Abstract
本发明公开了一种长轴铣槽数控机床,其特征在于,在底座的上平面的一侧通过X轴滑鞍轨支撑有滑块,在滑块的上部通过Y轴滑鞍轨支撑有铣削装置,在所述底座的上平面的另一侧设有固定台面,多个V型槽夹具工装连接在固定台面的上方,所述V型槽夹具工装与铣削装置上的夹头相对应。通过以上设置,本发明分为X轴和Y轴两轴联动,通过多个V型槽夹具工装固定工件,通过铣削装置夹头上的铣刀对工件进行轴槽铣削,可以一次性完成工件的轴槽单槽加工。本发明采用两轴联动,实现了对工件的快速加工。

技术领域
本发明属于机床技术领域,具体说是是一种对轴类工件开槽加工的专用数控长轴铣削机床。
背景技术
键连接是通过键将轴与轴上零件(如齿轮、带 轮、凸轮等)连接在一起,实现轴向固定,并传递转矩的连接。键连接属于可拆卸连接,具有结构 简单、工作可靠、装拆方便等特点。键连接中使用最普遍的是平键连接。轴上的键槽俗称轴槽。轴槽多用铣削的方法加工。普通的加工方法多为普通铣床铣削法,由于轴件具有不定的长度需求,加工过程复杂而且效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是针对以上内容,提供一种易于操作、工作效率高的长轴铣槽数控机床
为了实现上述目的,本发明在底座的上平面的一侧通过X轴滑鞍轨支撑有滑块,在所述滑3的底部设有X轴丝杠,X轴电机连接在X轴丝杠的一端,在滑块的上部通过Y轴滑鞍轨支撑有铣削装置,所述铣削装置通过Y轴丝杠与Y轴电机连接,在所述底座的上平面的另一侧设有固定台面,多个V型槽夹具工装连接在固定台面的上方,所述V型槽夹具工装与铣削装置上的夹头相对应。
通过以上设置,本发明分为X轴和Y轴两轴联动,通过多个V型槽夹具工装固定工件,通过铣削装置夹头上的铣刀对工件进行轴槽铣削,可以一次性完成工件的轴槽单槽加工。本发明采用两轴联动,实现了对工件的快速加工。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明在底座1的上平面的一侧通过,在所述滑块3的底部设有X轴丝杠4,X轴电机5连接在X轴丝杠4的一端,在滑块3的上部通过Y轴滑鞍轨6支撑有铣削装置7,所述铣削装置7通过Y轴丝杠8与Y轴电机9连接,在所述底座1的上平面的另一侧设有固定台面10,多个V型槽夹具工装11连接在固定台面10的上方,所述V型槽夹具工装11与铣削装置7上的夹头12相对应。
通过以上设置,本发明的多个V型槽夹具工装11将工件13夹紧,确定工件13的轴端圆心轴线与夹头12上的铣刀中心轴线处于同一平面。X轴电机5、Y轴电机9和铣削装置7由PLC控制系统控制启动,滑块3在X轴滑鞍轨2上进行X向滑动,铣削装置7在Y轴滑鞍轨6上进行Y向滑动,夹头12上的铣刀对工件13的一侧进行进行铣槽加工。

1.一种长轴铣槽数控机床,其特征在于:在底座的上平面的一侧通过X轴滑鞍轨支撑有滑块,在所述滑块的底部设有X轴丝杠,X轴电机连接在X轴丝杠的一端,在滑块的上部通过Y轴滑鞍轨支撑有铣削装置,所述铣削装置通过Y轴丝杠与Y轴电机连接,在所述底座的上平面的另一侧设有固定台面,多个V型槽夹具工装连接在固定台面的上方,所述V型槽夹具工装与铣削装置上的夹头相对应。
