Abstract

本发明提供一种用金属钛制做的异质人工听骨， 它有利于听骨链的修复和听力的恢复。它包括有部 分修复物(PORP)和全修复物(TORP)两种形式。 它们均由柱和盖组成，柱的一端与盖是垂直偏心地加 工成一体。部分修复物柱的另一端部有一盲孔，全修 复物柱的另一端是呈细圆头状。盖与耳鼓膜相接触， 盲孔与耳蹬骨嵌接，细圆头与蹬骨底板相接，它的优 点是：组织相容性好，无磁性，不受强磁场的影响，另 外还具有耐腐蚀，重量轻等优点。

Description

本发明涉及一种由金属制做的耳听骨。
人耳的听骨链由锤骨，砧骨和蹬骨三个部分组成。因病变或先天畸形所致部分或全部听骨缺如是引起传导性耳聋的重要原因。目前国内外耳科医生一般采用自体和同种异体骨或软骨做为（制成）人工听骨（见图1），以修复听骨链，经手术后可提高或恢复听力。同时还可用生物容受物质，制成异质人工听骨的部分修复物（PORP）和全修复物（TORP），这种异质人工听骨一般采用聚乙烯、聚四氟乙烯及陶瓷等材料制成。上述两种方法分别存在着使用周期短以及有一定的排除率（约7%～15%）。
本发明的目的是提供一种用金属钛制做的异质人工听骨。它有利于听骨链修复和听力恢复。
本发明（异质人工听骨）有部分修复物（PORP）和全修复物（TORP）两种形式。当听骨链部分缺损而蹬上结构存在时，则使用部分修复物（见图2、3）;当全部损坏而蹬上结构缺如时，则用全修复物（见图4、5）。
本发明的技术解决方案是：异质人工听骨是由金属钛加工成一个整体。它有部分修复物（PORP）和全修复物（TORP）两种形式。它们均包括有柱1、盖2，柱1的一端与盖2是偏心垂直地加工成一个整体（见图2～5），其中部分修复物上柱1的另一端部有一个盲孔3，而全修复物的柱1的另一端是呈细圆头形状，圆头直径略细于柱1的直径，圆头直径为0.3～0.5mm。盖2上有一个孔，以平衡和减轻听骨的重量，同时增加听骨的附着力。
加工时，无论是部分修复物（PORP）还是全修复物（TORP），所加工出来的听骨均为一体，采用的材料为TA2（纯钛）。加工方法是采用磨削及手工加工方法进行加工。
手术时，部分修复物上的盖2与耳鼓膜相接触，柱1的盲孔3与蹬骨嵌接。全修复物上的柱1与耳鼓膜相接触，柱1的圆头部分与蹬骨底板相接触。
本发明的积极效果是：组织相容性好，目前已有九例，未发现有排除者;无磁性，不受任何强磁场的影响，因为使用其它有磁性金属时，在遇到强磁场时，例如做核磁共振时，会使其移位，造成不良后果;手术后有利于拍X光片，以确定其准确位置;另外还具有耐腐蚀、重量相对轻等特点。

Claims (4)

1、一种金属制耳听骨，它有部分修复物和全修复物两种形式，其特征在于听骨是使用金属钛作为加工材料，把听骨加工成一个整体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的听骨，其特征在于金属钛为TA2（纯钛）。
3、一种如权利要求1所述的听骨，包括有柱1、盖2，其特征在于柱1的一端于盖2是垂直偏心地加工成一个整体，其中部分修复物上柱1的另一端上有一个盲孔3，全修复物上柱1的另一端是呈细园头状，园头直径略细于柱1的直径。
4、根据权利要求3所述的听骨，其特征在于全修复物上柱1端部园头直径为0.3～0.5mm。
