Abstract

本发明涉及一种膨胀塞。用于固定在已打好的 带凹入部分的孔中的膨胀塞是已知的,其膨胀固定体 用风钻或锤子打到膨胀锥体上。为避免安装过程在 墙体中产生裂纹,为了满足对薄壁膨胀塞的需求,本 发明提出了一种新的膨胀塞,其膨胀套筒通过将内套 筒送入内孔中而套到带膨胀锥体的螺栓上,膨胀套筒 的可膨胀部分适用于带凹入部分的钻孔。

Description

本发明涉及一种用于在打好的钻孔中固定并向里膨胀的膨胀塞。
DE-OS  3620099号专利公布了一种靠打击固定的膨胀塞,它包括一个有一个内孔的并且从其插入端沿长度方向有部分纵向切口的膨胀固定器,膨胀固定器可以通过把它打入一个具有膨胀锥的位于钻孔底部的膨胀体中进行固定,通过冲击,利用固定于风钻卡盘上的打入工具或锤子把膨胀固定器打入膨胀体中以构成膨胀塞的固定,在这种情况下,把膨胀固定器打下膨胀体中是有效果的。
由于通过冲击安装用于固定的膨胀塞时应该有打击运动,所以需要有大的冲击力作用在膨胀固定体上。在打入操作过程中,由于所产生的打击运动,也会发生断裂作用,这样会在墙体中产生裂纹或破坏墙体,尤其在钻孔的锥形凹入部分上更易产生上述问题。
当采用膨胀塞安装天花板时,还有一点必须考虑,在天花板或类似区域中,因为其中设有电线或其他系统,所以通常安装膨胀塞的空间很小。因为长度和直径的限制,靠冲击固定的普通膨胀塞不适于安装天花板。特别要考虑的一点就是,特定直径的标准螺纹要求靠冲击固定的膨胀塞具有某一个最小壁厚,尤其是对直径相对较大的标准螺纹,相应的靠打击固定的膨胀塞由于其直径的原因,就不适用于安装。
本发明的目的在于介绍一种成本低、易于安装且回收价值高的膨胀塞。
根据本发明,上述目的是以如下方式达到的:在限制可膨胀部分的环形槽下的区域中,膨胀套筒有一个肩部,其壁厚大于有内螺纹的内孔部分的壁厚,螺栓的外螺纹旋进带内螺纹的内套筒。
根据本发明,膨胀塞的固定是将其插入预先打好的带凹入部分的孔中。但是,与靠打击固定的一般的膨胀塞不同,特别地,本发明不是将膨胀套筒自身打入钻孔,而是相反,用电钻或类似工具将内套筒护旋到螺栓的外螺纹上。因此,膨胀套筒壁的厚度可以很小,膨胀套筒取最小外径时,有螺纹的内孔直径可以较大。因为不必在膨胀套筒上为打击工具自身准备制动面,所以具有相对较大直径的标准螺纹就不需要扩大膨胀套筒的外径。
将内套筒拧进膨胀套筒并将内套筒拧到螺栓上,就可使膨胀套筒上的可膨胀部分产生膨胀,在带凹入部分的钻孔形成固定联接。这里,膨胀是靠扭矩得到的,而不是靠打击获得的。靠打击固定的膨胀塞在安装过程中产生的冲击运动导致对墙体产生破坏的问题,就可因此避免。
因为按照本发明的膨胀塞不须为膨胀套筒留有打击面,并且,内孔相对较大直径而不需要膨胀套筒同时具有相对较大的外径,所以,膨胀套筒的壁厚可以减到最小。除了具有节省材料的优点外,安装后膨胀塞中可以拧入相对较大直径的螺钉,而不用选择相应外径较大的膨胀塞。
由于将内套筒旋到螺栓的外螺纹上,内套筒利用其面对锥形部分的端面而被肩部的止动面固定住,肩部位于限制可膨胀部分的环形槽的部,这样,膨胀套筒及其可膨胀部分被拉向螺栓的锥形部分,使膨胀开的膨胀部分在钻孔中的凹入部分形成全断面接合。
本发明还可做进一步的改进,将内套筒的内壁做成与螺栓体颈外形相衔接的形状,可用打击工具将内套筒打到螺栓上。于是,内套筒就将其自身锁定在有相应外形的螺栓上。螺栓最好有环形槽与内套筒的相应外形闭锁,这样在内套筒与螺栓间形成互锁。内套筒被打入膨胀套筒直到肩部,使膨胀套筒与内套筒间、膨胀套筒与膨胀锥体间形成刚性连接。
内套筒可使用柔性金属或其他最好是可变形的材料,以使它能打到带齿的或其它外形的螺栓上,并以此将其牢牢固定住。

