the adsorption weighing device 3 comprises a real-time weighing platform 31, a weighing tube 32 placed above the weighing platform, a sample tube 33 and an exhaust tube 36 which are arranged on the upper opening of the weighing tube in a matching way, a power line 34 and a data transmission line 35 are connected to the real-time weighing platform, the adsorption weighing device 3 and the gas heating device 2 are arranged in a constant-temperature heat insulation box 22 and connected through a gas pipeline, the adsorption weighing device 3 is separated from the gas heating device 2 through a waterproof heat insulation layer 37, and the sample tube 33 comprises a tube part 331 for accommodating a sample, a bottom 332 with small holes, a matching part 333 with the outer surface subjected to frosting treatment and a tube plug 334 communicated with the exhaust tube 36;

When the device is used, the switch of the constant-temperature water bath control panel 23 is firstly turned on, the temperature of the hot water bath is set, the water bath heating pipe 25 is started to heat, the water circulating pump 26 is started to stir and circulate, when the real-time temperature of the hot water bath reaches a set value, air purified by the air purifier 11 is introduced into the adsorption gas generation bottle 12, generated gas is taken out and mixed, the flow is controlled by the float flowmeter 13, the air enters the gas heating device 2 through the adsorption gas inlet pipe 21, the air is heated and insulated by the hot water bath in the adsorption gas constant-temperature pipe 24, enters the sample pipe 33 and is exhausted by the exhaust pipe 36 after being adsorbed by activated carbon. The mass of the activated carbon in the sample tube 33 after adsorbing gas is measured in real time by the real-time weighing platform 31 and is transmitted to the control computer by the data transmission line, the control computer judges a reaction starting point and a reaction finishing point according to the change of the detected data, the adsorption instrument is controlled to stop recording at the finishing point, and the adsorption rate of the activated carbon sample is obtained through calculation.
