本发明公开了一种PPR管,采用以下原料重量配比制成:PPR原料88~92%、PPR破碎料8~12%、PPR白色母1~2%。与现有技术相比,本发明在PPR原料里添加了PPR破碎料,能够节能环保,减轻环境污染,进一步降低企业的生产成本,使得PPR管更具有市场竞争力。

本发明涉及管材技术领域,具体涉及一种PPR管。
背景技术
PPR管又叫三型聚丙烯管、无规共聚聚丙烯管,是由无规共聚聚丙烯管材专用料经挤出加工而成。PPR管材除了具有一般塑料管材质量轻、强度好、耐腐蚀和使用寿命长等优点外,还具有其它优点:内壁光滑,流动阻力小而且不结垢;安装操作简单方便,具有可焊性,可在几秒钟内焊接在一起。随着社会经济的发展,现在倡导绿色环保,循环发展。现有的PPR管材大多数采用的是PPR原料直接生产出来,存在生产原料贵,成本高,污染环境等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种PPR管。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种PPR管,采用以下原料重量配比制成:PPR原料88~92%、PPR破碎料8~12%、PPR白色母1~2%。
作为优选,该PPR管的原料重量优选配比:PPR原料90%、PPR破碎料10%、PPR白色母2%。
作为优选,所述PPR原料为宏达化工PPR料、韩国晓星PPR料中的一种或两种混合料。
作为优选,所述PPR混合料为50%宏达化工PPR料和50%韩国晓星PPR料混合而成。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明在PPR原料里添加了PPR破碎料,能够节能环保,减轻环境污染,进一步降低企业的生产成本,使得PPR管更具有市场竞争力。

一种PPR管,采用以下原料重量配比制成:宏达化工PPR料90kg、PPR破碎料10kg、PPR白色母2kg。

一种PPR管,采用以下原料重量配比制成:PPR原料88kg、PPR破碎料12kg、PPR白色母1.5kg。

一种PPR管,采用以下原料重量配比制成:PPR原料92kg、PPR破碎料8kg、PPR白色母1kg。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种PPR管,其特征在于,所述PPR原料为宏达化工PPR料、韩国晓星PPR料中的一种或两种混合料。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种PPR管,其特征在于,所述PPR混合料为50%宏达化工PPR料和50%韩国晓星PPR料混合而成。
