本发明公开了一种锥形管加工定位夹紧夹具,包括定位板,定位板一侧设有导向板,导向板开设有圆形槽,圆形槽上开设有限位槽;所述圆形槽内设有圆形柱,圆形柱上设有与限位槽配合的导轨;所述圆形柱开设有螺纹通孔,螺纹通孔安装有螺纹杆,螺纹杆一端穿过导向板连接有旋转手柄,其另一端设有与其螺纹配合的夹紧板;所述圆形柱可转动连接有多个支撑杆;所述定位板另一侧可转动设有多个夹紧杆,且夹紧杆与支撑杆可转动连接。该夹具即提高了工作效率,又降低了成本。

一种锥形管加工定位夹紧夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及锥形管加工设备领域,具体而言,涉及一种锥形管加工定位夹紧夹具。
背景技术
现有技术中往往对锥形管进行各种各样的加工,例如焊接法兰盘、钻孔或者截断等,因此经常需要固定锥形管,然而锥形管不同于普通形状的工件,较难以固定加工。例如在焊接法兰盘时,法兰在与锥形管焊接前的连接并不牢固,通常需要将法兰平放在工作台上,再将锥形管竖直放在法兰体上,从而增强焊接时的稳定性。
现有的锥形管加工时,常因为固定不好,导致加工效果不好等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锥形管加工定位夹紧夹具,以解决现有技术的不足。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种锥形管加工定位夹紧夹具,其特征在于,包括定位板,定位板一侧设有导向板,导向板开设有圆形槽,圆形槽上开设有限位槽;所述圆形槽内设有圆形柱,圆形柱上设有与限位槽配合的导轨;所述圆形柱开设有螺纹通孔,螺纹通孔安装有螺纹杆,螺纹杆一端穿过导向板连接有旋转手柄,其另一端设有与其螺纹配合的夹紧板;所述圆形柱可转动连接有多个支撑杆;所述定位板另一侧可转动设有多个夹紧杆,且夹紧杆与支撑杆可转动连接。
进一步地,所述支撑杆为四个,且均匀设置。有利于对锥形管的夹紧。
进一步地,所述夹紧杆为四个。
本发明的有益效果是:通过旋转螺纹杆使圆形柱左右移动,使支撑杆带动夹紧杆径向夹紧锥形管;通过旋转夹紧板,使其轴向夹紧锥形管。该夹具有效的保证了锥形管加工时对其夹紧和定位,提高锥形管加工后的质量。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1所示出了本发明提供的锥形管加工定位夹紧夹具,包括旋转手柄1、螺纹杆3、导向板4、定位板5、夹紧杆6、支撑杆7、夹紧板10及圆形柱12。定位板5一侧设有导向板4,导向板4开设有圆形槽,圆形槽上开设有限位槽;所述圆形槽内设有圆形柱12,圆形柱12上设有与限位槽配合的导轨;所述圆形柱12开设有螺纹通孔,螺纹通孔安装有螺纹杆3,螺纹杆3一端穿过导向板4连接有旋转手柄1,其另一端设有与其螺纹配合的夹紧板10;所述圆形柱12可转动连接有多个支撑杆7;所述定位板5另一侧可转动设有多个夹紧杆6,且夹紧杆6与支撑杆7可转动连接。
支撑杆7为四个,且均匀设置。有利于对锥形管的夹紧;所述夹紧杆6为四个。
通过旋转螺纹杆3使圆形柱12左右移动,使支撑杆7带动夹紧杆6径向夹紧锥形管;通过旋转夹紧板10,使其轴向夹紧锥形管。该夹具有效的保证了锥形管加工时对其夹紧和定位,提高锥形管加工后的质量。

1.一种锥形管加工定位夹紧夹具,其特征在于,包括定位板,定位板一侧设有导向板,导向板开设有圆形槽,圆形槽上开设有限位槽;所述圆形槽内设有圆形柱,圆形柱上设有与限位槽配合的导轨;所述圆形柱开设有螺纹通孔,螺纹通孔安装有螺纹杆,螺纹杆一端穿过导向板连接有旋转手柄,其另一端设有与其螺纹配合的夹紧板;所述圆形柱可转动连接有多个支撑杆;所述定位板另一侧可转动设有多个夹紧杆,且夹紧杆与支撑杆可转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锥形管加工定位夹紧夹具,其特征在于,所述支撑杆为四个,且均匀设置。
