本发明涉及家居领域,尤其一种空气净化器,机体内部设置有上下两隔板,从而在机体建立一个“S”形空气流通通道,吸气扇设置在空气流通通道下部入口,吸气扇连接除尘器,在吸气扇及除尘器下方设置有可抽离的灰尘收集器,在靠近除尘器位置设置有活性炭滤芯连接下隔板与机体底部,下隔板与机体底部间还设置有多个光触媒管道,光触媒管道为透明状,呈多行多列排布,每行之间设置有紫外光源,上下隔板之间设置有负离子发生器,负离子发生器与设置在机体内壁上的电路板点连接,在空气流通管道上端管道出口端设置有排气扇。能去除空气以甲醛为主的污染气体,并除尘、除臭、杀菌,保障室内空气质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及家居领域,尤其是一种空气净化器。
背景技术
随随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对于空气的要求也越来越高,然而装修房屋、更换家居越来越普遍,由于许多粘合剂、涂料、油漆、都含有甲醛,会挥发出以甲醛为主的污染气体,对人体造成伤害。其中,甲醛已经被世界卫生组织确定为致癌和致畸性物质,长期接触甲醛可引起慢性呼吸道疾病,妊娠综合症,白血病等疾病,还可以引起新生儿染色体异常和亲少年记忆力减退,智力低下等,因此人们对于清除甲醛的器械的期盼始终存在。
负离子空气净化器是当下最流行的空气净化器,但是其对于甲醛等污染气体的吸收并不明显。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种空气净化器,能够有效吸收甲醛等污染气体,同时利用负离子技术对空气进行除菌、除尘、除味。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种空气净化器,设置有吸气扇、排气扇,机体内部设置有上下两隔板,从而在机体内建立一个“S”形空气流通通道,吸气扇设置在空气流通通道下部入口,吸气扇连接除尘器,在吸气扇及除尘器下方设置有可抽离的灰尘收集器,在靠近除尘器位置设置有活性炭滤芯连接下隔板与机体底部,下隔板与机体底部间还设置有多个光触媒管道,光触媒管道为透明状,呈多行多列排布,每行之间设置有紫外光源,上下隔板之间设置有负离子发生器,负离子发生器与设置在机体内壁上的电路板点连接,在空气流通管道上端管道远离出口端设置有电池,电池为电路板、负离子发生器提供能源,在空气流通管道上端管道出口端设置有排气扇。
所述的光触媒管道行数为3~6、列数为3~6。
所述的活性炭滤芯采用非粉状活性炭。
所述的电池为充电电池。
采用本发明具有以下优点:
1.采用“S”形的空气流通通道,空气从而在机体内停留时间长,更能有效的去除甲醛等污染物并能有效杀菌、除尘、除臭;
2.用多行多列的光触媒管道排列顺序,并在光触媒管道每行之间设置有紫外光源,保障光触媒长期有效,增大了光触媒接触面积从而提升了除甲醛为主的污染气体的能力;
3.活性炭滤芯采用非粉末状的活性炭,放置活性炭粉末对空气的污染;
4.空气先通过甲醛处理再进行负离子净化有效保障空气的质量。

为进一步阐述本发明所达到的预定目的与技术手段及功效,以下结合图1及实施例对本发明的具体实施方案进行详细说明。
实施例1:一种空气净化器,设置有吸气扇2、排气扇12,机体1内部设置有上3上隔板、下隔板8,从而在机体1内建立一个“S”形空气流通通道,吸气扇2设置在空气流通通道下部入口,吸气扇2连接除尘器4,在吸气扇2及除尘器4下方设置有可抽离的灰尘收集器401,在靠近除尘器4位置设置有活性炭滤芯5连接下隔板8与机体1底部,活性炭滤芯5内采用非粉状活性炭,下隔板8与机体1底部间还设置有多个光触媒管道6,光触媒管道6为透明状,呈4行4列排布,每行之间设置有紫外光源7,上隔板3与下隔板8之间设置有负离子发生器11,负离子发生器11与设置在机体1内壁上的电路板点10连接,在空气流通管道上端管道远离出口端设置有电池9,电池9为电路板10、负离子发生器11提供能源,电池9为充电电池,在空气流通管道上端管道出口端设置有排气扇12。
实施例2:与实施例1基本相似,其不同之处在于:光触媒管道呈3行5列排布。
实施例3:与实施例1基本相似,其不同之处在于:光触媒管道呈5行3列排布。
实施例4:与实施例1基本相似,其不同之处在于:光触媒管道呈6行6列排布。
实施例5:与实施例1基本相似,其不同之处在于:电池为非充电电池。

1.一种空气净化器设置有吸气扇、排气扇,其特征在于:机体内部设置有上下两隔板,从而在机体内建立一个“S”形空气流通通道,吸气扇设置在空气流通通道下部入口,吸气扇连接除尘器,在吸气扇及除尘器下方设置有可抽离的灰尘收集器,在靠近除尘器位置设置有活性炭滤芯连接下隔板与机体底部,下隔板与机体底部间还设置有多个光触媒管道,光触媒管道为透明状,呈多行多列排布,每行之间设置有紫外光源,上下隔板之间设置有负离子发生器,负离子发生器与设置在机体内壁上的电路板点连接,在空气流通管道上端管道远离出口端设置有电池,电池为电路板、负离子发生器提供能源,在空气流通管道上端管道出口端设置有排气扇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的光触媒管道行数为3~6、列数为3~6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的活性炭滤芯采用非粉状活性炭。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的电池为充电电池。
