本发明公开了一种带法兰钢骨架铸型尼龙三通/四通管,包括三通/四通管体,所述三通/四通管体端口均带有法兰,所述三通/四通管体和法兰为MC尼龙材料一次性浇铸成型,其特征是:还包括与所述三通/四通管体和法兰形状一致的钢骨架,所述钢骨架为均匀镂空的金属板材,钢骨架裹覆在构成三通/四通管体和法兰的MC尼龙材料之中。本发明三通/四通管,在尼龙本体内加衬了钢骨架,其结构简单,制备方便,且无需专用设备,利用现有离心浇铸设备即可生产。而且可以制备管体和法兰一次成型的管件,解决了现有技术无法克服的困难。本发明管件,能在120oC以内和压力在60KG以内的工况条件下正常使用。这样既能提高尼龙管道的使用温度和压力,又能解决钢衬尼龙外部防腐的大优点。

一种带法兰钢骨架铸型尼龙三通/四通管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种尼龙三通或四通管件,尤其是一种带法兰钢骨架铸型尼龙三通/四通管。
背景技术
三通和四通是最常用的管件之一, MC尼龙材料,其化学性能稳定,并且具有耐腐蚀、耐磨、耐冲刷和耐低温的性能,因此,现在尼龙管道在工业领域尤其是化工生产领域得到了广泛应用,尼龙三通管或四通管是必备的管件。尼龙管道,按照其制备方法区分,分为挤出式尼龙管道和铸型尼龙管道。挤出式尼龙管道是使用挤出机挤出经冷却成型管道,铸型尼龙管道是采用离心浇铸的方式成型。中国实用新型专利《一种带法兰的铸型尼龙管道》(授权公告号CN2729484Y)公开了一种带法兰的铸型尼龙管道,采用MC尼龙材料,管道与法兰之间为一次成型的一体化结构。中国外观设计专利《三通管》(授权公告号:CN3211587)和《四通管》(授权公告号:CN3205284),就公开了现有的铸型尼龙三通管和四通管。但是尼龙管道毕竟属于塑性材料,刚性不足并且不耐高温,一般只能在80oC以内温度进行使用,耐压也较低。尤其是当管道长度较长时,其强度也难以满足要求。中国实用新型专利《钢骨架增强型尼龙管道》(授权公告号CN201851799U)公开了一种挤出式尼龙管道,并且公开了其制备方法(中国发明专利申请CN103275483B)以及制作机械(中国发明专利申请CN103253868A),是一种钢骨架尼龙管道,以螺纹钢编盘成经纬筒网金属骨架镶嵌在尼龙管中间,尼龙聚合物高温包覆于螺纹钢编盘成经纬筒网金属骨架上。首先将尼龙材料置于尼龙挤出机中熔融成浆糊状尼龙聚合物,不断向管道制作机械模腔内注入同时按子午线法在模腔内编盘网状金属骨架,糊状尼龙聚合物包覆网状金属骨架,再经冷却定型、截断制成钢骨架增强型尼龙管道。这种管道,刚性增强,耐高温温度大大提高,可以达到130℃。但是,这种结构的尼龙管道及其制备方法只能适用于挤出式尼龙管道,而且只能是直管,无法制备一次成型的一体式带法兰尼龙管道。这种尼龙管只能采用钢箍连接,连接处的金属件易受腐蚀。而且更是无法制备三通管和四通管,更谈不上制备带法兰钢骨架铸型尼龙三通/四通管。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,在于克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种带法兰钢骨架铸型尼龙三通/四通管,为管体和法兰一体式铸型管件。
本发明一种带法兰钢骨架铸型尼龙三通/四通管,包括三通/四通管体,所述三通/四通管体端口均带有法兰,所述三通/四通管体和法兰为MC尼龙材料一次性浇铸成型,其特征是:还包括与所述三通/四通管体和法兰形状一致的钢骨架,所述钢骨架为均匀镂空的金属板材,钢骨架裹覆在构成三通/四通管体和法兰的MC尼龙材料之中。
本发明一种带法兰钢骨架铸型尼龙三通/四通管,在尼龙本体内加衬了钢骨架,其结构简单,制备方便,且无需专用设备,利用现有离心浇铸设备即可生产。而且可以制备管体和法兰一次成型的管件,解决了现有技术无法克服的困难。本发明一种带法兰钢骨架铸型尼龙三通/四通管,能在120oC以内和压力在60KG以内的工况条件下正常使用。这样既能提高尼龙管道的使用温度和压力,又能解决钢衬尼龙外部防腐的大优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
图1是本发明一种带法兰钢骨架铸型尼龙三通立体示意图,可以看出三通管体的三个端口均带有法兰。而且该三通管体1和法兰2为MC尼龙材料一次性浇铸成型,为一体式带法兰的MC尼龙管件,法兰面上设有螺孔3。三通管体和法兰采用离心浇铸机离心浇铸一次成型。图2是本发明一种带法兰钢骨架铸型尼龙三通局部剖面图,图4是本发明一种带法兰钢骨架铸型尼龙三通横断面图,在三通管体和法兰的内部设有钢骨架4,钢骨架裹覆在构成三通管体和法兰的MC尼龙材料之中。图3是钢骨架结构示意图,所述钢骨架与三通管体和法兰形状一致,为均匀镂空的金属板材,采用冲压方法成型。在三通骨架和法兰骨架上均均匀分布设有镂空孔5,目的是防止尼龙材料与钢骨架离层。
由于四通管实施例与三通管实施例基本相同,在此不再重复。
