Abstract

本发明公开了一种风机安装设备专用的附着垫环。附着垫环上有与风机塔筒连接法兰孔一致的通孔,通过塔筒间法兰面的螺栓将其固定在塔筒连接法兰之间。有两个外凸的铰耳,可用于连接风机安装起重设备的附着架,利用风机塔筒的承载能力,为起重设备提供水平支撑,起到提高起重设备稳定性,改善起重设备结构受力的作用。本发明结构简单,设计合理,操作方便,适用于多种环境,不仅能够大幅度提高起重设备身抗风能力,提高安装作业的安全性和效率,也可以作为投产后风机维修吊装作业提供支撑。

一种风机专用的附着垫环
技术领域
本发明涉及在风机安装过程中,在每两节塔筒间添加附着垫环,在其他类似产品上也可以使用。
背景技术
风力发电机是将风能转换为电能的动力机械,风机越高,可获得的能量也就越大。为了方便制造、运输和安装,风机塔筒通常分为多段,塔筒与基础、机舱,以及各段间的连接通过法兰和螺栓实现。风机的塔筒具有很强的承载能力,如果安装或维修的起重设备能够像建筑用起重设备附着在建筑物上那样附着到塔筒上,将大幅度改善起重设备结构的受力,并提高起重作业的安全性和稳定性。风机塔筒是薄壁结构,若不是特殊设计,无法为安装设备提供附着支撑,本发明能够实现在常规塔筒上为起重设备提供附着基础。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:突破风机塔筒结构不能直接附着的限制,提供一种结构简单,安装方便的风机专用附着垫环。
本发明的技术方案是:一种风机专用的附着垫环,包括环状的垫圈,垫圈上均匀开有与风机塔筒连接法兰孔一致的通孔,垫圈外环有两个外凸的铰耳;附着垫环置于风机塔筒上法兰4和风机塔筒下法兰5间,并通过螺栓7连接,附着垫环外环两个外凸的铰耳3连接风机安装起重设备的附着架。
本发明的有益效果是:在不改变风机塔筒结构的前提下,为安装或维修的起重设备提供水平附着支撑,大幅度改善起重设备结构的受力,并提高起重作业的安全性和稳定性,本发明结构简单,设计合理,操作方便。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和技术方案对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图所示的风机专用的附着垫环6,包括环状的钢材料垫圈1,垫圈上均匀分布和风机塔筒的法兰安装孔一致的通孔2,及附着垫环外环两个外凸的铰耳3;
附着垫环放置在风机塔筒上法兰4和风机塔筒下法兰5之间,塔筒法兰通过螺栓7连接,附着垫环外环两个外凸的铰耳3连接风机安装起重设备的附着架,利用风机塔筒的承载能力,为起重设备提供水平支撑,起到提高起重设备稳定性,改善起重设备结构受力的作用,提高安装效率,省时省力;吊装时,夹住附着垫环外壁,避免了塔筒吊装时的屈曲及磨损问题。

1.一种风机专用的附着垫环,其特征在于,所述的附着垫环包括环状的垫圈,垫圈上均匀开有与风机塔筒连接法兰孔一致的通孔,垫圈外环有两个外凸的铰耳;附着垫环置于风机塔筒上法兰和风机塔筒下法兰间,并通过螺栓连接,垫圈外环两个外凸的铰耳连接风机安装起重设备的附着架。
