本发明实施例提供了一种无线通信系统的上行控制信道的发送方法、接收方法和装置,所述方法包括:用户设备利用分配给PUCCH的资源发送多个PUCCH,其中,每个PUCCH占用一对资源块,并且,在频域上,所述PUCCH占用每个资源块的部分子载波;在时域上,所述PUCCH占用一个子帧的所有OFDM符号;在码域上,所述PUCCH占用一个或多个码字资源。通过本实施例的方法和装置,可以提高上行控制信道的资源利用率。
