份甘油、1～6份聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.1～2份维生素E、0.1～3份水解乳清蛋白/燕麦氨基酸类、0.1～5份甜菜根提取物、0.1～5份白茯苓提取液和0.5～5份青枣添加剂，余量为纯水或矿物质水。本发明能够快速渗入皮肤，清除皮肤中的自由基，防止衰老，促进皮肤的修复，β‑环糊精能够包裹维生素C等有效成分，提高面膜中维生素E等油性成分的分散性。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品领域，具体涉及一种含有白茯苓的面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着手机、电脑性能的优化、功能的增加，手机、电脑逐步取代了传统的电视等电子产品，且由于手机和电脑携带比较方便，提供娱乐、工作、生活、交流等各种平台，人们每天面对手机、电脑的时间越来越长，但是手机、电脑本身会发射电磁波，对使用者皮肤和眼睛产生危害，而且手机、电脑屏幕上容易沾染灰尘和细菌，在使用过程中会转移到使用者的身上，尤其是面部，造成使用者皮肤过敏、缺乏光泽。
进一步的，随着生活节奏的加快，人们的生活压力变大，且休息时间变少，身体排毒较差，造成皮肤出现色素沉着、发黄、暗沉、肤色不均等症状。
为解决上述皮肤问题，人们通常选择化妆品进行遮掩或者使用美白护肤品进行修复，由于化妆品中含有油脂和小颗粒粉状物，主要通过遮盖皮肤表面起作用，在使用时，会出现堵塞毛孔，使得皮肤情况进一步恶化；现有的美白护肤品中通常采用熊果苷作为有效成分，虽然熊果苷具有加速黑色素的分解、杀菌和消炎的作用，能够提亮肤色，但是，熊果苷接触空气后容易分解，保质期较短，失效后需要更换，使用成本较高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷，本发明的目的在于提供一种含有白茯苓的面膜及其制备方法，保质期较长，使用成本较低。
为达到以上目的，本发明采取的技术方案是：一种含有白茯苓的面膜，按质量份计，每100份白茯苓面膜中，含有以下成分：
在上述技术方案的基础上，所述青枣添加剂为青枣提取液与β-环糊精按照质量比为1:1～3的混合物。
在上述技术方案的基础上，所述青枣提取液与β-环糊精按照质量比为1:2的混合物。
在上述技术方案的基础上，所述面膜还包括1～4份忍冬提取液。
一种权利要求1至4中任一项所述的含有白茯苓的面膜的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1：将纯水和矿物质水加入反应釜中，然后再加入1～8份聚丙烯酸/C13-C14异链烷烃/十三烷醇和2～10份甘油，在搅拌速度为800～1000转/min的条件下，按速度为3～5℃/min的速度升温至70～75℃，保温搅拌10～20min后降温至55～63℃，将反应釜抽真空至真空度为-0.04～-0.06Mpa，在密闭条件下，向反应釜中抽入0.1～2份维生素E和0.1～3份水解乳清蛋白/燕麦氨基酸类；
S2：将反应釜温度降低至低于45℃，在密闭条件下，向反应釜中抽入0.1～5份甜菜根提取物、0.1～5份白茯苓提取液、0.5～5份青枣添加剂、1～4份忍冬提取液，在反应釜真空度为-0.06～-0.08Mpa的条件下，保温搅拌20～40min后，过滤得到含有白茯苓的面膜。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：
(1)本发明中含有白茯苓的面膜，包括白茯苓和青枣添加剂，白茯苓含有大量的茯苓多糖、B-茯苓聚糖、茯苓酸、卵磷脂及甾醇等，茯苓多糖、B-茯苓聚糖、茯苓酸溶于水后，能够快速渗入皮肤，清除皮肤中的自由基，能够抑制超氧化物歧化酶等自由基酶的反应，进而降低皮肤中的自由基水平，防止衰老；甾醇和卵磷脂是细胞膜的组成成分，能够为合成细胞膜提供原料，促进皮肤的修复。
