本发明涉及摆线技术领域,一种双区式夹层箱体水冷动平衡内摆线减速箱,包括机座、内圆筒及传动件,包括输入、出轴、四片摆线轮、内摆线齿圈及偏心轴承,其特征在于:内圆筒为双区式薄壁圆筒,包括啮合与非啮合区,非啮合区置于机座之外,机座内表面与啮合区外表面围接成密闭夹层,机座顶、底部分设进、出水口,啮合区输入端连接内摆线齿圈,油池在啮合与非啮合区交接处形成落差,内端盖端面与非啮合区内表面构成空腔,非啮合区顶部设迷宫式通气罩;机座顶部设数显测温仪,非啮合区底部排出口有磁铁。有益效果:油中铁屑杂质会从啮合区油池“滑入”非啮合区油池中;通气罩保证箱体内外气压平衡;密闭夹层结构简单;随时显示油温;实现动平衡。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及摆线减速技术领域,是发明专利申请《箱体夹层水冷大热功率动平衡内摆线减速箱》(201510078976.5)的改进,一种双区式夹层箱体水冷动平衡内摆线减速箱。
【背景技术】
背景技术《箱体夹层水冷大热功率动平衡内摆线减速箱》(201510078976.5)为解决现有技术热功率低的缺陷,采取了技术方案:箱体的内壁与内圆筒与圆端盖连接件的外壁围接形成密闭的夹层,箱体顶部设有联通密闭夹层的进水口,箱体的侧面设有与密闭夹层联通的出水口,根据水的温度变化,以便于随时控温。
理论研究表明,传动中的啮合副,出现齿面损耗是不可避免的:
(a)上海机械学院《机械设计基础》上103页:“齿轮传动装备使用一段时间后拆下可发现轮齿表面出现磨损痕迹,特别在润滑较差或润滑油不纯洁的条件下,磨损现象更为明显,轮齿根部磨损较顶部严重,小齿轮磨损又较大齿轮严重。磨损是由于接触面之间有作用力和相对滑动造成的。…齿廓间有了相对滑动长度ΔS,表明齿廓要磨损。”
(b)朱孝录《齿轮传动设计手册》94页:在动力齿轮传动中,轮齿表面由于滑动磨损、腐蚀、过热等等,因而出现齿面损耗是不可避免的。
研究发现,背景技术存在下述问题:
(一)背景技术缺少清理混入润滑油中的铁粉杂质的技术方案:
显然,背景技术油池容积比原技术无夹层时要小,润滑油量也因此而少,当混入润滑油中的铁粉杂质慢慢变多时,背景技术又无减少铁粉杂质的技术方案,其结果油品下降,油温升高,油粘度变稀,油膜受破坏,导致减速机热功率下降,使用寿命缩短;
(二)运转时,没法捡查传动箱内润滑油油温:
背景技术根据冷却水的温度变化进行控温,由于水温的变化还不能真正意义上反映齿轮箱内润滑油油温的变化,直接了解油温,控制油温才是最重要,但背景技术包括现有技术,运转中电子数显油温仪的测杆根本插不进去,因而现有各种通用型无法设置油温仪;
(三)传动箱内润滑油的品质变化及储油量不易捡查,加油也不方便。
【发明内容】
本发明提供的双区式夹层箱体水冷动平衡内摆线减速箱,其目的在于解决背景技术《箱体夹层水冷大热功率动平衡内摆线减速箱》上述的缺陷。
【技术方案】技术实施方案如下所述:
(技术方案一)内圆筒为双区式薄壁圆筒,包括啮合区与非啮合区,啮合区从机座输入端装进,啮合区法兰圈与机座内法兰圈连接,啮合区的外径小于非啮合区的外径,非啮合区的外径等于减速箱中心高的两倍,非啮合区置于机座之外,非啮合区的圆环壁与机座外法兰圈连接,机座内表面与啮合区外表面围接成密闭的夹层,机座顶部设有进水口,机座的底部或侧面处设有出水口;
