Abstract

一种用于海产品运输的透明抗菌膜,涉及一种高分子包装材料,所述一种用于海产品运输的透明抗菌膜由聚乙烯/EVOH/PVDC/聚酰胺/聚乙烯多层依次共挤而成;外层采用进行改性的增强强度的LDPE;第二层采用EVOH;第三层采用为PVDC;所用聚酰胺层为添加抗菌剂的纳米尼龙6组成;最外层LDPE的增韧剂为SBS,最内层聚乙烯层的抗菌剂为无机含银抗菌剂。本发明在挤出外层LDPE中加入SBS进行共混,在内层LDPE中加入无机银离子抗菌剂共混,采用多层共挤,将外LDPE/EVOH/PVDC/纳米尼龙6/内LDPE分别熔融,得到透明的高阻隔抗菌膜,抗菌膜该避光和阻断透气,保持内容物不被氧化,减少营养损失,保持口味新鲜。

Description

一种用于海产品运输的透明抗菌膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子包装材料,特别是涉及一种用于海产品运输的透明抗菌膜。
背景技术
高阻隔性包装,即具有高阻隔性的包装材料,可以定义为一种材料具有很强的阻止另种材料进入的能力,不论另一种材料是气体、水汽、气味、还是怪味或香气。研究高阻隔包装材料目的是为了应对一些特殊产品需求而发明的一种新型包装材料,早在40多年前,高阻隔技术就已经产生了。美国在20世纪50年代就已经使用聚乙烯薄膜复合到金属箔上作为阻隔性包装材料。到了20世纪70年代中期,不少聚合物团体,才开始把用于包装的阻隔性薄膜材料投放市场。当时,这种材料的加工方法都是采用聚烯烃材料作为粘结剂把类似的聚合物薄膜复合成多层结构的薄膜。
阻隔材料发展至今,形成了四种最基本的阻隔涂层:尼龙,PVDC,EVOH和金属镀膜。尼龙具有良好的透明性和耐穿刺性,它作为薄膜的最大特点是阻隔性不随湿度的上升而下降。PVDC的特点是低透过性、阻隔性和耐化学药品性,我国的PVDC是伴随火腿肠的加工技术引进并得到发展的。目前已广泛应用于食品、卷烟、饮料保险和隔味,以及化工、医药、电子和军工产业的防潮包装。EVOH的特点是对气体具有极好的阻隔性和极好加工性,另外透明性、光泽性、机械强度、伸缩性、耐磨性、耐寒性和表面强度都非常优异。纸塑铝高阻隔包装是以食品专用纸板作为基料的包装系统,由聚乙烯、纸、铝箔等复合而成的纸质包装。主要作用是避光和阻断透气,保持内容物不被氧化,减少营养损失,保持口味新鲜。
在国内,社会的进步使消费者对阻隔包装的要求更高,希望食品更新鲜,更能保持产品原汁原味和高品质,这就促使材料开发商和研究者们去寻求更加先进的包装材料和开发方案。从20世纪90年代中期开始直至今天,有些复合包装塑料薄膜已有15层以上了,特别引人注目的是,在高阻隔薄膜的研制中不断地引入各种高新技术,是包装领域技术发展的主要方向。
由于传统海产品运输箱成本较高,寻常的塑料袋易破损,造成了海产品受到外界环境破坏达不到保鲜的效果,而且传统塑料袋阻隔性能差,产品保质期短,内部易生细菌,导致变质快,不易保存。随着人们的健康意识逐渐提高,对食品要求更加苛刻的环境下,本发明提供的这种透明高阻隔抗菌膜是在传统阻隔工艺基础上对部分阻隔材料进行改性,增强强度和韧性,并加入了安全无毒的抗菌剂,制备出一种表面耐刮划、耐穿刺、隔水、隔气、抗菌的海产品运输抗菌膜。成本低廉,阻隔性能优异,产品保存期得到大大延长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于海产品运输的透明抗菌膜,本发明抗菌膜在挤出外层LDPE中加入SBS进行共混,在内层LDPE中加入一定量的无机银离子抗菌剂共混,将外LDPE/EVOH/PVDC/纳米尼龙6/内LDPE分别熔融,得到透明的高阻隔抗菌膜。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于海产品运输的透明抗菌膜,所述抗菌膜由聚乙烯/EVOH/PVDC/聚酰胺/聚乙烯多层依次共挤而成;外层采用进行改性的增强强度的LDPE;第二层采用EVOH;第三层采用为PVDC;所用聚酰胺层为添加抗菌剂的纳米尼龙6组成;最外层LDPE的增韧剂为SBS,最内层聚乙烯层的抗菌剂为无机含银抗菌剂。
