本发明公开了一种手动式清洗器，包括依次连接的气动装置，传动装置和清洗装置，所述气动装置为尾端带有进气孔的空心球体，所述空心球体尾端还设有单向进气阀，所述传动装置包括齿轮传动装置，所述清洗装置包括连接部与清洗部，所述连接部与所述传动装置固接。本发明的清洗器结构简单，使用方便，成本低廉，能够有效对管件及含有盲孔、深孔、弯孔铸件的清洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手动式清洗器，属于机械设备领域。
背景技术
经过机加工的钢管管件及铸造带有盲孔深孔的复杂铸件时，由于在加工过程中所产生的金属细屑，以及外界中的杂质，常会粘附到这些加工完毕的管件或铸件上，因此，为了节约成本，同时也为了提高加工质量，机加工后的钢管管件通常需要人工进行初步清洗以去除部分毛刺、残留加工切削及其油污。对于形状简单的加工件来说普通常用清洗工具就能够满足需要，然而这些带有盲孔、深孔甚至弯孔的加工件往往很难清洗，普通的手工清洗工具很难达到目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种手动式清洗器，可有效针对管件、多孔件进行清洗。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种手动式清洗器，其特征在于，包括依次连接的气动装置，传动装置和清洗装置，所述气动装置为尾端带有进气孔的空心球体，所述空心球体尾端还设有单向进气阀，所述传动装置包括齿轮传动装置，所述清洗装置包括连接部与清洗部，所述连接部与所述传动装置固接。
优选地，所述齿轮传动装置容置于传动腔体内，所述传动腔体与所述空心球体相通，所述齿轮传动装置包括相互啮合的齿轮和齿条，所述齿条上固接有活塞，所述气动装置通过所述活塞带动所述齿轮转动。
优选地，所述清洗部为细长轴件或管件，所述清洗部上密布有刷丝。
优选地，所述齿轮中心设有转动轴，所述连接部固接于所述转动轴。
优选地，所述刷丝包括相互间隔排列的短刷丝和长刷丝，所述短刷丝硬度大于所述长刷丝硬度。
优选地，所述空心球体为弹性球体。
本发明所达到的有益效果：
手动按捏气动装置的空心球体，活塞在气压的推动下带动传动装置的齿轮的转动，齿轮继而带动转动轴，最终带动清洗部的转动，清洗部旋转清洗可提高清洗效率，细长的清洗部能够伸到管件或深孔、弯孔内部进行清洗；
本发明的清洗器结构简单，使用方便，成本低廉，能够有效对管件及含有盲孔、深孔、弯孔铸件的清洗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1-2所述，一种手动式清洗器，包括依次连接的气动装置1，传动装置2和清洗装置3，气动装置1为尾端带有进气孔的空心球体12，空心球体12尾端还设有单向进气阀11，传动装置2包括齿轮传动装置，清洗装置3包括连接部31与清洗部32，连接部31与所述传动装置2固接。
优选地，齿轮传动装置容置于传动腔体内25，传动腔体25与空心球体12相通，齿轮传动装置包括相互啮合的齿轮21和齿条22，齿条22上固接有活塞23，气动装置2通过活塞23带动齿轮21转动。
优选地，清洗部32为细长轴件或管件，清洗部32上密布有刷丝。
优选地，齿轮中心设有转动轴24，连接部31固接于转动轴24。
优选地，刷丝包括相互间隔排列的短刷丝和长刷丝，短刷丝硬度大于所述长刷丝硬度。刷丝不仅长短不同，硬度也不一样，较硬的短刷丝可用来清理部分毛刺，较软的长刷丝用来清理油污、灰屑，两者配合使用效果更好。
优选地，空心球体12为弹性球体。

1.一种手动式清洗器，其特征在于，包括依次连接的气动装置，传动装置和清洗装置，所述气动装置为尾端带有进气孔的空心球体，所述空心球体尾端还设有单向进气阀，所述传动装置包括齿轮传动装置，所述清洗装置包括连接部与清洗部，所述连接部与所述传动装置固接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动式清洗器，其特征在于，所述齿轮传动装置容置于传动腔体内，所述传动腔体与所述空心球体相通，所述齿轮传动装置包括相互啮合的齿轮和齿条，所述齿条上固接有活塞，所述气动装置通过所述活塞带动所述齿轮转动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种手动式清洗器，其特征在于，所述清洗部为细长轴件或管件，所述清洗部上密布有刷丝。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种手动式清洗器，其特征在于，所述齿轮中心设有转动轴，所述连接部固接于所述转动轴。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种手动式清洗器，其特征在于，所述刷丝包括相互间隔排列的短刷丝和长刷丝，所述短刷丝硬度大于所述长刷丝硬度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动式清洗器，其特征在于，所述空心球体为弹性球体。
