本发明公开了一种脱硫蝶阀,包括:阀杆、阀体和蝶板,所述蝶板的外围设置有一橡胶环,所述橡胶环的内壁为一倾斜面,所述橡胶环的外壁为齿形结构,所述橡胶环的外壁与阀体紧密贴合,所述阀杆上部与阀体接触部设置有第一密封圈,所述阀杆中部和下部与阀体接触部设置有第二密封圈,所述第一密封圈与阀杆中部的第二密封圈之间形成一腔体。通过上述方式,本发明能够提高耐腐蚀和耐磨性。

一种脱硫蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别是涉及一种脱硫蝶阀。
背景技术
现有技术中,脱硫蝶阀是作为开启、关闭和调节流体通道的一种阀门。在使用过程中,脱硫蝶阀必须满足腐蚀,磨损,流速,温度等几点要求,而目前应用于煤炭领域的脱硫蝶阀存在一些缺点,燃烧后的烟气中会出现一定量的氯离子和氯离子,管道中的颗粒物会沉积在阀口处,打开或闭合时增加了蝶板的磨损,从而也降低了密封性能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种脱硫蝶阀,能够提高耐腐蚀和耐磨性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种脱硫蝶阀,包括:阀杆、阀体和蝶板,所述蝶板的外围设置有一橡胶环,所述橡胶环的内壁为一倾斜面,所述橡胶环的外壁为齿形结构,所述橡胶环的外壁与阀体紧密贴合,所述阀杆上部与阀体接触部设置有第一密封圈,所述阀杆中部与阀体接触部设置有第二密封圈,所述第一密封圈与第二密封圈之间形成一腔体。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一密封圈上设置有出气口。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二密封圈的下方内置在橡胶环的外壁方槽内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用蝶板和橡胶环一起转动的方式,减少磨损,改变密封圈的密封方式,且减少粉尘堆积,提高耐腐性。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例包括:一种脱硫蝶阀,包括:阀杆1、阀体2和蝶板3,所述蝶板3的外围设置有一橡胶环4,所述橡胶环4的内壁为一倾斜面41,所述橡胶环4的外壁为齿形结构,所述橡胶环4的外壁与阀体2紧密贴合,所述阀杆1上部与阀体2接触部设置有第一密封圈5,所述阀杆1中部与阀体2接触部设置有第二密封圈6,所述第一密封圈5与第二密封圈6之间形成一腔体。
进一步说,所述第一密封圈5上设置有出气口50;所述第二密封圈6的下方内置在橡胶环4的外壁方槽40内。
本发明脱硫蝶阀在闭合时,蝶板3和橡胶环4一起转动,蝶板3和橡胶环4之间没有摩擦,因橡胶环4的外壁齿形结构与阀体2之间的接触面积小,而橡胶环4与阀体1之间略有摩擦,提高了耐磨性,另外因橡胶环4的内壁为一倾斜面,燃烧后的烟气中的颗粒物不会沉积在阀口处,减少了对阀口的腐蚀,提高了耐腐性,当脱硫蝶阀在打开时,橡胶环4与阀体1之间不会产生挤压磨损,闭合时第一密封圈5与第二密封圈6之间形成的气压腔体也随之释放,对密封圈也起到很好的保护作用。

1.一种脱硫蝶阀,包括:阀杆、阀体和蝶板,其特征在于,所述蝶板的外围设置有一橡胶环,所述橡胶环的内壁为一倾斜面,所述橡胶环的外壁为齿形结构,所述橡胶环的外壁与阀体紧密贴合,所述阀杆上部与阀体接触部设置有第一密封圈,所述阀杆中部和下部与阀体接触部设置有第二密封圈,所述第一密封圈与阀杆中部的第二密封圈之间形成一腔体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫蝶阀,其特征在于:所述第一密封圈上设置有出气口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫蝶阀,其特征在于:所述第二密封圈的下方内置在橡胶环的外壁方槽内。
