Abstract

喷洒药液快速泄压与分路同压控制阀属于农业机械;在设置进液腔、喷液腔、泄压腔和调压腔的阀体上、下端部上分别安装箱体和喷头,在箱体内固装安装板和上、下限位开关,固装主动齿轮的电机、双联中间齿轮及固装驱动齿轮的螺纹轴配装在安装板上,在阀体内插装主轴,在主轴上从上至下依次安装限位杆、上卡簧、上锥阀、上压力弹簧、中锥阀、中卡簧、下卡簧和下锥阀,在下锥阀下侧部配装下压力弹簧,螺纹轴与主轴螺纹连接,固装调节旋钮的调压阀杆配装在阀体上,且位于调压腔内;本阀结构新颖,使用可靠,调控操作简易方便,可有效避免和消除停止药液喷洒作业时喷头的泄漏和后滴故障发生,无药液损失,生产成本低,作业质量好。

技术领域
本发明创造属于农业机械,主要涉及一种喷洒药液机具上的快速泄压与分路同压控制阀。
背景技术
为避免对农业作物的伤害,保证农产品品质,减少药液损失,降低作业成本,对农作物喷洒药液农艺有着严格的技术要求。目前,停止喷洒药液后喷头药液的泄漏和后滴现象是影响喷洒药液作业质量的主要问题之一。由于现有的药液喷洒装置未设有药液减压或泄压机构,在药液系统中药液压力不降情况下,只能单一依靠药液喷头的阀芯与阀座之间的密封配合实现停止喷洒药液,药液的泄漏和后滴现象较为突出,影响了药液喷洒作业质量。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,设计提供一种喷洒药液快速泄压与分路同压控制阀,达到避免和消除停止药液喷洒作业后药液喷头的泄漏和后滴故障发生、减少药液损失、降低作业成本、保证作业质量的目的。
本发明创造的目的是这样实现的:在阀体内设置进液腔、喷液腔、泄压腔和调压腔,所述进液腔分别与喷液腔和调压腔连通,所述喷液腔与泄压腔连通;喷头固装在阀体下侧部上,且与喷液腔连通;在所述阀体上端外侧部上安装箱体,安装板、上限位开关和下限位开关固装在箱体内,电机固装在安装板上,双联中间齿轮和螺纹轴可转动的安装在安装板上,在所述电机和螺纹轴上分别固装主动齿轮和驱动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与双联中间齿轮啮合,双联中间齿轮与驱动齿轮啮合;主轴可上下轴向移动的插配在阀体内,在所述主轴上端部上、位于箱体内部固装限位杆,所述限位杆与上、下限位开关呈接触或脱离接触配合;在所述主轴上从上至下依次可轴向滑动的套装上锥阀、中锥阀和下锥阀,所述上锥阀和中锥阀位于进液箱内,上锥阀与进液腔和调压腔连通阀孔呈接触密闭配合,中锥阀与进液腔和喷液腔连通阀孔呈接触密闭配合,所述下锥阀位于泄压腔内,且与喷液腔和泄压腔连通阀孔呈接触密闭配合,上卡簧、中卡簧和下卡簧从上至下依次固装在主轴上,所述上卡簧位于上锥阀上方,中卡簧位于中锥阀下方,下卡簧位于下锥阀上方,上压力弹簧套装在主轴上,所述上压力弹簧的上、下端分别与上锥阀和中锥阀接触配合,在所述泄压腔内、位于下锥阀下侧配装下压力弹簧,所述下压力弹簧下端在泄压腔上轴向定位,下压力弹簧上端与下锥阀接触配合;在所述调压腔上可轴向移动的配装调压阀杆,所述调压阀杆与调压腔的进液孔呈插入密闭配合或脱离插入配合,在调压阀杆外端部上配装调压旋钮,至此构成喷洒药液快速泄压与分路同压控制阀。
本发明创造结构新颖,使用可靠,调控操作简易方便,可有效避免和消除停止药液喷洒作业时药液喷头的泄漏和后滴故障发生,无药液损失,生产成本低,作业质量好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造实施方案进行详细描述。一种喷洒药液快速泄压与分路同压控制阀,在阀体23内设置进液腔24、喷液腔20、泄压腔21和调压腔25,所述进液腔24分别与喷液腔20和调压腔25连通,所述喷液腔20与泄压腔21连通;喷头19固装在阀体23下侧部上,且与喷液腔20连通;在所述阀体23上端外侧部上安装箱体27,安装板1、上限位开关7和下限位开关8固装在箱体27内,电机3固装在安装板1上,双联中间齿轮4和螺纹轴6可转动的安装在安装板1上,在所述电机3和螺纹轴6上分别固装主动齿轮2和驱动齿轮5,所述主动齿轮2与双联中间齿轮4啮合,双联中间齿轮4与驱动齿轮5啮合;主轴9可上下轴向移动的插配在阀体23内,在所述主轴9上端部上、位于箱体27内部固装限位杆26,所述限位杆26与上、下限位开关7、8呈接触或脱离接触配合;在所述主轴9上从上至下依次可轴向滑动的套装上锥阀12、中锥阀13和下锥阀14,所述上锥阀12和中锥阀13位于进液箱24内,上锥阀12与进液腔24和调压腔25连通阀孔呈接触密闭配合,中锥阀13与进液腔24和喷液腔20连通阀孔呈接触密闭配合,所述下锥阀14位于泄压腔21内,且与喷液腔20和泄压腔21连通阀孔呈接触密闭配合,上卡簧15、中卡簧17和下卡簧22从上至下依次固装在主轴9上,所述上卡簧15位于上锥阀12上方,中卡簧17位于中锥阀13下方,下卡簧22位于下锥阀14上方,上压力弹簧16套装在主轴9上,所述上压力弹簧16的上、下端分别与上锥阀12和中锥阀13接触配合,在所述泄压腔21内、位于下锥阀14下侧配装下压力弹簧18,所述下压力弹簧18下端在泄压腔21上轴向定位,下压力弹簧18上端与下锥阀14接触配合;在所述调压腔25上可轴向移动的配装调压阀杆10,所述调压阀杆10与调压腔25的进液孔呈插入密闭配合或脱离插入配合,在调压阀杆10外端部上配装调压旋钮11。
作业使用时,带有压力的药液充入进液腔24内,经中锥阀13下方的进液腔24与喷液腔20之间的连通阀孔进入到喷液腔20内从喷头19喷出,完成药液喷洒作业。停止喷洒作业时,电机3的旋转运动经主动齿轮2、双联中间齿轮4、驱动齿轮5驱动螺纹轴6转动,并将主轴9向下方移动,在上卡簧15推动下,使上锥阀12随主轴9同步下移,打开进液腔24与调压腔25之间的连通阀孔,同时在上压力弹簧16作用下,中锥阀13随主轴9下移,并将进液腔24与喷液腔20之间的连通阀孔封闭,下卡簧22随主轴9向下移动时推动下锥阀14向下移动,打开喷液腔20与泄压腔21之间的连通阀孔,存留在喷液腔20内的压力药液从泄压腔21排回到药液箱内,避免从喷头19处泄漏或产生后滴现象。限位杆26与下限位开关8接触,使电机3停止转动,限制了主轴9的下极点位置。将几个本控制阀并联安装实现几行喷洒药液使用时,当将其中部份行数喷头19停止喷洒药液作业时,通过转动停止作业行的调压旋钮11,调节调压阀杆10与进液腔24和调压腔25之间连通阀孔的开启度,即可保证喷洒作业中的其他行喷头19的喷液压力,实现分路同压调节控制。

