本发明公开了一种用于物料灌装的托袋机构，包括有托袋支撑板、固定于称量斗上的气缸、与气缸的活塞杆连接的L形连接杆，L形连接杆水平部分的端头与气缸的活塞杆连接，其竖直部分的端头与托袋支撑板固定连接。本发明的托袋支撑板可在气缸的驱动下进行上下移动，并且定位于合适的高度，在保证对包装袋进行托袋的同时，其包装袋的袋口与称重斗的出料口的距离合适，不会致使灌装的时候物料散落。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装机械领域，具体是一种用于物料灌装的托袋机构。
背景技术
称量斗，即对物料进行称量的机构。物料进入称量斗之后，通过称重传感器进行称量，当达到称重设定值时，停止向称量斗中进料。称量完车后，将称量后的物料灌装入包装袋中即可。在物料灌装的同时，为了使包装袋不会因物料下沉，在称重斗的下方设置有支撑板，对包装袋进行支撑。但是现有的支撑板都是固定结构，当包装袋高度不高时，袋口就会距离称重斗的出料口很远，造成物料的散落。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于物料灌装的托袋机构，可根据包装袋的高度自动调整托袋支撑板的高度，符合物料灌装的要求。
本发明的技术方案为：
一种用于物料灌装的托袋机构，包括有托袋支撑板、固定于称量斗上的气缸、与气缸的活塞杆连接的L形连接杆，所述的L形连接杆水平部分的端头与气缸的活塞杆连接，其竖直部分的端头与托袋支撑板固定连接。
所述的L形连接杆为两个，两个L形连接杆水平部分的端头均与气缸的活塞杆连接，其竖直部分的端头分别与托袋支撑板的两端固定连接。
本发明的优点：
本发明的托袋支撑板可在气缸的驱动下进行上下移动，并且定位于合适的高度，在保证对包装袋进行托袋的同时，其包装袋的袋口与称重斗的出料口的距离合适，不会致使灌装的时候物料散落；本发明的托袋支撑板的两端均进行升降固定，保证了结构的稳定性。

1.一种用于物料灌装的托袋机构，其特征在于：包括有托袋支撑板、固定于称量斗上的气缸、与气缸的活塞杆连接的L形连接杆，所述的L形连接杆水平部分的端头与气缸的活塞杆连接，其竖直部分的端头与托袋支撑板固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于物料灌装的托袋机构，其特征在于：所述的L形连接杆为两个，两个L形连接杆水平部分的端头均与气缸的活塞杆连接，其竖直部分的端头分别与托袋支撑板的两端固定连接。
