本发明涉及水、废水或者污水处理用的填料,尤其是具有微生物适应色的弹性立体填料。
微生物适应色弹性波纹立体填料由中心件及固定其上的弹性纤维或丝条组成。弹性纤维或丝条的表面有波纹状规则或者不规划的凹凸。弹性纤维或丝条呈微生物适应色,中心件呈微生物适应色,或不呈微生物适应色,或呈反微生物适应色。具有适应性强、实用比表面积大、处理效果好等优点,可广泛应用于各种水、废水、污水处理工艺和装置中。

微生物适应色弹性波纹立体填料
本发明涉及水、废水或污水处理用的填料,尤其是具有微生物适应色的弹性立体填料。
现有的弹性立体填料,例如本专利权人的90204740·X“弹性立体填料”和90204741·8“弹性组合填料”、玉环县东方环保实业公司的94205035·5“弹性波形立体填料”、汪萍的92206008·8“曲线型填料”等,都没有微生物适应色。
生产实践及实验观察表明,在有机废水生化处理过程中,不同的原水水质、不同的水处理工艺、甚至不同的水深,微生物所需的环境、所需栖息的载体(填料)条件是不相同的。如在有光照条件下,根据水层深浅,生物膜的颜色由浅入深呈不同颜色,表示微生物具有颜色的适应性。生物细菌在有色的污水环境中易同化或掺混成相似的颜色;在相似颜色环境中也容易吸引、生长、繁殖。这就是微生物的同色适应性原理。因此,根据不同水质环境和处理工艺要求,应用有机染料配制着色,将整个产品制成全适应色,或者中心件无色或反适应色,而将纤维或丝条制成适应色,形成适应微生物的环境色泽条件,吸引微生物快速附着。由于所应用的有机染料也有易吸引微生物生存要求的性能,同时有色的有机污水具有加速同色吸附作用的效应,故微生物适应色填料可进一步提高生物挂膜速度,提高生物接触氧化的处理效果,是生物膜法水处理领域的一大突破。
微生物适应色弹性波纹立体填料由中心件及固定在中心件上的弹性纤维或丝条组成。弹性纤维或丝条的表面有波纹状规则或者不规则的凹凸。弹性纤维或丝条呈微生物适应色,中心件呈微物生适应色,或不呈微生物适应色,或呈反微生物适应色。
下面结合附图所示的实施例,对本发明作详细的描述。
附图1和2是本发明实施例一的主视图和俯视图,附图3和4是本发明实施例二的主视图和俯视图,附图5和6是本发明实施例三的主视图和俯视图。
如附图1至6所示,微生物适应色弹性波纹立体填料由中心件1及固定其上的弹性纤维或丝条2组成。弹性纤维或丝条2的表面有波纹状规则或者不规则的凹凸。弹性纤维或丝条2呈微生物适应色。中心件1呈微生物适应色,或不呈微生物适应色,或呈反微生物适应色。
显而易见,由于采用了生物细菌同色相吸、反色相斥原理,因此微生物适应色弹性波纹立体填料为微生物提供更好的栖息条件,对微生物起一定的吸引作用,增加附着量,从而提高处理效果。如果中心件1具有反微生物适应色,那么生物细菌就不大会在中心件上附着、生长,就不会造成填料中心堵塞,也能提高填料的处理效果。可广泛应用于各种水、废水、污水处理工艺和装置中。
在附图所示的实施例中,实施例一的弹性丝条2呈微生物适应色,中心件2不呈微生物适应色。实施例二的弹性丝条2呈微生物适应色,中心件1呈反微生物适应色。实施例三的弹性纤维2呈微生物适应色,中心件1也呈微生物适应色。

1、一种微生物适应色弹性波纹立体填料,由中心件(1)及固定其上的弹性纤维或丝条(2)组成,弹性纤维或丝条(2)的表面有波纹状规则或者不规则的凹凸,其特征在于弹性纤维或丝条(2)呈微生物适应色,中心件(1)呈微生物适应色,或不呈微生物适应色,或呈反微生物适应色。