(技术方案二)双区式薄壁圆筒的啮合区的输出端中心孔用第二、三轴承支承输出轴,啮合区的输入端内孔连接内摆线齿圈,是传动件毫无疑议的啮合区,使双区式薄壁圆筒的油池在啮合区与非啮合区内腔交接处形成一落差,落差的有益效果是,传动件啮合区中混入润滑油的铁屑、细小杂质会从小径筒油池源源不断“滑入”大径筒的油池中,非啮合区输入端有一收缩口,收缩口处连接外端盖,外端盖中心孔与小圆筒外圆配合连接,小圆筒内侧法兰圈与底部带孔的内端盖连接,所述内端盖连接在啮合区与非啮合区内腔交接处的内侧圆环端面上,内端盖防止内摆线齿圈移动,内端盖端面与非啮合区内表面构成一空腔;
(技术方案三)双区式薄壁圆筒的与非啮合区顶部设迷宫式通气罩,包括外罩壳、迷宫壳及排气管,排气管连接在非啮合区顶部相应孔中,排气管孔径30~60mm,排气管上周边均布的小孔径为10~15mm,迷宫壳固定在非啮合区顶部,迷宫壳套在排气管外,二者间有排气圆环空腔,外罩壳与排气管顶端连接,外罩壳套在迷宫壳外,二者间有排气圆环空腔;
(技术方案四)机座的顶部设有电子数显油温仪,用以随时快速显示润滑油温度,所述大径筒的底部设有排出口,所述排出口处设有磁铁,用以吸附铁质粉末。
【有益技术效果】本发明能产生下述为本领域技术人员所知的有益技术效果:
(1)双区式薄壁圆筒在啮合区与非啮合区交接处形成一落差,落差的有益效果是混入润滑油中的铁屑、细小杂质会从啮合区油池“滑入”非啮合区的油池中;
(2)迷宫式通气罩能有效防尘、防水,能有效保证箱体内外气压的平衡以防止漏油;
(3)主机座内表面与双区式薄壁圆筒的啮合区外表面围接形成密闭的夹层,密闭夹层冷却水容量大、散热面积遍及整个箱体、结构简单,控制、调节方便、可靠性高、制造成本低;
(4)机座顶部设有电子数显测温仪,测杆插进非啮合区油池,随时快速显示油温。

所述内圆筒为双区式薄壁圆筒2,包括啮合区与非啮合区,所述啮合区从机座1输入端装进,啮合区法兰圈与机座1内法兰圈连接,啮合区的外径小于非啮合区的外径,所述非啮合区的外径等于减速箱中心高的两倍,减速箱中心高就是输出轴的中心离箱体底面的高度,所述‘两倍’表明非啮合区的外径刚好触到安装面,非啮合区置于机座1之外,非啮合区的圆环壁与机座1外法兰圈连接,所述机座1内表面与啮合区外表面围接成密闭的夹层,机座1 顶部设有进水口7,机座1的底部或侧面处设有出水口18;
所述双区式薄壁圆筒2的啮合区的输出端中心孔用第二、第三轴承3、12支承输出轴4,啮合区的输入端内孔连接内摆线齿圈8,因而是力的作用区,双区式薄壁圆筒2的油池在啮合区与非啮合区内腔交接处形成一落差,落差的效果:混入油中的铁屑会从啮合区油池源源不断“滑入”非啮合区油池中,从而最大程度上保证了啮合区润滑油的清洁度,清洁的润滑油是减速机运转的很重要因素,非啮合区输入端有一收缩口,用以提高机壳刚性与机械强度,收缩口处连接外端盖16,外端盖16中心孔与小圆筒14外圆配合连接,小圆筒14内侧法兰圈与底部设有通油孔的内端盖15连接,内端盖15连接在啮合区与非啮合区内腔交接处的内侧圆环端面上,内端盖15内摆线齿圈8移动,内端盖15端面与非啮合区内表面构成一空腔;
