Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于螺纹梳刀刃口的厢式钝化装置,包括:电机、无级变速器,传输轴,钝化容器和底座,所述电机通过无级变速器连接传输轴,所述钝化容器内设置有多根用于固定梳刀的安装轴,所述安装轴上套有多个螺纹梳刀,每两个螺纹梳刀之间由一弹簧进行隔离,所述传输轴上套有偏心轮,且偏心轮放置在钝化容器的下方,所述底座的上方设置有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧与传输轴紧密贴合。通过上述方式,本发明能够提高钝化质量和效率,延长刀片的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及五金加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于螺纹梳刀刃口的厢式钝化装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,对螺纹梳刀刃口的钝化方式非常单一,采用一个一个钝化,或是无规律的排列钝化,前者钝化效率太慢,后者钝化效率虽快,但是对刀与刀之间刃口的摩擦造成的损伤,降低了刀具的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于螺纹梳刀刃口的厢式钝化装置,能够提高钝化质量和效率,延长刀片的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于螺纹梳刀刃口的厢式钝化装置,包括:电机、无级变速器,传输轴,钝化容器和底座,所述电机通过无级变速器连接传输轴,所述钝化容器内设置有多根用于固定梳刀的安装轴,所述安装轴上套有多个螺纹梳刀,每两个螺纹梳刀之间由一弹簧进行隔离,所述传输轴上套有偏心轮,且偏心轮放置在钝化容器的下方,所述底座的上方设置有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧与传输轴紧密贴合。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述钝化容器的内盛有钝化介质。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,多根安装轴纵向排列,多根安装轴之间相互平行设置。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明有效地保证了刀具刃口钝化的一致性,提高了钝化质量,延长了刀片的使用寿命,并且也显著地提高了刀具刃口钝化处理的效率。

请参阅图1和2,本发明实施例包括:一种用于螺纹梳刀刃口的厢式钝化装置,包括:电机1、无级变速器2,传输轴3,钝化容器4和底座5,所述电机1通过无级变速器2连接传输轴3,所述钝化容器4内设置有多根用于固定梳刀6的安装轴7,所述安装轴7上套有多个螺纹梳刀6,每两个螺纹梳刀6之间由一弹簧60进行隔离,所述传输轴3上套有偏心轮8,且偏心轮8放置在钝化容器4的下方,所述底座5的上方设置有压缩弹簧9,所述压缩弹簧9与传输轴3紧密贴合。
进一步说,所述钝化容器4的内盛有钝化介质;多根安装轴7纵向排列,多根安装轴7之间相互平行设置。
本发明用于螺纹梳刀刃口的厢式钝化装置的工作原理:由电机1动力驱动无级变速器2,无级变速器2带动传输轴3旋转用于盛装钝化介质的开口向上设置的钝化容器,所述的钝化容器4内沿上下方向设有下端固定在钝化容器4的底面上用于安装待加工梳刀6的刀片安装轴7,将梳刀6放置在安装轴7上面,两个梳刀6中间由弹簧60隔离开,电机1传输的动力在偏心轮8的作用下钝化容器4内装有20#煤油和碳化硅,氧化铝核桃砂会呈现正弦形状的波动,能够有效保证梳刀6刃口的一致性,还能够使梳刀6刀片与钝化介质中的磨料之间的摩擦力增大,因此减少了钝化时间,提高了钝化效率。

1.一种用于螺纹梳刀刃口的厢式钝化装置,其特征在于,包括:电机、无级变速器,传输轴,钝化容器和底座,所述电机通过无级变速器连接传输轴,所述钝化容器内设置有多根用于固定梳刀的安装轴,所述安装轴上套有多个螺纹梳刀,每两个螺纹梳刀之间由一弹簧进行隔离,所述传输轴上套有偏心轮,且偏心轮放置在钝化容器的下方,所述底座的上方设置有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧与传输轴紧密贴合;所述钝化容器的内盛有钝化介质;多根安装轴纵向排列,多根安装轴之间相互平行设置。
