本发明公开了一种LDPE高发泡钙塑板材,原料组成为:LDPE?70-100份,HDPE?1-5份,轻质碳酸钙100-120份,发泡剂7-9份,DCP交联剂0.7-0.8份,三碱式硫酸铅1-2份,硬脂酸锌2-3份,份数均为质量份数。本发明提供的LDPE高发泡钙塑板材中,配方中以LDPE和碳酸钙为主要原料,配以HDPE及添加适量的交联剂、发泡剂等辅助原料,经压延、发泡而成的密度小于0.2克/立方厘米,该板材兼有木材的机械加工和热塑性塑料的二次成型性,具有质轻、保温性好、隔声、耐腐蚀和优良的电绝缘性,可以代理木材在建筑、化工、交通等地方使用。

本发明涉及一种LDPE高发泡钙塑板材,属于塑料应用技术领域。
背景技术
提供一种LDPE高发泡钙塑板材中配方中以LDPE和碳酸钙为主要原料,配以HDPE及添加适量的交联剂、发泡剂等辅助原料,经压延、发泡而成的密度小于0.2克/立方厘米,该板材兼有木材的机械加工和热塑性塑料的二次成型性,具有质轻、保温性好、隔声、耐腐蚀和优良的电绝缘性,可以代理木材在建筑、化工、交通等地方使用。

目的:为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种LDPE高发泡钙塑板材。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种LDPE高发泡钙塑板材,其原料组成为:LDPE70-100份,HDPE1-5份,轻质碳酸钙100-120份,发泡剂7-9份,DCP交联剂0.7-0.8份,三碱式硫酸铅1-2份,硬脂酸锌2-3份,份数均为质量份数。

LDPE100份,HDPE5份,轻质碳酸钙120份,发泡剂9份,DCP交联剂0.8份,三碱式硫酸铅2份,硬脂酸锌3份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例3:一种LDPE高发泡钙塑板材,原料组成如下:
LDPE80份,HDPE3份,轻质碳酸钙110份,发泡剂8份,DCP交联剂0.75份,三碱式硫酸铅1.5份,硬脂酸锌2.5份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例4:一种LDPE高发泡钙塑板材,原料组成如下:
LDPE90份,HDPE3份,轻质碳酸钙110份,发泡剂8份,DCP交联剂0.75份,三碱式硫酸铅1.5份,硬脂酸锌2.5份,份数均为质量份数。
以上实施例得到的产品,经过实验测试本发明提供的LDPE高发泡钙塑板材中,配方中以LDPE和碳酸钙为主要原料,配以HDPE及添加适量的交联剂、发泡剂等辅助原料,经压延、发泡而成的密度小于0.2克/立方厘米,该板材兼有木材的机械加工和热塑性塑料的二次成型性,具有质轻、保温性好、隔声、耐腐蚀和优良的电绝缘性,可以代理木材在建筑、化工、交通等地方使用。
