一种彩钢板用快速安装夹。包括夹齿、内夹板、销钉、外夹板,其特征在于:内夹板穿过外夹板设有的孔,内夹板和外夹板分别被销钉穿过而连接成一体,内夹板和外夹板的两端分别设有与内夹板和外夹板连体的夹齿。与现有技术相比,采用快速安装夹,由于受力均匀,所以随着风的吹拂,由于快速安装夹直接扣在采钢板的凸筋与横梁上,光伏电池阵列晃动相对较小,另外,快速安装夹产生的夹紧力均匀,咬合牢靠,光伏电池阵列不会产生移位,有效保证了光伏电池阵列牢固地安装在彩钢板屋面上,不会造成不必要的损失和伤害。

本发明一种彩钢板用快速安装夹,涉及的是彩钢板屋面安装附属设施的技术领域,应用于太阳能光伏电池阵列的安装。
背景技术
目前,彩钢板屋安装太阳能光伏电池阵列,一般先采用钢夹夹在彩钢板的凸筋上,然后再在钢夹上固定横梁后排列光伏电池阵列,达到了彩钢板上安装光伏电池阵列的目的。但是,由于采用单个螺钉旋紧,将过压板和安装板固定在彩钢板的凸筋上,其与彩钢板的连接并不牢靠,连接速度慢;另外,因为光伏电池阵列在受到外力的作用,例,由于风的吹拂,光伏电池阵列产生晃动,使钢夹松动,容易使光伏电池阵列移位,造成不必要的损失和伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,对现有的钢夹加以改进,设计一种能够实现快速安装,咬合牢靠的一种彩钢板用快速安装夹。
其技术是这样实现的:包括夹齿、内夹板、销钉、外夹板,其特征在于:内夹板穿过外夹板设有的孔,内夹板和外夹板分别被销钉穿过而连接成一体,内夹板和外夹板的两端分别设有与内夹板和外夹板连体的夹齿。
实施该技术后的明显优点和效果是:与现有技术相比,采用快速安装夹,由于受力均匀,所以随着风的吹拂,由于快速安装夹直接扣在采钢板的凸筋与横梁上,光伏电池阵列晃动相对较小,另外,快速安装夹产生的夹紧力均匀,咬合牢靠,光伏电池阵列不会产生移位,有效保证了光伏电池阵列牢固地安装在彩钢板屋面上,不会造成不必要的损失和伤害。

见附图1,内夹板3穿过外夹板6设有的孔,内夹板3和外夹板6分别被销钉2穿过而连接成一体,内夹板3和外夹板6的两端分别设有与内夹板3和外夹板6连体的夹齿2。
见附图1,将快速安装夹的内夹板3和外夹板6下端间隔并均匀地暂扣在彩钢板1的彩钢板凸筋7上,再在内夹板3和外夹板6上的扣入横梁5,由于横梁5的宽度大于彩钢板凸筋7的宽度,当横梁5扣入内夹板3和外夹板6的夹齿2中间,在横梁5压入内夹板3和外夹板6上的上端夹齿2内的作用下,内夹板3和外夹板6上的下端夹齿2扣入彩钢板1的彩钢板凸筋7上,彩钢板凸筋7变形,形成#槽,使内夹板3和外夹板6通过横梁5将下端夹齿2牢牢地扣在彩钢板凸筋7上,再进行光伏电池阵列的安装。
