Abstract

背景技术
PVDF,中文名聚偏二氟乙烯,是一种高强度、耐腐蚀的材料。它的膜型材料可用于多种高档次的户外建筑,亦可作为强酸或强碱的生产车间用厂房材料。作为一种新型材料,它的优点得到了广泛认可。但由于PVDF自身的低摩擦系数,使得它在加工时十分不易粘结,而现有技术中采用的胶黏剂的兼容性较差,即无法有效粘结PVDF膜,或者无法有效粘结钢板基层,这就导致了含PVDF膜的产品的结构稳定性较弱,使用寿命较短,韧性低,抗弯折能力差,层与层之间稍有作用力就易造成破损。因此,如何针对PVDF覆膜板中的各个结构层来进行改进,以期能够开发出一款彼此有效兼容,具有高粘结强度高稳定性的PVDF覆膜板,成为了当下的研究热点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种性能稳定的耐腐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其具有优异而稳定的粘结强度和耐腐蚀性,可在多种恶劣环境下保持良好的板材结构稳定性,从而能够在性能上满足耐久性和抗腐蚀性的要求。

本案的胶黏剂是特别针对PVDF膜而开发的,同时,为了提高胶黏剂与基材金属层之间的结合作用力,又针对胶黏剂体系开发出了新的合金板材,因此,本案的胶黏剂、PVDF膜和合金层是一个有机整体,三者匹配结合成一个全新的覆膜板整体。
在胶黏剂中,乙炔-丙烯酸辛酯共聚物是无规共聚物,其合成方法与聚乙炔的合成条件相同,只需将乙炔单体和丙烯酸辛酯单体按预定比例混匀,随后进行无规共聚。乙炔-丙烯酸辛酯共聚物被发现可以与环氧树脂结合后,可在不增加体系黏稠度的前提下提高胶黏剂的韧性和结合强度。聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯可协同提高胶黏剂在低温环境下的抗冻裂性能。聚1,4-丁二醇能够增加胶黏剂在高温下的粘结强度,以保证在高温下胶黏剂层不软化,不脱落。氯化铵用于提高胶黏剂层的抗冲击性能和对PVDF膜的粘结性能,同时,它也能够改善胶黏剂各组分结合的紧密程度,从而能够适当延长胶黏剂的固化时间,以获得更佳稳定牢固的粘结力,氯化铵对能够提高与PVDF膜的粘结性能是首次被发现,而与其结构相似的硝酸铵、硫酸铵等则没有这一改性功能。
在现有技术中,所用的基材金属层都是市售的普通钢板,尽管在实际制造时,会对钢板表面进行预处理来增加与胶黏剂的结合效果,如电晕、酸液腐蚀等方法,但实际效果并不理想,这是因为尽管通过这些预处理工艺,但实际上并未真正降低黏性聚合物与钢板的结合难度。因此,本案从胶黏剂的角度出发,针对胶黏剂的具体组成来相应地根据这些具体组成来指向性地开发出容易与该胶黏剂粘结在一起的合金板材。通过大量研究,得出了上述的合金层的配方。添加的特定量的镍、锰、碳、硅和钴可以有效降低胶黏剂与合金层的结合难度,使其具有更高的结构稳定性。但由于这些添加的材料对合金层的性能有很大的影响,因此,合金层中添加的各种材料及其添加量应被固定。

作为本案又一实施例,其中,胶黏剂层还包括0.2~0.3重量份的2,6-二叔丁基苯酚。2,6-二叔丁基苯酚是一种抗硬化剂,用于防止胶黏剂在长期使用后变硬脱落。但这种抗硬化剂的用量须十分谨慎,偏离优选的范围将反而产生负面影响。研究还发现,与2,6-二叔丁基苯酚结构类似的2,6-二甲基苯酚、2,6-二异丙基苯酚、邻甲基苯酚、邻叔丁基苯酚等均没有改进效果。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,合金层还包括0.2~0.3重量份的锶。锶能够降低合金层的表面能,以更利于胶黏剂与合金层的结合;同时,锶的引入也降低了合金层在较大温差下的胀缩形变幅度,以进一步提高其与胶黏剂的结合稳定性。但锶的添加量应被限制,超出优选的范围,将反而产生负面影响。
作为本案又一实施例,其中,合金层还包括0.2~0.3重量份的氮化硼。氮化硼是一种协效剂,可协同锶来提高合金层与胶黏剂的结合强度。但氮化硼的添加量也应被限制,超出优选的范围,将产生负面影响。
本案所用PVDF膜为市售产品即可,其规格也不受限制,PVDF膜、合金层和胶黏剂层的厚度也不受限制,因为研究发现,厚度的选择对覆膜板的性能没有影响。因此,覆膜板的各层厚度可以根据实际需要进行自由设置。

尽管本发明的实施方案己公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.一种耐腐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其从上至下依次设有聚偏二氟乙烯膜层、胶黏剂层、合金层、胶黏剂层和聚偏二氟乙烯膜层;其特征在于:

2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述乙炔-丙烯酸辛酯共聚物中,乙炔含量为22~24wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述乙炔-丙烯酸辛酯共聚物的数均分子量为3000~3200g/mol。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂的数均分子量为4400~4500g/mol。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯的数均分子量为1800~2000g/mol。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述聚1,4-丁二醇的数均分子量为2200~2300g/mol。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂层还包括0.2~0.3重量份的异丙酸乙酯。
8.根据权利要求7所述的耐腐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂层还包括0.2~0.3重量份的2,6-二叔丁基苯酚。
9.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述合金层还包括0.2~0.3重量份的锶。
10.根据权利要求9所述的耐腐蚀PVDF覆膜板,其特征在于,所述合金层还包括0.2~0.3重量份的氮化硼。
