背景技术
随着纺织技术的发展和人们消费观念的不断改变以及生活品味的不断提高，对面料的质量和档次的要求也在不断提高。绒布作为最近几年出现的面料，因其手感柔软舒适，深受人们的喜爱。但由于其直立的绒毛长短一致、分布均匀，立体感较差。且不具有透光透气功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种立体感强的带有透气层的立体透光透气绒布。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种带有透气层的立体透光透气绒布，包括基布，所述基布的表面设有若干绒毛块和通道，所述通道交错分布于绒毛块的周围，所述通道的宽度为0.1～1厘米，所述基布由织物制成，所述织物采用复合面料，该复合面料由底层、中间层和表层组成，底层与表面由中间层连为一体，其中，表层为网眼布。织物下设置透气层，所述透气层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、色彩缤纷的绒毛块和通道组成的带有透气层的立体透光透气绒布，立体感强，手感柔软舒适。
2、本发明具有透光和透气功能。

所述基布1由织物制成，所述织物采用复合面料，该复合面料由底层、中间层和表层组成，底层与表面由中间层连为一体，其中，表层为网眼布。织物下设置透气层，所述透气层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
