背景技术
目前市场上使用的φ12mm以内的线材绝大部分是根据所需直径经拉丝机拉伸成需用的卷绕钢材。这种卷绕钢材便于称重和运输。但使用时往往要将其调直后才能使用，但是钢材往往会因为存放环境的影响，出现锈迹，目前，市场上的调直机只能够对钢筋进行单一的调直作业，而除锈需要其它机器进行再处理，这无疑增加了工人的劳动量。

本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能调直机，它能够同时完成钢材的调直与除锈，从而减少钢材的处理工序，节省了劳动力。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种多功能调直机，包括驱动机带动的转体架，其特征是：所述的转体架两端设置有延长的进料通道、出料通道，转体架上安装有两排调直轮，所述的调直轮表面设置有曲线凹槽，用于钢材的通过，所述的转体架上的出料通道端安装有钢丝刷。

在工作过程中，可根据需要拆卸调直轮5作为单独的除锈机器使用，也可以选择性的拆卸钢丝刷6作为调直机器使用。
这样结构的一种多功能调直机兼调直、除锈功能为一体，具有使用方便的优点。