图1表示一个按照本发明的处于未膨胀状态的膨胀塞,
图2表示一个已固定在墙体内的带凹入部分的钻孔中的膨胀塞,

图4表示图3所示的处于固定状态的膨胀塞。
图1所示的膨胀塞包括一个膨胀套筒1及上面有一圆锥体3的螺栓2。螺栓2的体颈4上有外螺纹5,膨胀套筒1的膨胀段有可膨胀部分6,在其根部是一个环形槽7。
插入膨胀套筒1的有部分内螺纹8的内孔中的是一个内套筒9,它也有内螺纹10。内套筒9依靠其端面11在肩部12与螺栓的圆锥体3相对,肩部12是因膨胀套筒1在这一区域壁的直径较大而形成的。
图2所示的膨胀塞被固定到墙体14中的钻孔里,钻孔里有一凹入部分13。
安装膨胀塞时,图1所示的膨胀塞在其未膨胀状态时通过一图中示出的带有旋入装置的钻孔器被旋入墙体14上或天花板上钻好的有一凹入部分13钻孔中。此时旋入装置作用于其端面11顶在肩部12上的内套筒9上。当螺栓2上的固锥体3的端面15与带凹入部分13的钻孔底部接触时,带有内螺纹10的内套筒9被旋在有外螺纹5的螺栓体颈4上。此时,扭矩通过肩部12传到膨胀套筒1上,使可膨胀部分6导上螺栓2的圆锥体3。这样,可膨胀部分6膨胀,在带凹入部分的钻孔产生固定配合,环形槽可对可膨胀部分的膨胀起限制作用。
图3所示的类似的膨胀塞包括一个膨胀套筒1和一个带圆锥体3的螺栓2。螺栓2的体颈4上有环形凸缘20,膨胀套筒1的内孔中装有一个带环形槽21的内套筒9,其上部分有内螺纹8。
环形凸缘20和环形槽21形状上互相嵌合,使内套筒刚性地联结到螺栓上如图4所示的位置。为此目的,环形凸缘20和环形槽21可做成锯齿状,以使内套筒9与螺栓2嵌合。

Claims (7)

1、在钻孔中向内张开的用于固定的膨胀塞,包括一个在其膨胀区纵向开口的膨胀套筒,上述套筒在其可膨胀部分的毗邻部分有一环形槽和一内孔,其中一段有内螺纹,里面有一个带膨胀锥体并支承在钻孔底部的螺栓,螺栓在其邻接锥体的体颈上有外螺纹,其特征在于,在限制可膨胀部分(6)的环形槽(7)的下部,膨胀套筒(1)有一肩部(12),其壁厚度大于有内螺纹(8)的内孔部分的厚度,螺栓(2)的外螺纹(5)拧到有内螺纹(10)的内套筒(9)上。
2、按照权利要求1的膨胀塞,其特征在于,安装过程中,内套筒(9)在肩部(12)的底面以其端面(11)与锥体(3)相对,形成一个止动挡。
3、安装按照上述权利要求中任一项的膨胀塞的方法,其特征在于,膨胀塞被旋入预先钻好的,带凹入部分(13)的孔中,其特征在于,用钻孔器或类似工具将内套筒(9)旋到螺栓(2)上使钻孔的底部与锥体(3)的端面(15)接触,可膨胀部分(6)被张开在螺栓(2)的锥体(3)上。
4、按照权利要求1的膨胀塞,其特征在于,内套筒(9)的内壁的外形做成与体颈(4)的外形能衔接。
5、按照权利要求4的膨胀塞,其特征在于,沿体颈(4)整个长度上有环状凸起(20),而内套筒(9)的内壁上有环状槽(21)。
6、按照权利要求4或5的膨胀塞,其特征在于,体颈(4)的外及内套筒(9)内壁的横截面为锯齿形。
7、按照前述权利要求任何一项的膨胀塞,其特征在于,内套筒(9)由柔性金属或其他任一能轻微变形的材料制成。
