一种金属波纹管
技术领域
本发明涉及管材领域,特别涉及一种金属波纹管。
背景技术
金属波纹管是一种外型象规则的波浪样的管材,常用的金属波纹管有碳钢的,和不锈钢的,也有钢质衬塑的、铝质的等等。主要用于需要很小的弯曲半径非同心轴向传动,或者不规则转弯、伸缩,或者吸收管道的热变形等,或者不便于用固定弯头安装的场合做管道与管道的连接,或者管道与设备的连接使用。金属波纹管管坯为薄壁不锈钢带焊管进行波形加工而成,富有可挠性及良好的耐温、耐压性能。适用于空气、蒸气各种工业气体及水、油类、药品等各类流体介质的输送,对管系的往复运动、热膨胀系吸收、振动吸收、配管的中心调整起着重要作用。本公司生产的金属耐压软管分为螺旋型金属软管(S型)及环型金属软管(A型)两大类型。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种金属波纹管,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种金属波纹管,包括金属波纹管体和编织层,所述金属波纹管体的材料为铝合金材料,所述金属波纹管体的管壁设置为S形波纹状,所述编织层由多根钢丝交叉编织形成,所述金属波纹管体和编织层之间设置有隔音降噪层和减震阻尼层,所述隔音降噪层的材料为隔音纤维材料,所述减震阻尼层的材料为橡胶材料。
优选的,所述金属波纹管体的端口设置为倒梯形结构。
优选的,所述金属波纹管的内壁上设置有耐腐蚀层,所述耐腐蚀层的材料为聚四氟乙烯层。
优选的,所述编织层外侧设置有保温层。
优选的,所述S形波纹状管壁上设置有压力传感器。

图1出示本发明的具体实施方式:一种金属波纹管,包括金属波纹管体1和编织层2,所述金属波纹管体1的材料为铝合金材料,所述金属波纹管体1的管壁设置为S形波纹状,所述编织层2由多根钢丝交叉编织形成,所述金属波纹管体1和编织层2之间设置有隔音降噪层4和减震阻尼层5,所述隔音降噪层4的材料为隔音纤维材料,所述减震阻尼层5的材料为橡胶材料。
此外,如图2所示,所述金属波纹管体1的端口设置为倒梯形结构6,所述金属波纹管1的内壁上设置有耐腐蚀层7,所述耐腐蚀层7的材料为聚四氟乙烯层,所述编织层2外侧设置有保温层8,所述S形波纹状3管壁上设置有压力传感器9。
