本发明公开了一种多孔蓄光面料,包括:上层多孔面料和底部蓄光面料,所述上层多孔面料设置在底部蓄光面料的上方,所述上层多孔面料为涤纶中空纤维制成的半透明面料,所述底部蓄光面料为长效蓄光纤维制成的长效蓄光面料,所述上层多孔面料上设置有数个通孔,所述通孔排列组合成文字或者图案。通过上述方式,本发明所述的多孔蓄光面料,灯光或者太阳光透光上层多孔面料而给底部蓄光面料进行蓄光,而底部蓄光面料发光时其光芒主要通过上层多孔面料上的通孔发出,利用激光切割的通孔的排布而得到具有发光效果的文字或者图案,使用方便,展示的效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,特别是涉及一种多孔蓄光面料。
背景技术
长效蓄光纤维作为一种发光纤维材料,广泛应用于建筑装潢、交通运输、夜间作业、日常生活及娱乐服装等领域。长效蓄光纤维投放市场后,由于其特殊的性能及广泛的应用范围,得到市场的欢迎。
目前,长效蓄光纤维和其他纤维混纺制成的蓄光面料吸收太阳光或者灯光的能量,然后在黑暗中释放,发出光芒,具有一定的舞台演示和警示效果。蓄光面料通体发光,无法形成特定的图案或者文字,使用多有不便。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多孔蓄光面料,在面料上形成特定发光的图案或者文字,提高使用便利性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种多孔蓄光面料,包括:上层多孔面料和底部蓄光面料,所述上层多孔面料设置在底部蓄光面料的上方,所述上层多孔面料为涤纶中空纤维制成的半透明面料,所述底部蓄光面料为长效蓄光纤维制成的长效蓄光面料,所述上层多孔面料上设置有数个通孔,所述通孔排列组合成文字或者图案。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述上层多孔面料的下表面设置有与底部蓄光面料相连接的胶水,所述胶水为透明粘结剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述通孔是通过激光切割机在上层多孔面料上切割生成的。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述长效蓄光纤维是在合成纤维纺制过程中加入碱土金属铝酸盐纺制而成的纤维。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种多孔蓄光面料,灯光或者太阳光透光上层多孔面料而给底部蓄光面料进行蓄光,而底部蓄光面料发光时其光芒主要通过上层多孔面料上的通孔发出,利用激光切割的通孔的排布而得到具有发光效果的文字或者图案,使用方便,展示的效果好。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例包括:
一种多孔蓄光面料,包括:上层多孔面料和底部蓄光面料,所述上层多孔面料设置在底部蓄光面料的上方,所述上层多孔面料为涤纶中空纤维制成的半透明面料,灯光或者太阳光透光上层多孔面料而给底部蓄光面料进行蓄光。
所述底部蓄光面料为长效蓄光纤维制成的长效蓄光面料,所述上层多孔面料上设置有数个通孔,所述通孔排列组合成文字或者图案。
所述上层多孔面料的下表面设置有与底部蓄光面料相连接的胶水,所述胶水为透明粘结剂。透明粘结剂既可以加强上层多孔面料和底部蓄光面料之间的连接,又不会阻碍光线的传递,提高了底部蓄光面料蓄光和发光的效率。所述通孔是通过激光切割机在上层多孔面料上切割生成的。激光切割机可以根据图案和文字进行编程进行通孔的自动切割,利用通孔排列组合成文字或者图案。底部蓄光面料发光时其光芒主要通过上层多孔面料上的通孔发出,利用激光切割的通孔的排布而得到具有发光效果的文字或者图案,在黑暗中发出文字和案子样式的光芒。
所述长效蓄光纤维是在合成纤维纺制过程中加入碱土金属铝酸盐纺制而成的纤维,长效蓄光纤维在自然光或者日光灯照射10~20min后,可在黑暗处持续发光6小时以上,且吸光、发光可反复进行。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种多孔蓄光面料,采用复合结构,加工效率高,面料表面可以在黑暗中发出图案和文字效果的光芒,图案和文字周围发出暗淡的余辉,提高了使用便利性。

1.一种多孔蓄光面料,包括:上层多孔面料和底部蓄光面料,所述上层多孔面料设置在底部蓄光面料的上方,其特征在于,所述上层多孔面料为涤纶中空纤维制成的半透明面料,所述底部蓄光面料为长效蓄光纤维制成的长效蓄光面料,所述上层多孔面料上设置有数个通孔,所述通孔排列组合成文字或者图案。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多孔蓄光面料,其特征在于,所述上层多孔面料的下表面设置有与底部蓄光面料相连接的胶水,所述胶水为透明粘结剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多孔蓄光面料,其特征在于,所述通孔是通过激光切割机在上层多孔面料上切割生成的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多孔蓄光面料,其特征在于,所述长效蓄光纤维是在合成纤维纺制过程中加入碱土金属铝酸盐纺制而成的纤维。
