Abstract
本发明涉及一种减少磨损的密封阀门结构,包括阀体、阀杆以及手柄,在所述的阀体内部设有进水口以及出水口,所述的阀体内部设有阀塞结构,所述的阀塞结构包括阀板,所述的阀板与阀体转动连接,在所述的阀板周围设有密封圈,在所述的阀板中心位置设有连接杆,所述的连接杆与阀板以及阀杆转动连接。采用了上述结构之后,通过阀板的使用,使得柱塞的上下运动改为阀板的转动,减少了磨损,延长了阀门的使用寿命,节省成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及机械设计领域中的一种阀门结构,尤其是涉及一种减少磨损的密封阀门结构。
背景技术
柱塞阀是由阀体、阀杆、柱塞、密封环以及手轮等零件组成。当手轮旋转,通过阀杆带动柱塞上下往复运动来完成阀门的开启与关闭功能。在阀门中柱塞与密封环间采用过盈配合,通过调节压盖中法兰螺栓,使密封环压缩所产生的侧向力与阀体中孔面及柱塞外圆密封,从而保证了阀门的密封性,杜绝了内外泄漏、同时阀门开启力矩小,能实现阀门迅速开启和关闭。
目前,在使用的柱塞阀由于上下运动都会有相应的磨损,使用时间长之后,就会出现泄漏,这样就需要进行更换零件或者更换阀门,增加了使用成本,降低了效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够延长使用时间降低成本的减少磨损的密封阀门结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种减少磨损的密封阀门结构,包括阀体、阀杆以及手柄,在所述的阀体内部设有进水口以及出水口,所述的阀体内部设有阀塞结构,所述的阀塞结构包括阀板,所述的阀板与阀体转动连接,在所述的阀板周围设有密封圈,在所述的阀板中心位置设有连接杆,所述的连接杆与阀板以及阀杆转动连接。
进一步具体的,在所述阀板周围固定设有向进水口倾斜的弹簧片,所述的弹簧片设置在密封圈内部。
进一步具体的,所述的阀板有两个,一个位于进水口处,另一个位于出水口处。
进一步具体的,所述的阀杆底部设有连接块,所述的连接块与阀杆通过轴承固定连接,所述的阀杆与阀体之间通过螺纹连接。
进一步具体的,所述的阀板表面设有若干相交的加强筋。
本发明的有益效果是:采用了上述结构之后,通过阀板的使用,使得柱塞的上下运动改为阀板的转动,减少了磨损,延长了阀门的使用寿命,节省成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作详细的描述。
如图1所示一种减少磨损的密封阀门结构,包括阀体1、阀杆2以及手柄3,在所述的阀体1内部设有进水口4以及出水口5,所述的阀体1内部设有阀塞结构,所述的阀塞结构包括阀板6,所述的阀板6与阀体1转动连接,在所述的阀板6周围设有密封圈7,在所述的阀板6中心位置设有连接杆8,所述的连接杆8与阀板1以及阀杆2转动连接;在所述阀板6周围固定设有向进水口倾斜的弹簧片,所述的弹簧片设置在密封圈7内部,能够保证密封圈7紧密的贴合在阀体1上;所述的阀板6有两个,一个位于进水口4处,另一个位于出水口5处,提高密封效果;所述的阀杆2底部设有连接块9,所述的连接块9与阀杆2通过轴承固定连接,所述的阀杆2与阀体1之间通过螺纹连接;所述的阀板6表面设有若干相交的加强筋,提高阀板1的强度。
使用的时候,通过手柄3的转动带动阀杆2上下运动,阀杆2的上下运动带动连接杆8运动,连接杆8带动阀板6进行旋转,打开阀门,实现通水。
通过弹簧片的使用能够使得密封圈7紧紧的贴合在阀体1上,密封效果更好,阀板6使用转动贴合,磨损较小,延长使用寿命,节省开支。

1.一种减少磨损的密封阀门结构,包括阀体(1)、阀杆(2)以及手柄(3),在所述的阀体(1)内部设有进水口(4)以及出水口(5),其特征在于,所述的阀体(1)内部设有阀塞结构,所述的阀塞结构包括阀板(6),所述的阀板(6)与阀体(1)转动连接,在所述的阀板(6)周围设有密封圈(7),在所述的阀板(6)中心位置设有连接杆(8),所述的连接杆(8)与阀板(6)以及阀杆(2)转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减少磨损的密封阀门结构,其特征在于,在所述阀板(6)周围固定设有向进水口(4)倾斜的弹簧片,所述的弹簧片设置在密封圈(7)内部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减少磨损的密封阀门结构,其特征在于,所述的阀板(6)有两个,一个位于进水口(4)处,另一个位于出水口(5)处。
4.根据权利要求1所述的减少磨损的密封阀门结构,其特征在于,所述的阀杆(2)底部设有连接块(9),所述的连接块(9)与阀杆(2)通过轴承固定连接,所述的阀杆(2)与阀体(1)之间通过螺纹连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的较少磨损的密封阀门结构,其特征在于,所述的阀板(6)表面设有若干相交的加强筋。
