本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种制作服装、玩具的面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着纺织技术的发展和人们消费观念的不断改变以及生活品味的不断提高,对面料的质量和档次的要求也在不断提高。绒布作为最近几年出现的面料,因其手感柔软舒适,深受人们的喜爱。但由于其直立的绒毛长短一致、分布均匀,立体感较差。且不具有良好的舒适感和皮肤亲和性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种立体感强的立体导湿透气绒布。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种立体导湿透气绒布,包括基布,所述基布的表面设有若干绒毛块和通道,所述通道交错分布于绒毛块的周围,所述通道的宽度为0.1~1厘米,所述基布由织物制成,所述织物包括经纱和纬纱,经纱采用人棉纱,纬纱采用麻/丽赛纤维的混纺纱,经丝和纬丝相互垂直布置。基布下设置抗菌面料层,抗菌面料层采用经丝和纬丝织造而成;经丝采用纳米竹碳纤维20~30重量份和涤纶纤维60~75重量份加捻的低捻复合纱线为原料,经密度为52.2~56.1根/厘米;纬丝采用纳米银纤维35~45重量份和涤纶纤维75~85重量份加捻的低捻复合纱线为原料,纬密度为21.4~23.7根/厘米。抗菌面料层的内表面设置有柔软透气层,所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成,所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%,所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%,所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%,所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、色彩缤纷的绒毛块和通道组成的立体导湿透气绒布,立体感强,手感柔软舒适。
2、本发明具有良好的舒适感和皮肤亲和性,导湿透气,手感柔软滑爽,悬垂性好,弹性好。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明涉及一种立体导湿透气绒布,包括基布1,所述基布1的表面设有若干绒毛块2和通道3。所述绒毛块2大小不一,带有各自的色彩。所述通道3交错分布,置于绒毛块2的周围,所述通道3的宽度为0.1~1厘米。
所述基布1由织物制成,所述织物包括经纱和纬纱,经纱采用人棉纱,纬纱采用麻/丽赛纤维的混纺纱,经丝和纬丝相互垂直布置。
基布下设置抗菌面料层,抗菌面料层采用经丝和纬丝织造而成;经丝采用纳米竹碳纤维20~30重量份和涤纶纤维60~75重量份加捻的低捻复合纱线为原料,经密度为52.2~56.1根/厘米;纬丝采用纳米银纤维35~45重量份和涤纶纤维75~85重量份加捻的低捻复合纱线为原料,纬密度为21.4~23.7根/厘米。抗菌面料层的内表面设置有柔软透气层,所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成,所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%,所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%,所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%,所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
