一种抗磨耐腐蚀衬聚氨酯直通隔膜阀,本发明在阀体内腔的过流通道上衬有用于防腐耐磨的阀体内衬(10);阀芯(11)内腔设为空心结构;在阀芯(11)上部连接有用于起启闭作用和耐磨作用的带弧形碗状的阀芯膜瓣(8);设有阀芯连接杆(13)上端与启闭丝杆(3)下端连接,阀芯连接杆(13)下端通过墩头插入到阀芯的空心结构。本发明有效地缓解了含固量在20%以内、酸碱度在10%以内的液体介质对阀门过流件的磨蚀、腐蚀损害、大大延长了阀门的使用寿命,经济适用、操作更换容易,增加设备运转率,为企业生产运营带来较大的效益。

一种抗磨耐腐蚀衬聚氨酯直通隔膜阀
技术领域
本发明属矿山采选、洗矿及湿法磷装置,尤其是液体介质输送管路上的阀门结构技术。
背景技术
在矿山采选、洗矿及湿法磷装置中,用于含固量在20%以下、酸碱液体介质输送管路上的截流,调节阀通常选用低进高出的闸阀、锥形旋塞阀、球阀,材质有铸钢、不锈钢(304、1Cr18Ni9Ti、316L)、PP、PO等材质的阀门,存在使用时间短、启闭操作难、316L材质造价高,磨损元件修复更换难。原有衬橡胶直通隔膜阀其阀芯采用的是实心体开孔安插活动式套杆结构,这种结构在挤压中阀芯容易破损、阀杆也极易受腐蚀,阀芯和阀杆的使用寿命均短,存在任何一项存在少量磨损就需更换整个阀门的问题,而且原技术采用活动式套杆为一根整体,一旦下端腐蚀就需整杆更换,很不经济,很大程度的影响了装置设备的开车率,也增加了生产成本。原有衬橡胶直通隔膜阀的阀道即过流通道上不设阀体内衬,造成带有强烈腐蚀性和磨损性的流质很快就将流质通道腐蚀磨损;原有衬橡胶直通隔膜阀不设膜瓣,导致腐蚀流质会偶尔流淌进阀芯内孔,造成对阀芯内壁的腐蚀和磨损。
发明内容
本发明正是为了克服上述原有技术存在的缺陷和不足之处而提供一种适用矿山采选、洗矿及湿法磷装置生产的新型抗磨耐腐蚀衬聚氨酯直通隔膜阀,
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的。
一种抗磨耐腐蚀衬聚氨酯直通隔膜阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀盖启闭丝杆;在阀体内腔的流质通道上衬有用于防腐耐磨的阀体内衬;阀芯内腔设为空心结构;在阀芯上部连接有用于起封口作用和耐磨作用的带弧形碗状的阀芯膜瓣;设有阀芯连接杆上端与启闭丝杆下端连接,阀芯连接杆下端通过墩头插入到阀芯的空心结构。
本发明该阀芯连接杆与启闭丝杆采用哈夫联接。
本发明该阀体内衬采用改性高强度聚氨酯HDPU。
本发明阀芯膜瓣采用的材料为改性高弹性聚氨酯PUR。
本发明阀芯连接杆采用不锈钢材料。
本发明阀芯膜瓣与阀芯在阀门启闭过程中实现介质截流与流量调节。阀盖与阀体连接采用紧固螺栓可靠固定,启闭装置采用手轮驱动、启闭丝杆为明杆,并与不锈钢阀芯连接杆采用哈夫联接,达到联接可靠,方便耐用的目的。
本发明技术的有益效果是,通过在阀体流质通道上设置内衬,有效地防止了带腐蚀性的流质对流质通道造成的快速腐蚀作用,大大延长了阀体的使用寿命;将阀芯设置成空心结构,使得阀芯在挤压中阀芯容易破损、阀杆极易受腐蚀、阀芯和阀杆的使用寿命短的问题得到解决;阀芯膜瓣的设立也解决了腐蚀流质会偶尔流淌进阀芯内孔,造成对阀芯内壁的腐蚀和磨损的问题。
本发明选用价廉易得的材料,采取通用的精加工程序+衬塑料加工工艺,运用超大曲线膜瓣抗皱折疲劳损害,制得适用于化工选矿装置的液体输送过程中的截流、流量调节的碱度在10%以内的液体介质,较好地解决了含固量在20%以内,酸碱液体介质对过流部件的磨蚀、腐蚀损害,大大延长了阀门的使用寿命,降低了生产成本,给生产带来较大的效益。

具体实施方式
见图1图2,一种抗磨耐腐蚀衬聚氨酯直通隔膜阀,包括阀体9、阀芯11、阀盖启闭丝杆3;在阀体内腔的流质通道上衬有用于防腐耐磨的阀体内衬10;阀芯11内腔设为空心结构;在阀芯11上部连接有用于起封口作用和耐磨作用的带弧形碗状的阀芯膜瓣8;设有阀芯连接杆13上端与启闭丝杆3下端连接,阀芯连接杆13下端通过墩头插入到阀芯的空心结构。在阀盖与阀芯连接杆的装配面装填有填料6并盖有填料压盖。阀盖与启闭丝杆3的装配面装有手轮压紧螺丝。
本发明该阀芯连接杆13与启闭丝杆3采用哈夫4联接。阀体内衬10采用改性高强度聚氨酯HDPU。阀芯膜瓣8采用的材料为改性高弹性聚氨酯PUR。阀芯连接杆13采用不锈钢材料。
本发明阀芯膜瓣与阀芯在阀门启闭过程中实现介质截流与流量调节。阀盖7与阀体连接采用紧固螺栓可靠固定,启闭装置采用手轮1驱动、启闭丝杆3为明杆,并与不锈钢阀芯连接杆采用哈夫4联接,达到联接可靠,方便耐用的目的。
本发明阀门通径适宜于40~350mm;适用温度-20℃~110℃以内,工作压力PN<1Mpa。适用于介质:水、磷酸,磷铵含固量在20%以内、酸碱度在10%以内的液体。阀体基材为铸钢内衬改性高强度聚胺脂HDPU,阀瓣膜采用改性高弹性聚胺脂PUR,适用于介质:水、硫酸、磷酸等强腐蚀介质。本发明经济适用、操作更换容易,增加了设备运转率,能够为企业生产运营带来较大的效益。

Claims (5)

1.一种抗磨耐腐蚀衬聚氨酯直通隔膜阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀盖、启闭丝杆;其特征在于,在阀体内腔的过流通道上衬有用于防腐耐磨的阀体内衬(10);阀芯(11)内腔设为空心结构;在阀芯(11)上部连接有用于起启闭作用和耐磨作用的带弧形碗状的阀芯膜瓣(8);设有阀芯连接杆(13)上端与启闭丝杆(3)下端连接,阀芯连接杆(13)下端通过墩头插入到阀芯的空心结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗磨耐腐蚀衬聚氨酯直通隔膜阀,其特征在于,阀芯连接杆(13)与启闭丝杆(3)采用哈夫联接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗磨耐腐蚀衬聚氨酯直通隔膜阀,其特征在于,阀体内衬(10)采用改性高强度聚氨酯HDPU。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗磨耐腐蚀衬聚氨酯直通隔膜阀,其特征在于,阀芯膜瓣(8)采用的材料为改性高弹性聚氨酯PUR。
