Abstract

本发明涉及家居领域,尤其一种环保加湿器,机体内设置有吸气扇、排气扇,机体上部设置有隔板、中部设置有水箱,水箱与隔板使机体内空气流通通道呈“S”形,吸气扇位于机体下部一侧、水箱下方,排气扇位于机体上部另外一侧、位于隔板上方,吸气扇连接除尘器,吸气扇与除尘器下方设置有与除尘器配合的灰尘收集箱,在靠近除尘器位置,有一活性炭滤芯连接水箱底部与机体底部,水箱底部与机体底部间还设置有多个光触媒管道,光触媒管道为透明状,呈多行多列排布,每行之间设置有紫外光源,水箱内部连接多个吸水纤维棒,吸水纤维棒穿过隔板至机体顶部。能够有效去除空气中以甲醛为主的污染物,并能有效加湿。

一种环保加湿器
技术领域
本发明涉及家居领域,尤其是一种环保加湿器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,装修房屋、更换家居越来越普遍,由于许多粘合剂、涂料、油漆、都含有甲醛,会挥发出以甲醛为主的污染气体,对人体造成伤害。其中,甲醛已经被世界卫生组织确定为致癌和致畸性物质,长期接触甲醛可引起慢性呼吸道疾病,妊娠综合症,白血病等疾病,还可以引起新生儿染色体异常和亲少年记忆力减退,智力低下等,因此人们对于清除甲醛的器械的期盼始终存在。
加湿器广泛应用于家庭生活中,但是一般仅能增加空气湿度,功效单一。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种环保加湿器,能够有效去除以甲醛为主的污染气体,并为空气加湿。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用以下技术方案。
一种环保加湿器在机体内设置有吸气扇、排气扇,机体上部设置有隔板、中部设置有水箱,水箱与隔板使机体内空气流通通道呈“S”形,吸气扇位于机体下部一侧、水箱下方,排气扇位于机体上部另外一侧、位于隔板上方,吸气扇连接除尘器,吸气扇与除尘器下方设置有与除尘器配合的灰尘收集箱,在靠近除尘器位置,有一活性炭滤芯连接水箱底部与机体底部,水箱底部与机体底部间还设置有多个光触媒管道,光触媒管道为透明状,呈多行多列排布,每行之间设置有紫外光源,水箱内部连接多个吸水纤维棒,吸水纤维棒穿过隔板至机体顶部。
所述的光触媒管道行数为3~6行、列数为3~6列,吸水纤维棒为4~8个。
所述的灰尘收集箱仅保留对应除尘器位置的灰尘入口,采用活动连接,可以从吸气扇下方抽出。
所述的活性炭滤芯内的活性炭无粉末状活性炭。
采用本发明具有以下优点:
1.采用“S”形的空气流通通道,空气在机体内停留时间长,更能有效的去除甲醛等污染物并能有效加湿;
2.采用多行多列的光触媒管道排列顺序,并在光触媒管道每行之间设置有紫外光源,保障光触媒长期有效,增大了光触媒接触面积从而提升了除甲醛的能力;
3.采用多个吸水纤维棒为空气进行加湿,加湿效果好;
4.活性炭滤芯采用非粉末状的活性炭,放置活性炭粉末对空气的污染;
5.环保与加湿同机体进行,增加了加湿器的功能。

具体实施方式
为进一步阐述本发明所达到的预定目的与技术手段及功效,以下结合图1及实施例对本发明的具体实施方案进行详细说明。
实施例1:一种环保加湿器在机体1内设置有吸气扇2、排气扇3,机体1上部设置有隔板10、中部设置有水箱8,水箱8与隔板10使机体1内空气流通通道呈“S”形,吸气扇2位于机体1下部一侧、水箱10下方,排气扇3位于机体1上部另外一侧、位于隔板10上方,吸气扇2连接除尘器4,吸气扇1与除尘器4下方设置有与除尘器4配合的灰尘收集箱401,灰尘收集箱401仅保留对应除尘器4位置的灰尘入口,采用活动连接,可以从吸气扇2下方抽出,在靠近除尘器4位置,有一活性炭滤芯5连接水箱8底部与机体1底部,活性炭滤芯5内无粉末状活性炭,水箱8底部与机体1底部间还设置有多个光触媒管道6,光触媒管道6为透明状,呈4行4列排布,每行之间设置有紫外光源7,水箱8内部连接5个吸水纤维棒9,吸水纤维棒9穿过隔板10至机体1顶部。
实施例2:与实施例1基本相似,其不同之处在于:光触媒管道呈3行5列排布,吸水纤维棒为6个。
实施例3:与实施例1基本相似,其不同之处在于:光触媒管道呈5行3列排布,吸水纤维棒为4个。
实施例4:与实施例1基本相似,其不同之处在于:光触媒管道呈6行6列排布,吸水纤维棒为8个。

1.一种环保加湿器,其特征在于:机体内设置有吸气扇、排气扇,机体上部设置有隔板、中部设置有水箱,水箱与隔板使机体内空气流通通道呈“S”形,吸气扇位于机体下部一侧、水箱下方,排气扇位于机体上部另外一侧、位于隔板上方,吸气扇连接除尘器,吸气扇与除尘器下方设置有与除尘器配合的灰尘收集箱,在靠近除尘器位置,有一活性炭滤芯连接水箱底部与机体底部,水箱底部与机体底部间还设置有多个光触媒管道,光触媒管道为透明状,呈多行多列排布,每行之间设置有紫外光源,水箱内部连接多个吸水纤维棒,吸水纤维棒穿过隔板至机体顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保加湿器,其特征在于:所述的光触媒管道行数为3~6、列数为3~6,吸水纤维棒为4~8个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保加湿器,其特征在于:灰尘收集箱仅保留对应除尘器位置的灰尘入口,采用活动连接,可以从吸气扇下方抽出。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种环保加湿器,其特征在于:活性炭滤芯内的活性炭无粉末状活性炭。