Claims (1)

1.一种喷洒药液快速泄压与分路同压控制阀,其特征在于:在阀体(23)内设置进液腔(24)、喷液腔(20)、泄压腔(21)和调压腔(25),所述进液腔(24)分别与喷液腔(20)和调压腔(25)连通,所述喷液腔(20)与泄压腔(21)连通;喷头(19)固装在阀体(23)下侧部上,且与喷液腔(20)连通;在所述阀体(23)上端外侧部上安装箱体(27),安装板(1)、上限位开关(7)和下限位开关(8)固装在箱体(27)内,电机(3)固装在安装板(1)上,双联中间齿轮(4)和螺纹轴(6)可转动的安装在安装板(1)上,在所述电机(3)和螺纹轴(6)上分别固装主动齿轮(2)和驱动齿轮(5),所述主动齿轮(2)与双联中间齿轮(4)啮合,双联中间齿轮(4)与驱动齿轮(5)啮合;主轴(9)可上下轴向移动的插配在阀体(23)内,在所述主轴(9)上端部上、位于箱体(27)内部固装限位杆(26),所述限位杆(26)与上、下限位开关(7、8)呈接触或脱离接触配合;在所述主轴(9)上从上至下依次可轴向滑动的套装上锥阀(12)、中锥阀(13)和下锥阀(14),所述上锥阀(12)和中锥阀(13)位于进液箱(24)内,上锥阀(12)与进液腔(24)和调压腔(25)连通阀孔呈接触密闭配合,中锥阀(13)与进液腔(24)和喷液腔(20)连通阀孔呈接触密闭配合,所述下锥阀(14)位于泄压腔(21)内,且与喷液腔(20)和泄压腔(21)连通阀孔呈接触密闭配合,上卡簧(15)、中卡簧(17)和下卡簧(22)从上至下依次固装在主轴(9)上,所述上卡簧(15)位于上锥阀(12)上方,中卡簧(17)位于中锥阀(13)下方,下卡簧(22)位于下锥阀(14)上方,上压力弹簧(16)套装在主轴(9)上,所述上压力弹簧(16)的上、下端分别与上锥阀(12)和中锥阀(13)接触配合,在所述泄压腔(21)内、位于下锥阀(14)下侧配装下压力弹簧(18),所述下压力弹簧(18)下端在泄压腔(21)上轴向定位,下压力弹簧(18)上端与下锥阀(14)接触配合;在所述调压腔(25)上可轴向移动的配装调压阀杆(10),所述调压阀杆(10)与调压腔(25)的进液孔呈插入密闭配合或脱离插入配合,在调压阀杆(10)外端部上配装调压旋钮(11)。
