牛奶,是人们日常生活中喜爱的饮品之一,喝牛奶的好处如今已越来越被大众所认识,牛奶中含有丰富的钙、维生素D等,包括人体生长发育所需的全部氨基酸,消化率可高达98%。牛奶中的矿物质种类非常丰富,除了我们所熟知的钙以外,磷、铁、锌、铜、锰、钼的含量都很多。最难得的是,牛奶是人体钙的最佳来源,而且钙磷比例非常适当,利于钙的吸收。近几年来,水牛奶越来越受到人们的青睐,而奶水牛具有体型大,生长快,产奶多和产肉性能等优点,但是现有的饲养方式、方法依然处于传统的粗放状态,存在饲料消耗多,种类单一,奶产量偏低,经济效益不高的缺憾。
随着饲料工业的发展,配合饲料中加入化学物质添加剂(矿物质、微量元素、维生素、抗生素)以及农副产品、轻工业、食品行业下脚料越来越多,对原有饲料的天然风味产生了很大的影响,改变了饲料风味,大大影响了配合饲料的适口性,也大大影响了水牛奶的风味。奶水牛的采食量和生长受到了较大的影响,导致摄食量减少、生长缓慢,日产奶量及产奶品质下降,严重影响了养殖利润,并阻碍奶水牛养殖业的发展。
另外,随着养殖业的产量逐年上升,消费者对产品品质的要求也越来越高,对于大规模养殖业来说,饲料质量的优良直接决定着养殖产品的质量好坏。为了得到更好的经济效益,现奶水牛养殖过程中,成品饲料中,过多地添加激素类药物、或其他添加剂,导致养殖质量下降,天然养殖的奶水牛及其牛奶制品,已成了广大消费者追求目标。因此研制一种无激素无残留富含奶水牛生长所需的各类营养物质的饲料,增加产奶量,改善牛奶风味,是现在需要努力的目标。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种改善牛奶风味的奶水牛饲料,该饲料改善饲料的适口性,增加进食量,能够显著改善牛奶风味,提高产奶量和牛奶质量。

1、本发明的饲料含有奶水牛生长需要的全部营养成分,富含矿质微量元素,促进生长,且营养成分专门针对奶水牛配制,营养量适宜,防止营养过剩而导致浪费,充分利用饲料,节省原料,降低成本;此外还能够明显提高牛奶中甘氨酸、精氨酸和天冬氨酸含量,分别提高11.5%~13.8%,13.5%~14.9%,10.3%~12.8%,显著改善牛奶风味,提高口感。
2、本发明中的中药添加剂能够增进新陈代谢,促进血液循环,促进乳房发育,加速乳房膨胀和加快乳汁排泄,提高奶产量24~38%;还具有抗菌、抑菌作用,能提高肌体特异性和非特异性免疫力,降低奶水牛发病率,抗应激,能够预防乳房炎,提高水牛奶质量;具有健脾养胃,开胃,提高奶水牛的食欲,消食化积,行气散瘀,促进奶水牛的消化,促进唾液、胃液、胰液及胆汁的大量分泌,兴奋胃肠平滑肌,加快胃肠蠕动,加快营养物质的吸收速度,增加进食量,提高产奶量。
3、本发明的饲料具有特殊的香味、甜味,提高日粮的适口性,增加进食量和提高采食速度。
4、本发明中奶水牛所需要的矿质微量元素全部来自于植物中,这样的矿质微量元素最容易被奶水牛吸收,满足生长需要,不用特地添加精饲料,降低成本。
5、本发明的饲料高效,安全,天然,无公害,无毒副作用,无残留。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
改善牛奶风味的奶水牛饲料的重量份配比:杂交狼尾草15份,豆粕20份,胡萝卜粉18份,香蕉粉6份,红薯粉4份,米酒糟6份,虾仁5份,中药添加剂9份。
中药添加剂的重量份配比:茉莉花13份,香菇10份,丝瓜络7份,白芷5份,麦冬5份,石榴皮13份,铁皮石斛0.2份。
实施例2
改善牛奶风味的奶水牛饲料的重量份配比:杂交狼尾草18份,豆粕18份,胡萝卜粉16份,香蕉粉7份,红薯粉5份,米酒糟4份,虾仁4份,中药添加剂11份。
中药添加剂的重量份配比:茉莉花12份,香菇9份,丝瓜络6份,白芷4份,麦冬4份,石榴皮11份,铁皮石斛0.3份。
实施例3
改善牛奶风味的奶水牛饲料的重量份配比:杂交狼尾草20份,豆粕15份,胡萝卜粉14份,香蕉粉9份,红薯粉7份,米酒糟3份,虾仁3份,中药添加剂7份。
中药添加剂的重量份配比:茉莉花15份,香菇7份,丝瓜络5份,白芷3份,麦冬3份,石榴皮9份,铁皮石斛0.4份。
实施例4
改善牛奶风味的奶水牛饲料的重量份配比:杂交狼尾草23份,豆粕13份,胡萝卜粉12份,香蕉粉11份,红薯粉8份,米酒糟2份,虾仁2份,中药添加剂5份。
中药添加剂的重量份配比:茉莉花17份,香菇5份,丝瓜络3份,白芷2份,麦冬2份,石榴皮7份,铁皮石斛0.5份。
实施例5
改善牛奶风味的奶水牛饲料的重量份配比:杂交狼尾草25份,豆粕10份,胡萝卜粉10份,香蕉粉13份,红薯粉10份,米酒糟1份,虾仁1份,中药添加剂3份。
中药添加剂的重量份配比:茉莉花18份,香菇4份,丝瓜络2份,白芷1份,麦冬1份,石榴皮5份,铁皮石斛0.6份。
实施例1~5所述的改善牛奶风味的奶水牛饲料的制备方法为:将全部原料混合后粉碎至100目,经过调制后膨化制粒成为饲料成品。
试验例
选择500头胎次、产奶量、进食量相近的奶水牛,随机分为试验组和对照组4个组,每组125头。前三组喂食本发明实施例1、3、5的饲料,第四组喂食普通饲料。试验期为30天。供试牛固定槽位,每日喂食3次,3次机械挤奶,统计产奶量和进食量。试验结果见表1:

1.一种改善牛奶风味的奶水牛饲料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:杂交狼尾草15~25份,豆粕10~20份,胡萝卜粉10~18份,香蕉粉6~13份,红薯粉4~10份,米酒糟1~6份,虾仁1~5份,中药添加剂3~11份;
所述的中药添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成:茉莉花12~18份,香菇4~10份,丝瓜络2~7份,白芷1~5份,麦冬1~5份,石榴皮5~13份,铁皮石斛0.2~0.6份;
所述的杂交狼尾草为鲜草。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善牛奶风味的奶水牛饲料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:杂交狼尾草20份,豆粕15份,胡萝卜粉14份,香蕉粉9份,红薯粉7份,米酒糟3份,虾仁3份,中药添加剂7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改善牛奶风味的奶水牛饲料,其特征在于,所述的中药添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成:茉莉花15份,香菇7份,丝瓜络5份,白芷3份,麦冬3份,石榴皮9份,铁皮石斛0.4份。
