本发明属于钢铁制造领域，具体涉及一种用于热轧辊钢窑炉的清扫装置。
背景技术
热轧辊钢经常使用在开坯，厚板，型钢等加工中，它承受了强大的轧制力，剧烈的磨损和热疲劳影响，而且热轧辊在高温下工作，并且允许单位工作量内的直径磨损，所以不要求表面硬度，只要求具有较高的强度，韧性和耐热性。热轧辊钢只采用整体正火或淬火，表面硬度要求高。传统的窑炉体积比较大，而且经过高温煅烧后会留下许多钢杂质，如果采用传统的扫帚打扫，因为与钢杂质率先接触的是刷毛，受力不够，可能会造成钢杂质清理不出来，效果不理想。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种用于热轧辊钢窑炉的清扫装置。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本发明具体是这样来完成的：一种用于热轧辊钢窑炉的清扫装置，包括方形的框架，框架一端连接有把手，所述框架内侧设有一圈刷毛。
其中，所述刷毛的长度在15～30cm。
其中，所述框架材质为不锈钢或铜。
有益效果：本发明与传统技术相比，率先与炉内钢杂质接触部位为质地较为坚硬的框架，在清理过程中，框架始终保持与钢杂质的率先接触，避免了刷毛过软清理不出钢杂质的问题。
