技术领域
 本发明涉及一种照明灯具,属于灯饰制造领域。
背景技术
日光灯管是人们日常生活常用的照明灯具,例如传统的荧光灯,灯两端各有一灯丝,灯管内充有微量的氩和稀薄的汞蒸气,灯管内壁上涂有荧光粉,两个灯丝之间的气体导电时发出紫外线,使荧光粉发出可见光,由于含有重金属污染物质“汞”,使得报废的荧光灯管对环境的污染十分严重。
随着科技进步和环保理念的普及,LED(发光二极管)照明技术得到了较为广泛的应用。由于LED在发光原理、节能、环保的层面上都远远优于传统照明产品,因此,自带散热装置多功能LED灯应运而生,自带散热装置多功能LED灯采用发光二极管作为光源,光效更高、更为节能、使用寿命更长,而且更为环保。但是,现在市面上的大多数自带散热装置多功能LED灯光效低,铝外壳散热结构不合理,导致灯管长时间工作温度过高,加速LED灯珠光衰。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术长时间工作温度较高加速LED光衰的问题,提供一种结构简单,自带散热装置多功能LED灯。
本发明的目的可以通过采取以下技术方案实现:
一种自带散热装置多功能LED灯,其结构特点是:包括灯槽、插进灯槽内的铝基板、卡在灯槽内的透光罩、两端盖以及散热条,在所述铝基板底面面焊接有散热条,所述灯槽、铝基板和灯罩组合形成灯体结构,所述灯体结构的两端分别通过端盖扣紧。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术方案实现:
实现本发明的一种实施方案是:所述灯槽为由铝材制成的结构。
实现本发明的一种实施方案是:所述灯罩为由奶白色PC材料制成的结构。
本发明具有如下突出的有益效果:
本发明由于灯槽内置有散热条,长时间工作不会出现温度较高而加速LED光衰的现象。

参照图1,本实施例包括内置散热条的灯槽1、插进灯槽1内的铝基板2、卡在灯槽1内的透光罩3、两端盖4和散热条5,在所述铝基板2底面焊接有散热条5,所述灯槽1、铝基板2和灯罩3组合形成灯体结构。
本实施例中,所述灯槽1为由铝材制成的结构。所述透光罩3为由奶白色PC材料制成的结构。
