本发明涉及一种双导体锂离子动力电池极耳,包括金属导体带、极耳胶块,其特征在于:所述金属导体带至少有两条,极耳胶块环绕包覆金属导体带;其中,每条金属导体带的上下两面均包覆有极耳胶块,极耳胶块间紧密贴合。该极耳结构简单,既能降低电池内阻,提高电池倍率放电性能、循环性能,又可以提高电芯的可靠性及安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及锂离子电池极耳结构,尤其涉及一种双导体锂离子动力电池极耳。
背景技术
动力储能锂离子电池具有能量密度大、电压大、功率大、质轻、寿命长、安全性好、绿色环保等优点,在近年来迅速发展的电动汽车、电动自行车、电动摩托车、电动工具、国防军事装备的电源系统以及储能系统等领域有广泛的应用。
目前生产的锂离子动力电池为了防止电池在高倍率放电时极耳电芯内部的温度急剧上升以及由此带来的循环性能的降低,往往采用加宽加厚的极耳,但只有一对正负极耳的电池的极片中电子运动距离较长,电池内阻较大,这种方式在降低极耳和电池内部发热的同时也降低了电池的能量密度,大大限制了电池性能的进一步提升。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供一种双导体锂离子动力电池极耳,既能降低电池内阻,提高电池倍率放电性能、循环性能,又可以提高电芯的可靠性及安全性。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:
一种双导体锂离子动力电池极耳,包括金属导体带、极耳胶块,所述金属导体带至少有两条,极耳胶块环绕包覆金属导体带;其中,每条金属导体带的上下两面均包覆有极耳胶块,极耳胶块间紧密贴合。
进一步的,所述金属导体带包括两条厚度相同的叠置金属导体带。
进一步的,所述两条导体带间的极耳胶块之间通过热覆合的方式紧密粘合在一起。
其中,该电池极耳为正极极耳,所述金属导体带为铝制金属带。
其中,该电池极耳为负极极耳,所述金属导体带为铜镀镍材料或镍材金属带。
作为一种优选,每条金属导体带的4个角均做倒圆角处理。
本发明采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:
使用双导体极耳的锂离子动力电池在充放电过程中因为内阻小,充放电效率高,发热少,提高了电池倍率放电性能和循环寿命,也提高了电池的可靠性和安全性。极耳导体做了倒圆角处理,减少了极耳刺破电池铝塑包装膜的危险,降低了电芯的不良率,也避免了极耳导体对操作人员的伤害。

本发明提供一种动力锂离子动力电池用极耳结构,为使本发明的目的,技术方案及效果更加清楚,明确,以及参照附图并举实例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
下面结合附图对发明的技术方案进行详细说明:
一种锂离子动力电池极耳,包括两条金属导体带和设置在两条导体上下两面及其中间的四条极耳胶块。具体的说,包括金属导体带1、极耳胶块2,所述金属导体1带包括两条厚度相同的叠置金属导体带1,极耳胶块2环绕包覆金属导体带;其中,每条金属导体带1的上下两面均包覆有极耳胶块2,极耳胶块2间紧密贴合。
该双导体极耳分为正极极耳和负极极耳两种,当作为正极极耳使用时,上述金属导体带1为铝制金属带,材料厚度为0.1mm-0.3mm,宽度为6mm-100mm,两条导体同一方向平行设置,两条金属导体带1和极耳胶块2通过热覆合的方式紧密粘合在一起,极耳胶胶2为CPP材质,厚度为0.1mm-0.15mm,宽度大于金属导体1宽度2mm或以上,每条金属导体1的4个角均做倒圆角处理。
当作为负极极耳使用时,上述金属导体带1为铜镀镍材料或镍材金属带,材料厚度为0.1mm-0.3mm,宽度为6mm-100mm,两条导体同一方向平行设置,两条金属导体1和极耳胶块2通过热覆合的方式紧密粘合在一起,极耳胶胶块为CPP材质,厚度为0.1mm-0.15mm,宽度大于金属导体1宽度2mm或以上,每条金属导体1的4个角均做倒圆角处理。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种双导体锂离子动力电池极耳,包括金属导体带、极耳胶块,其特征在于:所述金属导体带至少有两条,极耳胶块环绕包覆金属导体带;其中,每条金属导体带的上下两面均包覆有极耳胶块,极耳胶块间紧密贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双导体锂离子动力电池极耳,其特征在于:所述金属导体带包括两条厚度相同的叠置金属导体带。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双导体锂离子动力电池极耳,其特征在于:所述金属导体带与极耳胶块之间通过热覆合的方式紧密粘合在一起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双导体锂离子动力电池极耳,其特征在于:该电池极耳为正极极耳,所述金属导体带为铝制金属带。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种双导体锂离子动力电池极耳,其特征在于:该电池极耳为负极极耳,所述金属导体带为铜镀镍材料或镍材金属带。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种双导体锂离子动力电池极耳,其特征在于:每条金属导体带的4个角均做倒圆角处理。
