本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其是一种工业制冷用直角式调节截止阀。一种工业制冷用直角式调节截止阀,包括T字形的阀座、阀盖、阀杆、阀杆套和锥形的阀冒,所述阀座具有垂直设置的进管管体和出管管体,所述进管管体和出管管体之间配合设置有阀瓣,所述阀瓣的底部设有阀瓣垫片,阀瓣下部设有U型调节头,阀瓣上连接有阀杆,阀杆与阀瓣的连接处设有滚珠,阀杆外套有阀杆套,阀杆套与阀冒螺旋连接,阀杆与阀杆套之间由上之下依次设有铝密封、O型圈、组合垫和铝垫片。本设计可调节流量,减小操作力度,操作灵活,并且不会产生污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其是一种工业制冷用直角式调节截止阀。
背景技术
截止阀由于制造简单,价格相对于其它阀门低廉,在很多领域有广泛应用。但在需要调节流量等应用场合,此类阀门也同时具有以下缺陷:1.进管管体和出管管体具有一定弧度,时间久了会产生污染;2.阀杆与阀瓣的连接不灵活;3.阀瓣与阀座为直通结构,流量控制较为困难,不利于流量调节。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:基于上述问题,本发明提供一种工业制冷用直角式调节截止阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种工业制冷用直角式调节截止阀,包括T字形的阀座、阀盖、阀杆、阀杆套和锥形的阀冒,所述阀座具有垂直设置的进管管体和出管管体,所述进管管体和出管管体之间配合设置有阀瓣,所述阀瓣的底部设有阀瓣垫片,阀瓣下部设有U型调节头,阀瓣上连接有阀杆,阀杆与阀瓣的连接处设有滚珠,阀杆外套有阀杆套,阀杆套与阀冒螺旋连接,阀杆与阀杆套之间由上之下依次设有铝密封、O型圈、组合垫和铝垫片。
进一步地,所述阀座与阀盖均具有法兰连接边,两者通过螺栓连接。
本发明的有益效果是:本设计可调节流量,减小操作力度,操作灵活,并且不会产生污染。

如图1所示,一种工业制冷用直角式调节截止阀,包括T字形的阀座1、阀盖2、阀杆3、阀杆套4和锥形的阀冒5,阀座1具有垂直设置的进管管体6和出管管体7,进管管体6和出管管体7之间配合设置有阀瓣8,阀瓣8的底部设有阀瓣垫片9,阀瓣8下部设有U型调节头10,阀瓣8上连接有阀杆3,阀杆3与阀瓣8的连接处设有滚珠11,阀杆3外套有阀杆套4,阀杆套4与阀冒5螺旋连接,阀杆3与阀杆套4之间由上之下依次设有铝密封12、O型圈13、组合垫14和铝垫片15。
进一步地,阀座1与阀盖2均具有法兰连接边,两者通过螺栓16连接。

1.一种工业制冷用直角式调节截止阀,其特征在于:包括T字形的阀座(1)、阀盖(2)、阀杆(3)、阀杆套(4)和锥形的阀冒(5),所述阀座(1)具有垂直设置的进管管体(6)和出管管体(7),所述进管管体(6)和出管管体(7)之间配合设置有阀瓣(8),所述阀瓣(8)的底部设有阀瓣垫片(9),阀瓣(8)下部设有U型调节头(10),阀瓣(8)上连接有阀杆(3),阀杆(3)与阀瓣(8)的连接处设有滚珠(11),阀杆(3)外套有阀杆套(4),阀杆套(4)与阀冒(5)螺旋连接,阀杆(3)与阀杆套(4)之间由上之下依次设有铝密封(12)、O型圈(13)、组合垫(14)和铝垫片(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业制冷用直角式调节截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀座(1)与阀盖(2)均具有法兰连接边,两者通过螺栓(16)连接。
