本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其是一种工业制冷用直通式调节截止阀。一种工业制冷用直通式调节截止阀,包括阀座、阀杆、阀盖和手轮,所述阀座由横向管和斜向管组成,斜向管与横向管之间的夹角为45°,斜向管的上端面上设有连接法兰,所述阀杆垂直安置在斜向管内,阀杆底部配合横向管和斜向管设置有阀瓣,阀瓣下方设有调节头,阀杆外设有阀杆套,阀杆套与阀杆为一体结构,阀杆的顶端连接有手轮,所述阀盖上设有与连接法兰相配合的方形法兰盘。本设计可调节流量,减小操作力度,操作灵活,并且不会产生污染。

本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其是一种工业制冷用直通式调节截止阀。
背景技术
截止阀由于制造简单,价格相对于其它阀门低廉,在很多领域有广泛应用。但在需要调节流量等应用场合,此类阀门也同时具有以下缺陷:1.进管管体和出管管体具有一定弧度,时间久了会产生污染;2.阀杆与阀瓣的连接不灵活;3.阀瓣与阀座为直通结构,流量控制较为困难,不利于流量调节。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:基于上述问题,本发明提供一种工业制冷用直通式调节截止阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种工业制冷用直通式调节截止阀,包括阀座、阀杆、阀盖和手轮,所述阀座由横向管和斜向管组成,斜向管与横向管之间的夹角为45°,斜向管的上端面上设有连接法兰,所述阀杆垂直安置在斜向管内,阀杆底部配合横向管和斜向管设置有阀瓣,阀瓣下方设有调节头,阀杆外设有阀杆套,阀杆套与阀杆为一体结构,阀杆的顶端连接有手轮,所述阀盖上设有与连接法兰相配合的方形法兰盘。
进一步地,所述阀杆与阀瓣连接处具有圆角过渡段,该圆角过渡段外设有滚珠。
本发明的有益效果是:本设计可调节流量,减小操作力度,操作灵活,并且不会产生污染。

如图1所示,一种工业制冷用直通式调节截止阀,包括阀座1、阀杆2、阀盖3和手轮4,阀座1由横向管11和斜向管12组成,斜向管12与横向管11之间的夹角为45°,斜向管12的上端面上设有连接法兰121,阀杆2垂直安置在斜向管12内,阀杆2底部配合横向管11和斜向管12设置有阀瓣5,阀瓣5下方设有调节头6,阀杆2外设有阀杆套7,阀杆套7与阀杆2为一体结构,阀杆2的顶端连接有手轮4,阀盖3上设有与连接法兰121相配合的方形法兰盘31。
进一步地,阀杆2与阀瓣5连接处具有圆角过渡段8,该圆角过渡段8外设有滚珠9。

1.一种工业制冷用直通式调节截止阀,包括阀座(1)、阀杆(2)、阀盖(3)和手轮(4),其特征在于:所述阀座(1)由横向管(11)和斜向管(12)组成,斜向管(12)与横向管(11)之间的夹角为45°,斜向管(12)的上端面上设有连接法兰(121),所述阀杆(2)垂直安置在斜向管(12)内,阀杆(2)底部配合横向管(11)和斜向管(12)设置有阀瓣(5),阀瓣(5)下方设有调节头(6),阀杆(2)外设有阀杆套(7),阀杆套(7)与阀杆(2)为一体结构,阀杆(2)的顶端连接有手轮(4),所述阀盖(3)上设有与连接法兰(121)相配合的方形法兰盘(31)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业制冷用直通式调节截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(2)与阀瓣(5)连接处具有圆角过渡段(8),该圆角过渡段(8)外设有滚珠(9)。