所述双区式薄壁圆筒2的非啮合区顶部设迷宫式通气罩M,包括外罩壳M1、迷宫壳M2 及排气管M3,排气管M3连接在非啮合区顶部相应孔中,排气管M3孔径30~60mm,排气管M3上周边均布的小孔径为10~15mm,迷宫壳M2固定在非啮合区顶部,迷宫壳M2套在排气管M3外,二者之间有排气圆环空腔,外罩壳M1与排气管M3顶端连接,外罩壳M1 套在迷宫壳M2外,二者之间有排气圆环空腔,迷宫式罩壳能防尘、防雨水渗漏至箱内,加大直孔径与排气管均布的小孔径,使其气压平衡性能比现有通气罩(JB1130-70)更可靠;
所述机座1的顶部设有电子数显测温仪,随时显示润滑油温度,所述双区式薄壁圆筒2 的非啮合区的底部设有排出口17,排出口17处设有磁铁,用以吸附混入润滑油的铁质粉末;
所述摆线轮为四片相同的轮,包括两侧两片相位相同的摆线轮9与中间两片相位相同的摆线轮6,所述两侧摆线轮9与中间摆线轮6相位差180°。

1.一种双区式夹层箱体水冷动平衡内摆线减速箱,包括机座(1)、内圆筒及内圆筒内的传动件,所述传动件包括输入轴(11)、输出轴(4)、摆线轮、内摆线齿圈(8)、柱销(5)及偏心轴承(10),所述输入轴(11)用第一轴承(13)支承在小圆筒(14)内孔,所述小圆筒(14)连接在内端盖(15)上,其特征在于:
所述内圆筒为双区式薄壁圆筒(2),包括啮合区与非啮合区,所述啮合区从机座(1)输入端装进,啮合区法兰圈与机座(1)内法兰圈连接,啮合区的外径小于非啮合区的外径,所述非啮合区的外径等于减速箱中心高的两倍,非啮合区置于机座(1)之外,非啮合区的圆环壁与机座(1)外法兰圈连接,所述机座(1)内表面与啮合区外表面围接成密闭的夹层,机座(1)顶部设有进水口(7),机座(1)的底部或侧面处设有出水口(18);
所述双区式薄壁圆筒(2)的啮合区的输出端中心孔用第二、第三轴承(3、12)支承输出轴(4),啮合区的输入端内孔连接内摆线齿圈(8),因而是力的作用区,双区式薄壁圆筒(2)的油池在啮合区与非啮合区内腔交接处形成一落差,非啮合区输入端有一收缩口,收缩口处连接外端盖(16),外端盖(16)中心孔与小圆筒(14)外圆配合连接,小圆筒(14)内侧法兰圈与底部设有通油孔的内端盖(15)连接,所述内端盖(15)连接在啮合区与非啮合区内腔交接处的内侧圆环端面上,内端盖(15)防止内摆线齿圈(8)移动,内端盖(15)端面与非啮合区内表面构成一空腔;
所述双区式薄壁圆筒(2)的非啮合区顶部设迷宫式通气罩(M),包括外罩壳(M1)、迷宫壳(M2)及排气管(M3),排气管(M3)连接在非啮合区顶部相应孔中,排气管(M3)孔径30~60mm,排气管(M3)上周边均布的小孔径为10~15mm,迷宫壳(M2)固定在非啮合区顶部,迷宫壳(M2)套在排气管(M3)外,二者之间有排气圆环空腔,外罩壳(M1)与排气管(M3)顶端连接,外罩壳(M1)套在迷宫壳(M2)外,二者之间有排气圆环空腔;
所述机座(1)的顶部设有电子数显测温仪,所述双区式薄壁圆筒(2)的非啮合区的底部设有排出口(17),所述排出口(17)处设有磁铁;
所述摆线轮为四片相同的轮,包括两侧两片相位相同的摆线轮(9)与中间两片相位相同的摆线轮(6),所述两侧摆线轮(9)与中间摆线轮(6)相位差180°。
