本发明提供一种弹起式控制箱液压软管,所述弹起式控制箱的弹起结构主要由液压装置构成,所述液压软管连接于该液压装置,包括内胶层、钢丝缠绕增强层和外胶层,外胶层外表面还包裹着一层钢丝缠绕增强层和橡胶护套;所述内胶层和外胶层的材质均为聚乙烯;所述橡胶护套外层设置有波纹状表层。该软管美观的同时,也可以增加液压软管的表面摩擦力,在安装和拆卸过程中,操作人员的手感更加柔和,作业更加方便。

本发明涉及一种弹起式控制箱液压软管,属于机械技术领域。
背景技术
农业机械在企业的物流系统中扮演着非常重要的角色,是物料搬运设备中的主力军,广泛应用于车站、港口、工厂等国民经济中的各个部门,是机械化装卸、堆垛和短距离运输的高效设备,液压农业机械是农业机械中很重要和常见的一种,由于使用液压系统工作,不产生火花和电磁场,特别适用于汽车装卸及车间、仓库、码头、车站等地的易燃、易爆和禁火物品的装卸运输。液压软管在农业机械液压系统中大量使用,由于农业机械工作时,液压软管内的油压非常大,要求液压软管有较强的抗压、抗裂能力。现有的液压软管由于管壁较薄,容易在实际使用中因为液压压力过大而产生破裂,影响液压农业机械的正常工作,甚至会对工作人员的人身安全产生威胁。因此,现有技术存在缺陷,需要改进。
发明内容
本发明提供一种弹起式控制箱液压软管,能够克服以上所述缺陷。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种弹起式控制箱液压软管,所述弹起式控制箱的弹起结构主要由液压装置构成,所述液压软管连接于该液压装置,所述液压软管包括内胶层、钢丝缠绕增强层和外胶层,外胶层外表面还包裹着一层钢丝缠绕增强层和橡胶护套;所述内胶层和外胶层的材质均为聚乙烯;所述橡胶护套外层设置有波纹状表层。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种弹起式控制箱液压软管,包括内胶层1、钢丝缠绕增强层2和外胶层3,外胶层3外表面还包裹着一层钢丝缠绕增强层2和橡胶护套4。所述内胶层1和外胶层3的材质为聚乙烯。所述橡胶护套4外层设置有波纹状表层。与传统的三层液压软管相比,本实施例又增加了一层钢丝缠绕增强层2可极大提升液压软管的强度和抗压性,同时钢丝缠绕增强层2具备一定的柔韧性,经过实际使用,两层钢丝缠绕增强层2并不会影响液压软管作为连接软管的使用。本实施例的最外层使用了橡胶护套4,同时兼备了柔软性和对钢丝缠绕增强层2的保护,可以在橡胶护套4的外侧设置波纹表层,增加美观的同时,也可以增加液压软管的表面摩擦力,在安装和拆卸过程中,操作人员的手感更加柔和,作业更加方便。
内胶层1和外胶层3均沿用了传统的聚乙烯材料。聚乙烯又名聚氨基甲酸酯,是主链上含有重复氨基甲酸酯基团(NHCOO)的大分子化合物的统称,聚乙烯的种类繁多,我们选用的软管常用的聚乙烯弹性体,它具有很好的抗拉强度、抗撕裂强度、耐冲击性、耐磨性都很好,另外还主要利用了它的耐水解性和耐油性,聚乙烯可以很好的起到对钢丝缠绕增强层的包裹和保护作用。使用聚乙烯材料可以在生产本发明产品时沿用传统的制造设备和工艺,降低新产品的研发费用和制造费用,从而使本发明的优点能够最大限度的体现出来。

1.一种弹起式控制箱液压软管,所述弹起式控制箱的弹起结构主要由液压装置构成,所述液压软管连接于该液压装置,其特征在于:包括内胶层、钢丝缠绕增强层和外胶层,外胶层外表面还包裹着一层钢丝缠绕增强层和橡胶护套;所述内胶层和外胶层的材质均为聚乙烯;所述橡胶护套外层设置有波纹状表层。
