本发明涉及一种具有防污功能的防伪编织物枕套面料,它包括面料本体(1),面料本体的上面覆有透气层(2),透气层的上面覆有防水层(3),防水层的上面覆有抗菌层(4),抗菌层的上面覆有聚氨酯涂料层(5),聚氨酯涂料层为氟单体水性聚氨酯,聚氨酯涂料层的上面覆有植绒层(6)。所述面料本体由织物制成,所述织物包括编织物及在做编织物的过程中织入的一根或数根印有防伪标记的编织丝。本发明具有防水,透气效果,手感好。本发明可有效地防止他人假冒。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有防污功能的防伪编织物枕套面料。
背景技术
枕套一般套在枕芯外面,起到保护枕芯的作用,但现有的枕套容易滋生细菌,透气性也不好,缺乏舒适性。同时以往单层结构的面料的功能有限,特别遇到雨天的时候容易脏,不易清洗,让人穿着不舒服,又不具备透气功能,满足不了人们日益增高的需求。
另外,以往的织物不能效地防止他人假冒。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有防污功能的防伪编织物枕套面料,该具有防污功能的防伪编织物枕套面料具有杀菌功能,舒适度高,同时面料不易沾污,具防水、透气效果。

本发明具有防污功能的防伪编织物枕套面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体的上面覆有透气层,透气层的上面覆有防水层,所述防水层的上面覆有抗菌层,所述抗菌层的上面覆有聚氨酯涂料层,所述聚氨酯涂料层为氟单体水性聚氨酯,聚氨酯涂料层的上面覆有植绒层。所述面料本体由织物制成,所述织物包括编织物及在做编织物的过程中织入的一根或数根印有防伪标记的编织丝。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
这种具有防污功能的防伪编织物枕套面料的面料本体的上面依次覆有透气层、防水层、抗菌层、聚氨酯涂料层和植绒层,防水层可以保证面料本体的干燥,抗菌层可以挡住细菌,防止其穿过面料本体与人体接触,聚氨酯涂料层可以提高面料的光滑度,使面料不易沾污,而且具有防水,透气效果,植绒层可以提高面料的手感。
本发明可有效地防止他人假冒。