青枣添加剂为青枣提取液与β-环糊精按照质量比为1:1～3的混合物(最优为1:2)，β-环糊精能够包裹维生素C等有效成分，并提高面膜中维生素E和维生素A1等油性成分的分散性，同时，β-环糊精还具有一定的吸附作用，能够吸附皮肤中的多余油脂，促进皮肤毛孔通畅，进而使得面膜中的有效成分能够被皮肤有效吸收。
(2)本发明中含有白茯苓的面膜，包括忍冬提取液，忍冬提取液中含有木犀草素、忍冬素、异绿原酸、咖啡酸、木犀草素-7-O-双半乳糖甙等成分，其中，木犀草素在面膜中的含量大于0.001％，能够有效抑制面膜中细菌的含量，避免面膜中细菌增殖引起的有效成分被分解，同时，木樨草素还能够清理皮肤表面的细菌，缓解皮肤炎症。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明实施例提供一种含有白茯苓的面膜，按质量份计，每100份白茯苓面膜中，含有以下成分：
青枣添加剂为青枣提取液与β-环糊精按照质量比为1:1～3的混合物。
聚丙烯酸/C13-C14异链烷烃/十三烷醇和水解乳清蛋白/燕麦氨基酸类为护肤品中的常用原料。
在实际生产中，还可以包括1～4份忍冬提取液；同时，还可以根据需要添加0.1～0.5份防腐剂和0.05～0.5份香精。
由于白茯苓含有大量的茯苓多糖、B-茯苓聚糖、茯苓酸、卵磷脂及甾醇等，茯苓多糖、B-茯苓聚糖、茯苓酸溶于水后，能够快速渗入皮肤，清除皮肤中的自由基，能够抑制超氧化物歧化酶等自由基酶的反应，进而降低皮肤中的自由基水平，防止衰老；甾醇和卵磷脂是细胞膜的组成成分，能够为合成细胞膜提供原料，促进皮肤的修复。

实施例1
将纯水和矿物质水加入反应釜中，然后再加入1份聚丙烯酸/C13-C14异链烷烃/十三烷醇和10份甘油，在搅拌速度为800转/min的条件下，按速度为5℃/min的速度升温至75℃，保温搅拌10min后降温至58℃，将反应釜抽真空至真空度为-0.04Mpa，在密闭条件下，向反应釜中抽入0.1份维生素E和3份水解乳清蛋白/燕麦氨基酸类。
将反应釜温度降低至低于45℃，在密闭条件下，向反应釜中抽入0.1份甜菜根提取物、0.1份白茯苓提取液、0.5份青枣添加剂、1份忍冬提取液，在反应釜真空度为-0.08Mpa的条件下，保温搅拌30min后，过滤得到含有白茯苓的面膜。
实施例2
将纯水和矿物质水加入反应釜中，然后再加入8份聚丙烯酸/C13-C14异链烷烃/十三烷醇和2份甘油，在搅拌速度为1000转/min的条件下，按速度为3℃/min的速度升温至70℃，保温搅拌10min后降温至63℃，将反应釜抽真空至真空度为-0.06Mpa，在密闭条件下，向反应釜中抽入2份维生素E和3份水解乳清蛋白/燕麦氨基酸类。
将反应釜温度降低至40℃，在密闭条件下，向反应釜中抽入5份甜菜根提取物、5份白茯苓提取液、5份青枣添加剂、4份忍冬提取液，在反应釜真空度为-0.06Mpa的条件下，保温搅拌30min后，过滤得到含有白茯苓的面膜。
实施例3
将纯水和矿物质水加入反应釜中，然后再加入5份聚丙烯酸/C13-C14异链烷烃/十三烷醇和7份甘油，在搅拌速度为900转/min的条件下，按速度为4℃/min的速度升温至73℃，保温搅拌15min后降温至58℃，将反应釜抽真空至真空度为-0.05Mpa，在密闭条件下，向反应釜中抽入1份维生素E和1.3份水解乳清蛋白/燕麦氨基酸类。
将反应釜温度降低至38℃，在密闭条件下，向反应釜中抽入3份甜菜根提取物、4份白茯苓提取液、2.6份青枣添加剂、2.4份忍冬提取液，在反应釜真空度为-0.08Mpa的条件下，保温搅拌350min后，过滤得到含有白茯苓的面膜。

S1：将纯水或矿物质水加入反应釜中，然后再加入1～8份聚丙烯酸/C13-C14异链烷烃/十三烷醇和2～10份甘油，在搅拌速度为800～1000转/min的条件下，按速度为3～5℃/min的速度升温至70～75℃，保温搅拌10～20min后降温至55～63℃，将反应釜抽真空至真空度为-0.04～-0.06Mpa，在密闭条件下，向反应釜中抽入0.1～2份维生素E和0.1～3份水解乳清蛋白/燕麦氨基酸类；