所述的一种用于海产品运输的透明抗菌膜,所述最外层LDPE厚度为75-80微米,EVOH厚度为10-15微米,PVDC厚度为8-10微米,纳米尼龙6厚度为30-35微米,最内层LDPE厚度为80-85微米。
本发明的优点与效果是:
本发明在挤出外层LDPE中加入SBS进行共混,在内层LDPE中加入一定量的无机银离子抗菌剂共混,采用多层共挤,将外LDPE/EVOH/PVDC/纳米尼龙6/内LDPE分别熔融,然后置于一个口模中进行挤出,得到膜前体,吹塑,冷却,定型,得到透明的高阻隔抗菌膜,抗菌膜该避光和阻断透气,保持内容物不被氧化,减少营养损失,保持口味新鲜。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种用于海产品运输的透明高阻隔抗菌膜,包括由外至内依次接触的第一LDPE层,第二EVOH层,第三PVDC层,第四纳米尼龙6层和最内层LDPE层。
本发明提供的高阻隔抗菌膜中,LDPE具有很好的阻湿性和热封性,可以做为外层受力层,EVOH具有很好的氧气阻隔性,PVDC对水有很好的阻隔性,可以防止水蒸气渗入,纳米尼龙6具有较高的机械强度和耐刺穿性,与PVDC相容性好,可以保护高阻隔膜整体不被产品破坏,LDPE中加入无机银离子抗菌剂,使高阻隔膜内部达到无菌环境,作为最内层保护层。
参见图1,图1为本发明提供的高阻隔抗菌膜结构示意图,其中1为最外层LDPE受力层,2为EVOH层,3为PVDC层,4为纳米尼龙6层,5为最内层LDPE保护层。
以上原材料市场均可直接购得,本发明还提供了一种用于海产品运输的高阻隔抗菌膜的制备方法,将SBS加入到LDPE中,将无机银离子抗菌剂加入到LDPE中,将LDPE、EVOH、PVDC、纳米尼龙6、LDPE分别熔融,多层共挤依次由外至内得到带有SBS的LDPE/EVOH/PVDC/纳米尼龙6/带有阴离子抗菌剂的LDPE这五层复合的热熔管,将上述热熔管吹塑成膜,冷却定型,将外层面进行电晕处理可得到透明的高阻隔抗菌膜。
本发明采用多层共挤的工艺方法,生产方法较为简单。
本发明提供的高阻隔抗菌膜中,最外层LDPE厚度为75-80微米,EVOH厚度为10-15微米,PVDC厚度为8-10微米,纳米尼龙6厚度为30-35微米,最内层LDPE厚度为80-85微米。
本发明提供的高阻隔抗菌膜具有良好的透明度、机械强度、耐刺穿性、隔氧、隔湿、材料无菌无毒,是一种优良的海产品运输膜。
为了进一步说明本发明,一下结合实例对对本发明提供的高阻隔抗菌膜进行详细描述。
实施例
将SBS加入到LDPE中,将无机银离子抗菌剂加入到LDPE中,将LDPE、EVOH、PVDC、纳米尼龙6、LDPE分别熔融,多层共挤依次由外至内得到带有SBS的LDPE/EVOH/PVDC/纳米尼龙6/带有阴离子抗菌剂的LDPE这五层复合的热熔管,将上述热熔管吹塑成膜,最外层LDPE厚度为75-80微米,EVOH厚度为10-15微米,PVDC厚度为8-10微米,纳米尼龙6厚度为30-35微米,最内层LDPE厚度为80-85微米。
冷却定型,得到透明的高阻隔抗菌膜。
性能测试表:

由以上实施例可以看出,本发明提供了一种高阻隔抗菌膜,包括由外至内的由外至内依次接触的第一LDPE层,第二EVOH层,第三PVDC层,第四纳米尼龙6层和最内层LDPE层。
由表中数据可以分析出,本发明提供的高阻隔抗菌膜具有良好的透明性、机械强度、耐刺穿性、隔氧、隔湿、材料无菌无毒,是一种安全实用的高阻隔包装材料。

1.一种用于海产品运输的透明抗菌膜,其特征在于,所述一种用于海产品运输的透明抗菌膜由聚乙烯/EVOH/PVDC/聚酰胺/聚乙烯多层依次共挤而成;外层采用进行改性的增强强度的LDPE;第二层采用EVOH;第三层采用为PVDC;所用聚酰胺层为添加抗菌剂的纳米尼龙6组成;最外层LDPE的增韧剂为SBS,最内层聚乙烯层的抗菌剂为无机含银抗菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于海产品运输的透明抗菌膜,其特征在于,所述最外层LDPE厚度为75-80微米,EVOH厚度为10-15微米,PVDC厚度为8-10微米,纳米尼龙6厚度为30-35微米,最内层LDPE厚度为80-85微米。
